Rate this book
Lisa is my 20 year old daughter who made a Suicide attempt after returning home from college. Let me share what I’ve learned in the past 8 years that helps me understand how that can even happen.

I am hoping this book will help you:

- Learn what Suicide warning signs might look like.

- Find out where suicidal thoughts come from.

- Discover things we can do ahead of time for ourselves or someone we love, to buy time in a suicidal crisis.

- Learn from those who have experienced suicidal thoughts or survived a Suicide attempt.

- Think about things we all can do to put an end to Suicide.

I won this book through a Goodreads book giveaway. It was a quick, easy read about a tough subject. The book has little vignettes about people of all walks of life that have dealt with depression and offers a lot of resources for those who suffer from depression.
