Stewart is quickly becoming one of my go to authors for a good read! So far all of her stories have been entertaining and well plotted! I am looking forward to reading more from her. I really enjoyed the plot of this story and I definitely did not see the ending coming! I can not wait to see what happens next with this ensemble of characters! I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick dose of drama and a story with well rounded characters!
BOOK TWO - Betrayed... By My So-Called Friend, Part 2
The drama picks up again in Part 2 of this tangled web of lies... June is still reeling from the heartbreak caused by betrayal. She thought Kelvin was her best friend - she never saw it coming that he would betray her. Camaiyah seems to be unbothered by the fact that Kelvin took the fall, but can Iliana hold the secret? Or will her devotion to her sister force her to tell the truth? Secrets are revealed, and things take an interesting turn, but one thing is for Someone in June's circle definitely cannot be trusted.

I am really falling in love with this mini-series, and Tanisha Stewart proves once again she can tell a heck of a story! I felt for June the first story, but I loved the fact that she didn't continue to play the victim in this one. Instead of letting the betrayal consume her, she cut the toxicity out of her life and prospered, and ended up happy in the end...
BOOK THREE - Betrayed 3: Camaiyah's Redemption
Part three of this twisted tale of deception. It seems as if Camaiyah has not learned her lesson. Ce'Anna (from A Husband, a Boyfriend, & a Side Dude) is not much better. Follow their journey as the two stumble through the consequences caused by their shady behavior. Will they come out on top? Or will their actions catch up to them, causing them to be broken all the way down?

“If you can’t learn to be content with your own life-who you are, what you have-you will never be happy.”
With each installment of this series, the storyline gets better and better! While the first book was the string along, “ By My So Called Friend 2" left me anxious to see how the author would flip the script in “Camayiah’s Redemption.” I was thinking… After all the dirt she’s done and relationships she’s ruined, there’s NO WAY this deceptive, manipulative, envious, fake friend could possibly redeem herself!!! BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Not only did Tanisha Stewart flip the script… She delivered a fast paced, drama filled, heartfelt chain of events that had me kinda sorta feeling sorry for the girl😂🤦🏽♀️ AND THAT THERE IS GOOD WRITING!
BRAVO!!! EyeCU Tanisha girl!!! AWESOME FINISH! I look forward to reading Ce’Anna’s spin-off…”A Husband, A Boyfriend & A Side Dude.”
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you ! You can't go around hurting people and not expect life to let you just slide by with no consequences. Someone is to get a taste of their own medicine. These short stories were enlightening. I really would like to know more about some of the characters. Like will Danish a ever find someone who will love her for herself. Will she continue on the path to healing, learning to love herself and stop with the insecurities. Will the men who have had several relationships at the same time learn to appreciate the green grass growing in their yard and stop infecting the grass that others have been nurturing. I'm looking to reading their story.
Camayiah is treacherous. She definitely made up a whole scenario in her head and stuck with it. Not sure where her so called redemption came in at. I assume because for once she did something that was the right thing to do. I would have liked to see more time spent on the other characters though.
This book was different. It moved a little slow, but it was enjoyable. From friends to enemies, to frienemies ... these characters had a great message and tugged on the reader's emotions. If you're looking for a unique storyline, read this book.
