However, before their plans can come to fruition, Katia plots to get the revenge she so craves for the death of Alex Maguire, her lover and father of her twin boys. She persuades her new benefactor and king of Essex, Jared Slattery, to annihilate her enemies once and for all. At the top of her hit list are Ryan and Rachel Law.

I can't praise this series of books enough.
I read the first 3-4 books a couple years back and was really enjoying the series. Then real life got in the way so when I saw that book 13 was coming out I decided I needed to play catch up with this series. To help myself I re read the first 4 books and carried on from there. Since finishing this book - BK7 I have gone on to read book 8 and started book 9.
There is nothing within these books that I could say I didn't enjoy.
Each and every page has been a darn good page turner. Each book leaves you wanting, yearning to be back in the lives of those 'Gangsters'
Heather has done a fantastic Job with this series so far, and I'm looking forward to catching up with the rest of it.

A great read
I love Heather Atkinsons’ writing style and gift fir story telling. I can’t put her books down.. this is my second “visit” to the Dividing Line series of books as I missed them so much once I had devoured the whole series.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as I (pedant that I am) was irritated each time she used the misinterpreted phrase “you have another thing coming” instead of the correct version “ you have another think coming’ this misread phrase is now accepted as an Americanism spreading into English language which fir me is unacceptable. It jarred every time it appeared throughout her books- which seems to be a favoured phrase of Heathers. Which editor let this slide? Naughty Editor!!! You have diminished my enjoyment of these books and of this author.. I thought u could overcome my distaste of this butchery if our fine language but I can’t.. please rectify this issue going forward! 😊🥰

LOVE LOVE LOVE this series!
The Dividing Line series is a fast paced, action packed series with some really loveable and memorable characters…..
The team in Hunted have a different kind of enemy to fight but they embrace the challenge head on and never fail to disappoint!

Each book just gets better
What a fantastic series, I started reading Venom & after the 2nd book Heather said don’t read the 3rd as it’ll contain spoilers for the Dividing Line series, so 2weeks on & I’m on Book 8
They are completely unputtadownable (if that’s a word)
I would definitely recommend reading The Dividing Line series

Riveting
I've just finished book #7 (Hunted) and I haven't been disappointed, looking forward to reading #8. I'm totally hooked on them and I don't want them to end, no doubt Heather Atkinson's other series of books will be his as reveting too. 😄😄

A good read
Enjoyed this book, it's full of action, gangsters and even some serial killers . Ryan and Rachel are once more in the thick of it.

Once again a couldnt put down read loving the doviding line series love how the plots don't drag on but there's still loads to keep you gripped and enthralled

Protect the family at all costs... but just who is a family member? Perhaps the one you've vowed to kill, and she's your half-sister? Or perhaps a cousin you slept with? Your father wasn't really your father? Seems most of the characters are finding they are related somehow, and the blood flows freely. Apparently the sperm did also. Hiding behind legitimate businesses, even the "reformed" dealers/murderers can't shake their pasts, and the hunting is vicious. Sorry, there are no likeable characters to root for, and lots of deviants' offspring to feel sorry for. If you just want to read about sex and weird murders, here's the book for you.

Great storyline
I liked how the storyline ends and flows into the next book. The author needs to hire a professional book editor as there are too many errors.
