Rate this book
"You're supposed to feel a little sad after vacation ends, but it's not supposed to break your heart."

No Vacancy is a lighthearted and steamy STANDALONE romance.

Perpetual good girl Caterina Longo is dependable to a fault. At 33, she’s never called in sick. Never had a one-night stand. Never taken a chance in her entire life. When she walks in on a cheating ex and sees everything wrong with her life, she takes off on a solo vacation, busting out of her comfort zone and into the arms of a guy she never saw coming.

Joe Hunter has no room for distractions. Making his restaurant a success and proving his worth to his family—and himself—is his sole focus. At least it is until a beautiful stranger, in search of fried food and a shoulder, wanders in one night.

Is two weeks of unexpected, life-altering passion all they’re meant to share? What happens when vacation ends and real life takes over?

Steam, swoons, sizzling chemistry, and romance for days!

Ladies and gentlemen, *this* was romance. No Vacancy is the kind of book that you want to get lost and swept away in. Joe and Cat have the kind of love I want to daydream about and that makes reading romance such a great escape. These two were fantastic characters on their own and perfection together. There wasn’t a second that I didn’t root for them. Also, can we get a round of applause for the deliciousness that is Joseph Kellan Hunter! HOLY WOW! His swoon-worthiness is so high he went directly into my book boyfriend hall of fame!

Stephanie Rose has not only delivered a substantial insta-love story that feels whole, is utterly consuming, and wildly romantic, she’s also mastered the art of creating stories and characters that feel tangible, real, and completely relatable. In short, she made magic!

Oh my lord!!!! No Vacancy is such a heartwarming and gorgeous romance that made me feel so good and full of warmth and love for these characters. It’s low on angst and so goddamn romantic. I couldn’t ask for more. The steam is off the charts thanks to Joe and his filthy mouth. He’s such a good man and it was amazing to see him with his parents, Samantha and Lucas who has their own book Always You, and with his brother in law Owen, from Finding Me. No Vacancy can easily be read as a standalone but for me who’s read the other books it was a special treat.
The Second Chances series is all about the family bond and friendships and here it was good to see the Hunter family supporting Joe when his relationship with Catarina got rocky.

Catarina and Joe hook up on the same night they first met. I was a little nervous about this premise. My first thought was they moved too fast and it’s too insta lust. Thankfully the author lets these two characters flourish. Their friendship evolve organically and grow into something deeper and stronger. Their courtship is a wonderful dance filled with conversations and romantic dates. They share an incredible and delicious chemistry wishing I could take Catarina’s place instead ;)
The relationship has profound effect on both of them resulting in them reevaluating their life and what they want for the future. Both Catarina and Joe have some great friends especially Joe’s colleague Dominic gives him a nudge when it’s needed. I’m so excited to know that he will get a book.
No Vacancy is all romance and no drama. My needs and wishes was definitely fulfilled.

Gah, I loved this book! Stephanie Rose is so talented—she can make me swoon and my heart palpitate with a sweet, sexy love story that's low on drama and high on feels. And that's exactly why she (and this book) is one of my favorites.

No Vacancy is perfect instalovey goodness. Joe and Caterina may fall fast, but so did I . . . with both of them. Caterina, who is overcoming the painful end of her relationship and rediscovering what it is to live, and Joe, whose dirty mouth hides a huge, gentle heart and a shaky sense of self. Together, these two are flirty, bantery fun, honest, open conversation—and the heat between them is SCORCHING. Please note: a cold shower will be on your agenda before you finish this book.

No Vacancy by Stephanie Rose

100% recommend you grab this one and enjoy it, preferably with some boozy ice cream or sangria, a hot guy (Dirty Joe fits the bill nicely if you don't have a "real" one available, ugh), and a few hours of relaxing quiet to devour it in.

This is about an insta-love – like "one look and fall in love" type of love!

Her ex cheats on her saying she was too occupied with her work and neglected him. She breaks up with him and drives to a beach town for a short holiday where she will also meet her friends. She meets the hero there and boom, they fall for each other.

First, she wants to see it as a one-night stand and tries to stay friends but after a few days, she sees that she cannot stay away from him. He feels the same pull towards her. He knows she will leave the town soon but he wants to be with her as long as and as much as possible.

It is a sweet and hot story but nothing much happens. It is too uneventful. They spend days and nights together and they are very happy together. In fact, they never fight; they are a sweet and passionate couple. Their only problem is the worry about how they will manage the long distance relationship later.

This much happiness makes it uninteresting after a while. And it definitely feels repetitive. It is the same cycle over and over again. Kiss-cuddle-make love and rinse/repeat!

When the holiday ends and she goes back to Brooklyn, life gets in the way and neither she can go to visit him at the time she promised nor can he come visit her. Something unexpected happens all the time for 3 months.

Oh come on, it is a 3-hour drive for God’s sake, and they act like it is a ten-hour flight!

Month pass like this and the book is too long (314 pages) for such an uneventful story. And then, it feels like the writer also got bored with her own book because she ends it abruptly without giving us a satisfactory solution. It was so anticlimactic!

What happens is the heroine makes some arrangements with her boss and starts to visit him more often. They are together for a year and then the proposal comes. The happy end!

I don’t know what took 3 months. She could have made the same arrangements sooner instead of sulking all the time and losing hope about it. When he senses she is losing hope, he sends her a CD and a letter and then she decides to show more effort and makes the arrangements. Oh, and it’s her who changes her way of life, not him, changing it for her.

For me, it was a very slow-paced and unexciting book. Although I liked the characters and their story, after a certain point, it became a yawn fest. And in a romance, I like some banter, some push and pull or some angst but this was insta-love and the couple was always happy together. When it is this way, I mean when the couple is happy all the time, there is nothing to expect for me. My only expectation was how they were going to solve the location problem, will he move to her city or will she move to his town? That was all the angst and excitement. Too sweet and too happy from Day 1 till the end feels too boring!

Honestly, what’s in there is a 100-page book material, not a 314-page one! And as if that’s not enough, the writer sends you a bonus epilogue if you sign her newsletter. I did sign it temporarily, wondering what else she could give, all the while knowing it was going to be the cliché "wedding + baby news" and sadly, I was right. So unoriginal once again! It’s like there is a written rule among all romance writers. Most of them feel they have to wed the couple and make her pregnant before finishing the book…

This book meant for people who believes in love at the first sight. Becasue literally Joe and Catalina falls for each other just from the eye contact alone.

Gradually with the story progress, Miss Rose does not add any depth into their connection. There is too much insta lust happening the suddenly love. Why they fall in love, I have no idea why.

On the bright side, I do feel swoon by Joe courting. He is a really sweet gentle hero.

Maybe we could work out a way to see each other—sometimes. The old me would love an arrangement like this: casual and part-time, nothing dragging me from all the things in my life that needed to stay a priority.

But I already knew that when it came to Caterina, casual would never be enough.

Warm up with this steamy, vacation romance—FREE on KU!

You had me at mozzarella sticks...

But seriously, though, Joe's ability to feed a girl all the bar apps she could ever want is secondary to his ability to DIRTY TALK. Because HELL TO THE YASSSSS can he bring it. He also brings the swoon factor. So I wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crackers. Love the way Caterina finally finds herself through this chance meeting and the journey the two take.

When Joe and Caterina first met neither was looking for romance. It was supposed to be just a hookup. But things change pretty quickly between these two after that fateful night. I don't want to give anything away so you will have to read this story.

No Vacancy was a pleasant surprise and I absolutely enjoyed it. I was hooked from beginning to end. The chemistry was palpable and the heat was scorching. Of course, there are a few bumps in the road that makes the story more interesting. This is my first novel by Stephanie Rose but it will not be my last. Great writing from an author that I've come to admire for her ability to draw a picture of the characters and their narrative. This story had it all, hot steamy scenes, romance, drama, and angst. If this is your kind of story, I would highly recommend it.

4, Meant To Be, Stars!!

“Peace among the chaos. Reminds you that there are forces bigger than you, and you have no choice but to go with the flow, sometimes.”

“Any man would be out of his mind to not want to get close to you.”

No Vacancy is a heartwarming romance about second chances and finding love when you least expect it.

No Vacancy follows the story of Joe and Caterina. Caterina is the good girl. She works hard and never takes time for herself. She hopes that one day, all of her hard work would pay off. The one thing she never thought was that her hard work would cause her pain. When Caterina walks in on her longtime boyfriend cheating on her, her world gets turned completely upside down. For once, Caterina does something for herself. She leaves town and starts her much needed vacation early. For once, Caterina focuses on herself and the sky’s the limit…..Joe knows the importance of hard work. His business is his world and he doesn’t have time for distractions. That is until Caterina blows into town. A chance encounter with with this beautiful stranger knocks his world off its axis. Their connection is instant and life changing. Will these two become more than just a rebound or fling?? There’s only one way to find out….

No Vacancy is a heartwarming second chance romance. Caterina and Joe captured my heart from their very first encounter. I loved the ease of their connection and their instant chemistry. Joe and Caterina were drawn to one another like magnets. No matter how much they tried to fight it, no matter how many times they said their relationship was temporary, they could not stay from one another.

Caterina was such a sweet and hardworking woman. All she ever wanted to do was find success and make a name for herself, but somewhere along the way, she lost sight of what was important. The loss of her previous relationship was exactly what she needed to make her open her eyes and find a way to live again. I loved seeing her come alive with Joe. Joe was everything that she never knew she needed. He was driven just like she was. He had a huge heart. He was so sweet and swoon worthy. But, was a total alpha male in the bedroom. Together these two were the perfect match. Their chemistry was off the charts and kept me glued to the pages. It was so easy to get lost and swept up in these two.

No Vacancy is the perfect end of summer read. The characters were fun and easy to relate to. I loved watching Joe and Caterina fall in love and try to figure things out. Their story was sweet and I loved that there was little to no drama. In the end, this was a fabulous story to spend my day getting swept up in.

Catarina (Cat) walks in on her boyfriend cheating on her only days before she’s leaving for a beach vacation with her friends. So Cat decides to leave the city and go to the beach early to get some much-needed time away from her problems. Until the beach house rental is ready, Cat checks into a vintage motel along the beach, right across from a beachy pub that’s highly recommended by the motel attendant.

That’s where Cat meets Joe, the owner of the pub. And the two of them end up sharing one hot night together. Even though they live 3 hours apart and Cat’s vacation is only temporary, the two of them can’t help but spend time together. Joe worked his ass off to own his own restaurant and he’s never felt serious feelings for a woman—until he meets Cat.

Who knew a weeklong vacation at the beach turned into Cat finding the man of her dreams—Joe. But when her vacation is over, Cat and Joe will have to decide if their new relationship can survive the distance or if it’ll go away with the tides.

No Vacancy by Stephanie Rose is a sweet, beachy romance that just screams summer to me. It’s low on angst and drama but full of heart and passion. Cat and Joe were great together. If you’re looking for a good vacation romance, definitely pick this one up. 4/5 stars.

From the minute I found Ms. Rose I was in love with her work. Every time she releases I get excited because I can’t wait to read what she’s written. And each time it gets better and better. And each time she adds little surprises in there that I love. And each time I walk away more in love with her writing and characters then I ever am. And Joe and Cat’s story is no different. Almost from the minute I started I was in love. I say almost because I mean I had to read a page before I knew what was going on right? The minute Cat showed up in Ocean Cove and set foot in The Beach Pub I was hooked. Joe was there and the rest is history. Not without a journey of course because I mean that’s the fun of it. I fell and I fell hard. I adored Cat and Joe’s journey and I couldn’t get enough. I love them fiercely and I really love the beach town they were in. I want to jump on the book and go visit. I really do. I can’t wait to see what Ms. Rose has in store for us next. Because if it’s anything like Joe and Cat I know I’ll love it and keep continuing to love her work for years to come!

Stephanie Rose's writing continues to impress. No Vacancy is heartwarming with plenty of sexy moments, delicious scenes and a high swoon factor. Joe Hunter is a sweetheart with a dirty-talking side. And Caterina has finally found the man that will help her see her self-worth.

In my opinion this is Author Stephanie Rose's best book yet. As someone who lives in New Jersey, it was a wonderful treat to read about a familiar location. The attraction between Joe and Caterina sizzles throughout the novel. The story is low angst, but high entertainment. I enjoyed it immensely and have already recommended it to a few friends.

description

No Vacancy by Stephanie Rose was a beautifully heartwarming love at first sight romance that gave me all the warm and fuzzies deep inside my soul.

Caterina Longo's entire life was turned upside down when she walked in on her longtime boyfriend with another woman. Fleeing to Ocean Cove a few days ahead of her friends seemed like the perfect solution at the time, what she didn't plan on was meeting a man that would turn her entire world upside down in only a matter of days.

Joe Hunter, a local bar and restaurant owner, didn't know what to expect when Caterina showed up in Ocean Cove late one night. Falling for a tourist was the last thing he expected to happen, but suddenly he finds himself wrapped around her. She's about to capture his heart, even if neither one of them are ready for that.

There were sparks instantly flying between these two. The chemistry was dynamite and they wholeheartedly captivated every inch of my heart. Their instantaneous love story was steamy and had me swooning the entire time. There was so much to love about this couple and let's not forget those supporting characters that made you fall in love with this story even more.

This might have been my first Stephanie Rose book, but it certainly won't be my last!

So many stars, I loved this book so much. And yes, I am already following the author everywhere...and yes, she knows, because I am subtle like that. How I have went this long having never read a Stephanie Rose book...no idea. I feel like I should apologize for that, and consider this the apology. So glad I won this book, because that mishap has all been corrected. Such a fantastic writer. This book is nothing but highlights, because I highlighted everything...see, great...just sayin.

Caterina finds her boyfriend in a compromising position with another woman...in their apartment. So, yeah he is null and void in my world. She takes off for her vacation days early and that's when she meets Joe, the sexy bar owner. These two, I loved their chemistry so much. They just can't get enough of each other right from the start and can't keep their hands off each other. I loved that they embraced their attraction right away and just jumped right in when they met. Since she is the cautious one, she does try to push him away after their steamy night together, that last about a hot second. I absolutely loved everything about this book, their soulmate instalove, their interactions, so thoughtful of each other and definitely as one. This book truly had it all and I felt so grateful to have gotten to read it.

This was a safe read. No om or ow shenanigans. A little pushing away for a hot second, but obviously they couldn't stay away from each other. Joe was sweet, sexy with a wonderfully filthy mouth...honestly he was like the perfect guy. You guessed it...dibs, I read him first. #SorryNotSorry. Their chemistry was off the charts and their natural ease with each other was refreshing. A little pushing away from her, but she realizes and corrects that right away. Relationship goals all the way. We do get an epilogue and hea. Definently one of my favorite books this year....hands down.

Psst...I should probably apologize for the long review too...you’re welcome.

Psst, psst...can we get more on this couple, always want more. #SubtleLikeAMackTruck

I'm always a huge fan of spin-offs and so when I heard Stephanie Rose was writing a story about Lucas and Sam's son, Joe, I couldn't wait! And let me tell you, little Joey Hunter has definitely grown up! Even if you haven't met Lucas and Sam from Always You yet, you can still enjoy No Vacancy as a standalone.

I really liked that there wasn't a lot of drama and angst in this book. The issues and problems Joe and Catarina face are realistic and understandable. Things may start off because of instalust/instalove, but I appreciated that once they connect, Joe and Catarina really spend time getting to know each other. I never would have imagined that little Joey would be such a dirty talker, but I guess I really shouldn't have been that surprised since Lucas is his father. LOL The cameos were a fun treat and it was great to see old favorites like Bella and OT also make appearances. I also liked that Catarina was older than Joe (even if it's only 3 years) and that she worked to make and maintain her professional and personal dreams. I enjoyed meeting this new cast of characters in Ocean Cove and I'm excited to see that Dominic will be getting his own story in 2020. Fans of Stephanie Rose are sure to enjoy this sweet and sexy romance!

4.5 “You had me at mozzarella sticks” Stars

I am filled with so many warm and fuzzy feelings after finishing this sweet book.

Caterina and Joe stole my heart. It’s apparent from their first encounter that they have a connection. Their attraction is undeniable and their chemistry is electric. Things may have started off fast and fall under the instalust/instalove category, but still it didn’t feel rushed—everything felt smooth and moved seamlessly. Caterina and Joe took time and got to know each other and realized what they have is more than a summer fling. These two felt real to me—the issues they face are realistic and understandable. And it was so easy to root for them.

No Vacancy is low on the angst and drama. It’s filled with sweet, sexy and ‘aww’ moments. You can’t help but fall for Caterina and a very dirty talking Joe (seriously, so hot) I enjoyed their story and journey very much. I also enjoyed meeting this new cast of characters in Ocean Cove. I’m also so excited that Dominic will be getting his own story. I can’t wait to return to The Beach Pub and reunite with my faves.

Stephanie Rose writes to-the-point romance and I really like it. It’s no-nonsense, adult romance that gets to the heart of the relationship and everything that goes along with it. Her Second Chances series (read it) sucked me in and No Vacancy has done the exact same thing.

Caterina Longo and Joe Hunter have that mutual first attraction. It’s so strong you feel it all over. Their chemistry is electric. Both characters had that pull, magnetism, it made you want to know them, share in their victories and console their sorrows. They are realistically human with fears and doubts, hopes and dreams.

It was easy to get lost in their story. It may have been insta-attraction but their growth and connection was undeniable and certainly life-changing. Their journey is incredible.

And may I just say Joe = swoon.

Sweet, sexy, insta-love.

3.5*

No Vacancy is a second generation spin-off from Stephanie Rose's Second Chances series. I'm on the fence as to how I feel about second generation books, mostly because I don't want to think of the characters I've loved from the previous books as old! In saying that, my beloved Owen, (and Bella, Lucas, and Sam), only appeared briefly here so it didn't hit me too terribly much that he was a grown man in his 40s- he was still, and always will be, sweet OT to me! And honestly, it's always nice to revisit alpha daddy Lucas. But don't think you have to read any books before this, No Vacancy can truly be read as a standalone.

Ok, last thing I will say in reference to the "first generation" books- Joe more than outdid his dad when it came to the dirty talk! He definitely earned his Dirty Joe moniker readers have given him, that is for sure.

I think this is probably the sexiest book Ms. Rose has written so far- see Dirty Joe reference above. Also the first when it comes to insta-lust/love.
The minute Joe sets eyes on Caterina he is done for, D.O.N.E. It was only meant to be an easy summer fling, not something that would turn both their worlds upside down. But that's exactly what happened to Joe and Caterina- a 2 week summer romance ended up leading to more than either of them could have imagined.

No Vacancy was an easy, angst-free, drama-free read. Even before their two weeks together were up, Joe and Caterina knew they didn't want things to end. Because they lived 3 hours apart, and both had full-time jobs keeping them busy, there was a little back and forth as they tried to figure out how to keep their relationship going. But in the end they both knew what they wanted and did what was needed to make it work.

This is the first book I've listened to from both the narrators, David Vaughn and Rita Fleur. While I enjoyed their performances, I thought Mr. Vaughn sounded, to me, just a little older than what I would have liked for Joe's character. He did bring a lot of life and feeling to his portrayal of Joe, though, and I liked his female voices. Ms. Fleur has a very nice voice and I think she did a good job with her portrayal of Caterina- you could feel Caterina's vulnerability coming through, and her strength as the story progressed. She has a voice that I think would lend itself well to some younger female characters.
I will definitely be looking into other books narrated by both Mr. Vaughn and Ms. Fleur.

This book has been one of the cutest, heartwarming, romantic love stories I've read this year 😍. It's one of these cute, cozy books that you just want to wrap yourself into and never come out of.
Although it was a shorter book, it was completely wholesome and I loved every single bit of it! The elaboration of the characters was perfect! The protagonists, as well as the side characters were extremely likable. I really loved the fact that the friends of Caterina, as well as of Joe, were supportive in any aspect and there wasn't anyone causing unnecessary drama or being a shitty person.
I freaking loved Joe!😍 he was seriously a dream and my heart melted because of him ❤ he was respectful, mature, funny, kind and incredibly sexy . The way he treated Caterina was everything you could aks for in a man. He's my new book boyfriend, because I just loved his whole personality and he was just so freaking romantic. The things he said to Caterina made me melt into a puddle of emotions. It really has been a while I've read about such a wholesome male character in a romance book. And I really appreciate Stephanie Rose for creating such an amazing male protagonist !😍
Also, the chemistry between those two was just amazing and super romantic. I got so many butterflies 🦋 while reading this story and this is always a good sign, because it means that it touched me emotionally .

All in all, I can highly recommend this book to anyone who loves reading a good mature love story❤.

No Vacancy is beyond wonderful. Stephanie Rose has upped her game once more with this unexpected, love at first sight kind of romance. One that had me swooning and sighing all over the place as Joe and Caterina meet and find that perfect someone neither ever thought they would find. And certainly not that fast. But it all makes sense as the beach getaway Cat and her girlfriends embark upon suddenly becomes the beginning of the most beautiful, "I can't keep my hands off of you" kind of relationship. And no one was more surprised than Cat and her man Joe.

Oh these two. Crazy in lust for the other, trying their hardest to deny their feelings, worrying about the miles between them. But the moments Joe and Cat spend together are filled with passion, joy and the sense of freedom and lightness neither had ever truly experienced with another person. I loved that Rose kept them playful despite them being in their 30's and being married to their jobs. That their whirlwind 10 days together felt like the very best life could offer and my goodness did they take advantage of every minute they could spend alone. I reveled in their happiness and was saddened when Cat drove away and Joe just stood there and watched until her car was out of sight. I wanted them to succeed despite the 3 hours of drive time between them and although as frustrated as they were as wrenches kept being thrown in to ruin best-laid plans, the hope was still there. And I was beyond joyful that the anticipation of love ultimately finding it's way for these two was very much a possibility!

Joe is all kinds of sexy and sweet and naughty and delicious. It's no wonder Cat couldn't stand the thought of being without him. She is smart and beautiful and determined in her own right and I really loved watching her shed that 'safe-girl' persona as she lets her hair down and says yes to a whole new life. Together, despite all the stops and starts, they are unstoppable and I was totally enchanted with their story. The addition of well-meaning friends and family really made the difference and their influence on our couple could be both bittersweet and heartwarming. Not to mention full of mirth when needed most.

No Vacancy is the kind of affair of the heart that I can't help but devour. Well-written characters who are strong-willed but have that extremely attractive vulnerability are simply irresistible. Joe and Cat got under my skin in the very best way and I'm left with a huge smile on my face and the need for more. That's the mark of a great writer imo.

Grab this book for the ideal pick-me-up. I assure you it will be exactly what you needed.

5 stars all the way!

“You were everything I didn’t know I was looking for. And I don’t think I can let you go.” What an amazing, sexy seaside romance! Dirty Joe, sweet Caterina, and the backdrop of the shore I spent my summers at growing up all add up to sexy, swoony perfection!!! Stephanie Rose is an author I can always count on when I want sexy, realistic stories. This is my favorite book of hers yet!! I loved that the characters were in their 30’s, and there was no immature and unnecessary drama. Just amazing chemistry, lots of feels and sexy times!!

If there’s one thing I love reading about it’s when a couple is separated by distance. I love the unpredictability that makes me look forward to seeing how the couple will work their way back to each other. That’s why I knew I’d love No Vacancy after I read the blurb. However I wasn’t prepared for how realistic this story would be, and that I would feel like I made new friends by the time I was done. I didn’t want it to end, I highly recommend it!!

A No Reservations Kind of Love!
No Vacancy swept me away immediately. Once I was pulled into Cat and Joe's world, I didn't want to leave. This book is sweet and sexy!

Cat or Caterina is goal oriented, hard working, and a bit solitary. That is, until her perfectly planned future derails and she meets Joe. Joe is a sweet, sexy, dirty talking, delicious man. The spark between them is instantaneous and is intensified by their easy conversation. They communicate as if they have known one another forever and not just a few moments.

This book brings the heat early and often between Joe and Caterina, so be prepared to peel a few layers off of your body to keep from over heating. Their relationship feels like more than a vacation fling, but how is that possible? They each have very busy lives and live in different places. Crazy or not, Joe knows that a connection like theirs is rare. I love that he is persistent and consistent in his adoration of Cat. That man will make you swoon and lose your panties (Is it hot in here?). Cat blossoms under Joe's devotion. She learns to live in the moment, instead of always focusing on the future. Together they learn that love is about action. You have to work hard to obtain and sustain what you want in this life, especially a forever love!

I really liked the start of this story. I loved how Joe and Cat had great chemistry. Both were struggling with happiness and work/life balance. Cat is a people pleaser and Joe struggles with feeling like he is a disappointment to his Dad. I love that they connect over this and help each other and support each other. I found myself loving the first half of the book but getting a bit annoyed at the second half.

Ok.... It seemed like Cat's job was pretty good. She made pretty good amount of money but she never came across as happy when it came to her job. So, I'm surprised that she fought her feelings for Joe and going to live at the Cove for this job??? I just don't see why she should stay. I would have loved for her to start her own marketing company in the Cove. Help out the other businesses and work at her own pace. Especially with her working so much, I thought that would have been a better ending. Maybe she did love the company, but I never got that impression.

This is the first book that I've read by this author and I didn't know what to expect. This book is a real vacation romance read and a beautiful love story that is also sizzlingly good. The cover and title really intrigued me too and I couldn't wait to start reading this book.

Caterina or Cat is a very very hard-working woman that sometimes needs to believe in herself, she is also very independent but she has had things pretty tough in the men department and when she arrives home from work early to find her boyfriend literally cheating on her on her new couch right
in front of her and she bolts. She feels humiliated and upset and decided to start her vacation early and drives the 3 hour drive.

Joe is the man that Cat meets late at night when she goes looking for something to eat. Joe is the very sexy, hot owner of the Beach Pub. He is a very sweet caring man that she finds is also great at listening and yep, talking dirty.
These two people fall head over heels for each other fast very fast, but is love alone enough?
( NO SPOILERS )

I absolutely love these characters they are very relatable and you can really connected to them as the reader and I felt myself really rooting for them both, yeah they fell hard but when its right its right, and when its meant to be it will. They have great chemistry together and have a real insta love connection. They go through some ups and downs and Cat feels that they have No Vacancy in their lives and I was screaming at my kindle 'NOOO' don't lose him. LOL!

This author has written a great romance story and I couldn't get enough of these two characters and I cant wait to see what this author writes in the future.

I highly recommend this book to everyone to read, its awesome.

This book is out now.

I really loved this story. It was a little different from the usual storylines. I loved that it was set in an area I could relate to and close to home. The characters were engaging and the chemistry was electric. It was an insta-love story with a sexy hero and a reluctant heroine.

And even though I loved the story I wasn’t a fan of the narration. I didn’t think the voices fit with the age of the characters. Also Rita Fleur’s male voice seemed to have an accent that sorry just didn’t fit with the story. But even with the okay narration I was able to enjoy the story.

Sweet and heartwarming. As a anti-ldr myself, this feels like a fairytale more than a reality but that’s just me ig.
