A MUST READ
Picked up right where the last installment left off with drama and more drama. Still enjoyed the storyline, plot and these characters. I loved everything about this book and I couldn't put it down. So glad that Knight and McKenna finally got it together, cause they definitely belonged to each other. Qwon, Austin and Melik got exactly what they deserved. Khadijah, each book gets better and better. Highly recommend this series. I can't wait to read Vashae story.

Loved while homeless

Too much stalling for a predictable end result!!!
Man, why go through all that suspense and piss poor mystery aura to have the same predictable result? This is what I don't like with authors wanting to sell as much as possible so they go for a long drawn out ending to still get the same results. Authors, word of advice, you can still do mystery and suspense, while taking care of the readers and still have a flourishing book.
This book didn't need to go thru so much of drama for it to stop at 80% where he finally tied up all of the loose ends. Why have McKenna get into so many fights? I swear, this girl just kept getting beat up over and over and the end was still the same..she got her HEA in regardless. Then to top this, the scene where Janairo got to his moms attacker who by the way I figured out at the end to be Q, was so lame, so weird, so childish, so rookie that really nothing made sense after and just rushed, skipped to the finish line.

What had Vash gotten herself into, and most importantly, why can't she remember anything?! I had a feeling that her story was definitely going to be something to read about.
Furthermore, I'm glad that both Nairo and Mona finally gotten what they both deserved, which was each other. Nairo was the epitome of an amazing mam, and Mona was beautiful inside and out. The two were so compatible on every level, because they both set the standards so high for each other, which was a great thing.
Messiah was the cutest thing ever, and everything worked out exactly how it was supposed to. Mona did a great job raising him, and he was so wise beyond his years. I'm so ecstatic that Messiah wanted what was best for his mother, and Nairo was the father Messiah never had. I couldn't be happier with this read, thank you.

I have a strong feeling who Vashae's baby daddy is 😎 and I can't wait to read her story 🥰. Knight lawd that man is the perfect kind of man because he literally got it out the mud with no handouts and now he has plenty of businesses that he owns due to a scratch off 🙌🏾 I was so glad that Knight and McKenna finally got together and made it official because they were soulmates before they even knew 🙌🏾...... I can't believe that were so many snakes surrounding them especially Qwon, Melik, and Austin, which I'm glad they were all taking care of. What made me so mad was when Melik set McKenna up with Austin smh. She got justice and paid 🙌🏾. Overall this series was very good and I loved every page.

What are the words when you have a follow up to what was one terrific story. The writer brings back that same intensity that was captured in the first story. Whenever Kenna and Knight are in a scene together their is just magic. You feel this couple a nd you like them. But do have to say the it is Messiah that steals it every time the spotlight is on him. Masterfully told. You kept me on the edge of my seat, just waiting for the other shoe to drop on Tech's snake ass. I respected the way Nairo NEVER wavered on NOT pushing dope and having his mom's back REGARDLESS of her addiction. I'm SOO glad Mona FINALLY got her happy ending, now where is Vash's story? I know it's about to be LIT 🔥🔥🔥!! To wake up PREGGERS, by WHO?!!! COME ON KHADIJA, PLEASE DROP IT LIKE IT'S HOT!!!(Pun intended)!!!

Great Great Reading
Ive just gotten into this authors work and so far u haven't been disappointed. There are a few things that throw me iff at times. For example, one minute they could be in one scene and the next they are some place entirely different. At the shower then next thing you know they are having sex. Then there are errors or word omissions. Still all in all great read. Nice i gotta wait on Vashe storey

I am glad that they were able to come back together after being apart for so long
I am glad that they both were clean of not setting the other up
I love their story just because he isn’t a dope boy and selling the stuff that was killing his mother
I am so happy at how the details of his mother getting clean and having a family all together again
It’s funny because they all played a great part in each other’s lives

Typos and name changes
I love this author she always keeps me interested. But this book had too many grammatical errors and in the first book Makennas middle name was Monae ( I distinctly remember because MY middle name is Monae) the second book they kept saying it was Monroe. I was annoyed by that. Other than that the story was really good. Please dont do your readers like that again though.

Yesssss bay-bay!
This series was 🔥🔥🔥 through all the bs, everything worked out for the better! I love love how true love conquered all and was happy to see that they were able to talk through the assumptions before something bad had happened. Lord Vash, I’m ready for your story cuz I wanna know if cari or Mari got you knocked up. Mr. and Mrs. Jonairo Wright 🥰

Usually this author work is bomb but this series didn't do it for me. Knight and McKenna had no chemistry. Then two books and they didn't get together or anything halfway through the second book. I feel the book dragged and became boring. Don't know it just didn't do it for me

Awesome
This was an awesome series that had me from start to finish. I'm so glad that Mrs. Netra finally got clean and her life together!! Mona and Knight got their happy ending and I was excited because they went through a lot to get to that ending but it was worth it!! Awesome Read Can't wait to read Cash story

Good series!
I loved reading both books. After I finished the first book, I automatically started reading book 2. The storyline was good and moved right along. Each of the character's were believable. I can't wait to read Vash's story. Good job Khadijah. Keep bringing us these great stories.

I chose this rating because of the grammatical errors. I love how everything turned out in the end. They became a family, I had a feeling that Vash didn't really slip up with the gender but it was very cute. I only wonder will Messiah ever find out or no about his real mother?

This was a good story I like how both of them met in the beginning ,with both of them both being homeless and still being Determined to beat the odds, I like how you know they meet back up in the future and They both struggle I definitely like the ending and I can’t wait to read how her friends story ends

Very fast paced book
Part two was super fast paced! McKenna and Knight finally did what I thought in the beginning, they found love in each other. This had a bit more drama, in my opinion, than the first part but both were equally good. I am curious about Vash’s story! Good read and series!

Awesome book, very fast read with a lot of moving pieces. Easy read, easy to follow and extremely engaging. Holds your attention and leaves you yearning for more. Definitely a must read!! I cant wait for Vash's story.
