To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect with this one since it was dealing with death. Once I started reading though, I couldn’t put it down. This was such a heartbreaking, but also uplifting story in so many ways. I have been reading for many years and this is by far my favorite book to date! Evan and Cassie go through many struggles but still have a love for each other that’s timeless. This story will definitely make you appreciate life. You don’t want to miss it and make sure you have tissues handy.
Wow this book is amazing read that will have you hooked from the very beginning to the very ending. This will show you that love can happen if you hold one. This is amazing read that will melt your heart and will have you hooked throughout this story.
Evan and Cassie were childhood friends. They spent years apart due to a misunderstanding. Cassie is diagnosed with a form of cancer which brings Evan back to help and be with her.
I feel like the reviews are over rating this book a bit, the story is nice but its not amazing- the writing and flow needs improvement, it was a bit juvenile. Evan was constantly making promises to never leave her again then doing just that at the hardest times. I didnt feel that his character was solid, he came off as flaky.
The story did make me tear up at times, but the writing needs a bit of improvement.
