Anthony William was born with the unique ability to converse with a high-level spirit who provides him with extraordinarily accurate health information that’s often far ahead of its time. When Anthony was four years old, he shocked his family by announcing at the dinner table that his symptom-free grandmother had lung cancer. Medical testing soon confirmed the diagnosis.
For over 25 years, Anthony has devoted his life to helping people overcome and prevent illness—and discover the lives they were meant to live. What he does is several decades ahead of scientific discovery. His compassionate approach, which takes into account well-being on every level, not just physical health, has time and again given relief and results to those who seek him out.
A good amount of repeated information from the previous books, but new information as well. Finally my question is answered regarding how long to drink celery juice: "It's a longstanding passion to cherish your whole life."
This might be my most favorite of his books yet! Anthony Williams has transformed my life with his books. While I am blessed because I am not chronically ill, there are many who are and it is their stories and Anthony’s “medical advice” that inspire me and make me look more deeply at myself, my body, my health and what I can do better. I have all his books and I refer to each one frequently, lend them out, and follow inspirational stories on Instagram. Celery juice is the magic elixir that has made my skin FINALLY clear up, lessened my anxiety, taken away that need for something sweet after I eat, stopped my bloating, and fills my body with joy! I know that last one is crazy, but when I drink 32 ounces of celery juice my body rejoices on the inside and shines out. This book is specific to what celery can do for us and has clear instructions on how to juice it, what maladies it can help cure, and the universal spirit that is all around us that can help us stay connected to healing and health. It is not overwhelming and the single focus, in my opinion, will allow people to start to follow him in an accessible and reasonable way. Then they can add another dimension, and another and so on until they reach a way of life that will be transformative, healthy, and inspirational for others. Thank you Anthony!
This book is literally a click bait for all the “health conscious” wanna be’s. First of all, the book is a bunch of rambling, the author fails to provide actual studies BUT, claims there’s so much benefit to the celery juice. I was wondering why celery went up in price, I guess because it’s trendy now.. what’s next? Raw potatoes juice? Argh, it took no longer than 2 hours to flip through this book because when reading this book you will realize how much repeated information there is, it’s just expressed to you in different words or examples. It’s completely USELESS to buy, please just google and read a few articles. You don’t need this book, it’s foolish to spend money on this. I have the same issue as with the “coconut miracle” book. Same thing, rambling, lack of facts, overexaggerated and will make any fool to hook on this bait. Disappointing, luckily I didn’t actually buy this book, would have been a waste of money. Just juice your celery and you’ll be fine ;)
I seriously need to read all of his books now! I would consider myself not a fool to the way doctors are trying to push drugs on people, because the big pharmaceuticals need to make money. Like Anthony said you can't capitalize or patent celery, so why would they offer that for healing yourself. Definitely going to invest in a good masticating juicer and give this a go!
P.S. Anthony please write a book for holistic health for pets. I want to give my girls the best life they can have. I know over vaccinating our pets is causing harm to their little bodies.
Interesting. However, this just feels like a fad to me.16 oz. of organic celery juice contains a lot of oxalates which for some people can be irritating. Drinking it daily could create problems. Just look it up. I tried it and I found out the hard way. Oxalates are hard on the kidneys and bladder. I believe overeating/drinking any single food item (even fruits and vegetables) can be a recipe for trouble. Moderation and balance in ones diet seems like a better approach.
Excellent book! Answered some questions about my health that I haven’t been able to get from traditional doctors, regarding my blood pressure and heart issues. The way this author explains celery juice and how it’s components all work makes sense, to help heal one’s body.
I’m looking forward to seeing what my health issues look like at years end after having celery juice on a daily basis!😁
Quite honestly, I am not really sure what to make of this book. Anthony William, a Medical Medium, claims that if you drink celery juice, prepared as per his instructions, first thing every morning, it will make a huge difference to your health and life. There are several pages of testimonials at the front of the book from many Hollywood stars and famous public figures that claim it has changed their lives for the better.
Anthony William, claims that medical professionals do not think the same way he does, and that celery's sodium cluster salts are the answer. He believes that many illnesses and diseases can be cured or greatly improved by drinking celery juice. He believes that these conditions can be helped by following his regimen: Macular Degeneration, Low Vision, Fatigue, Gallstones, Migraines, Hair Thinning and Loss, Heart Palpitations, Ectopic Heartbeats and Arrhythmia, High Cholesterol, Hypertension, Arthritis, Insomnia, Neurological Symptoms, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Parkinson's Disease, Reproductive System Disorders, Post traumatic Stress Disorder, Digestive Issues, and the list goes on. There is no scientific evidence whatsoever to back up any of his beliefs.
I tried to drink the celery juice for about two weeks, but the more I drank, the less palatable it became and I started to feel nauseated when a glass was set in front of me; so I ended it. No huge health improvements or differences for me were noticed.
Anyhow, Mr. William, has made himself a very wealthy man by writing several books where he claims he can cure many health conditions. I am not saying he is not believable or a fraud; but it would be nice for there to be some case studies and evidence. I do believe though that many diseases are caused by improper diet, and eating more plant-based foods can definitely improve many health conditions. I notice that he does believe in a plant-based diet and all of his books are based on this. Interesting book nonetheless.
I wanted to see what the hype was about...the author has a whole series of these books and the celery juice is the first I've read. I guess I have some issues with there being no science based facts about any of the man's claims. That's not to say celery juice isn't in some way beneficial, but he basically chooses a listing of health issues and makes claims that celery juice will "cure" or eliminate these problems. (Celery juice cures addiction!) His work is not backed by any research studies. The author claims he is informed by "The Spirit", and has been since an early age. Having said all that, I know there is a "movement", if you will, touting the benefits of celery juice. Celebrities are talking about it (woohoo!), and, according to this book, many are benefiting from it. I feel conflicted about the whole book because the "proof" is anecdotal, yet how bad can celery juice be for you when taken every day? (There are NO disadvantages to celery juice, according to the author.) But there are no hard facts to back any of his claims, and it's long and repetitive. If it's of interest, read it. If you aren't going to buy a juicer and commit to celery, skip it.
This book lacks all the hokey charm that Williams’s “Life Changing Foods” has. In that previous book you get awesome “spiritual lessons” like “radishes teach us the value of choosing the right moment for important conversations” or “ when we bring berries into our lives, their kindness and generosity becomes a part of us.” None of that charm is apparent in this book, so what you’re left with is kooky pseudo-science, which makes it a frustrating read. By all means, try celery juice! (After all, the spiritual lesson of celery juice as found in “Life Changing Foods” is that sometimes the simplest approach is the best!) But no need to read this book unless you want to dumb down your understanding of health and human biology with the author’s “I know it because I’m a medium” and “science just hasn’t discovered it yet” approach to “medicine.”
I didn’t read this to jump on any bandwagons. I’d never heard of drinking celery juice until last week when I was talking to my cousin who also has her own vertigo issues. The info in the book is easy to understand and take in. It makes sense to me and I’m willing to give it a try to see if my vertigo can be cured without surgery and more drugs.
It has taken me several months to gather enough information and even my thoughts regarding this book. I do know desperate people look for any answer to their dilemmas. And alternative medicine is not always all about snake-oil salesmen and sick people susceptible to them. In this case reports are numerous to the positive health results Anthony William has provided when western medicine has failed us miserably. Even if it is simply the placebo effect, a cure or even some semblance of quality of life is all the sick ever truly want. Hat’s off to William and his acolytes if that is what their results prove to be. Meanwhile, others of us continue to suffer with no measurable difference or evidence of any improvement following the Medical Medium’s protocol.
After diligently preparing fresh organic celery juice every morning for the last year and better, my sick wife and I have decided to throw in the towel today. That is not to say the juice did not help to remove some of the toxins, mold, and heavy metals that showed up in the many tests performed on this woman. But we used other treatments as well including infrared lights, heating pads, sauna, steam, hot tubs, smoothies, drugs, supplements, acupuncture, chiropractors, psychologists, massage therapists, myofascial experts, several neurologists, the Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, and on and on to no avail. Not only have the toxins, mold, and heavy metals wreaked havoc on her body and mind but also ten years of involuntary body movements, muscles that do not work right, feeling like being in a straightjacket, tied down and in agony. Most recently my wife had a total replacement of both TMJ’s and is seven weeks into her recovery, but still the pulling and spasms in her face and eyes continue. This morning I will make the last mason jar of celery juice for her. She is glad as she hates it but she has diligently drunk this concoction each morning for over a year. Her pain and discomfort is almost unbearable. There have been so many mornings she just wanted her life to end that these wishes have become commonplace, and one day she might just succeed in finding a way to end it all. I would not blame her.
What hooked me up with Anthony Williams was his certainty behind his “cluster salts” theory/concept. It sounded like something, if true, that would be exactly what my wife needed: Help in the form of binding agents to rid her of these awful foreign virals colonizing inside her body. It made sense even in light of no scientific proof to its validity. But I also figured that after more than a year of making and drinking celery juice that science would have caught up with the relatively young savant who purportedly began his vision quest and mission as a healer back when he was a young man working in the produce department of his local grocery store. But science has yet to either confirm or deny the validity of the healing benefits of drinking celery juice. And I cannot either. And I have read consistently that there is no such thing as his made-up term of “cluster salts”. But I am not down on those who do believe in it and have found some sort of relief or even a cure. And I am not down on those who tried and failed like us. Anybody who would try this cure is desperate due to the failure of the medical community to care enough to find the answers to our problems. If your case does not fall under their particular expertise, and they find they can't help you, they get rid of you quickly. But not until they have taken a significant chunk of your money before they give you the bad news. I wish my review could be more positive. I am sorry for all those of us who wish in one hand and discover a pile of shit in the other.
Anthony Williams might be everything his detractors say he is. And he is making a fortune. There is no scientific basis for much of what he is selling. He is quoting Spirit. He conjures more of the religious/spiritual aspect that requires “faith” in light of no physical evidence. And I for one have never believed in any of that horseshit either, which led me to being kicked out of the East Tawas, Michigan’s Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church for not drinking their wine or tithing one year while I was traveling out of state. But like other sufferers, we are desperate for any relief and any cure possible. The testimonies championing celery juice are numerous and filled with hope and reasons to believe. But there are also many who do not get the results promised when following his protocols, and they are mad about it and feel let down again. Everybody seems to have the latest quick fix or supplement promised to cure whatever ails you. It feels like bullshit, but who really knows? Our personal experience with Anthony Williams has proven to be unsuccessful in relieving any of her neurological symptoms. We are no better off after spending our hard-earned money on a good juicer and eighty bucks a month for fresh organic celery. Not to mention all the expensive suggested supplements and smoothies made to get rid of the toxins and crap from her body. It is a nightmare that never ends. I wish it were different. What the book did teach us was to continue doing more research on our own, trust our intuition, reach out to more and more healthcare providers, and continue not to be afraid to experiment until we get the desired results. We will spend our last dime attempting to save her. And I think Anthony Williams would take that last dime if he could.
...When diets and supplements aren’t working, it’s time to look at the emotional and spiritual causes.....__Alicia Miller
I believe there is much truth to Alicia Miller’s quotation above. Through our ten-year odyssey we have learned that everything is connected. There can be no healing without the whole body, mind, and spirit buying into better health. It is a hard road, but one I am convinced we need to traverse if we desire a meaningful death when the time comes. Every day is a challenge to deal with our personal demons, eat healthy foods, drink pure water, and learn how to relax whether through meditation, walks in the woods, spending an hour and a half at the spa, or whatever gives us pleasure. My wife’s fight is not over. Recently we buried her thirty-nine year old daughter who herself had a five-year bout with cancer. Devastating for all of us to witness and go through together, and still painful each and every day. Life is not fair. Never was and never will be. It just is.
I’ve already read two of this author’s books and this is another wonderful book. His books are perhaps the most inspiring, life-saving books I’ve ever read.
Millions of people world-wide are now drinking celery juice (from celery stalks, not roots) and millions have already been healed.
This book informs us of exactly how and why celery juice heals us; how celery juice’s sodium cluster salts help “neutralize and lower the amount of viral toxins floating through the bloodstream and elevating inflammation”.
We’re also told about celery juice’s special vitamin C which can boost the immune system unlike any other vitamin C because of its “bioavailable, pre-methylated form” (whatever that means).
It is important that celery juice be taken entirely undiluted and with nothing extra added to it; it should preferably be taken in the morning on an empty stomach; you can begin gradually if you like but for serious problems to be overcome it will be necessary to drink 16 oz or more every day.
We are given a chapter on the celery juice cleanse, which should last 30 days or more.
After drinking our celery juice we should wait 30 minutes before eating breakfast.
Something new I learnt from this book was that we should have a fat-free morning, since eating fats interrupts our body’s natural morning cleanse state. When we dump fats into the stomach, our liver will overwork itself to deliver some bile to help us. Any bile released by the liver will interfere with celery juice working for us.
In general, Anthony William advises us to cut our fat intake by 50%. I always thought I was eating absolutely healthily, but it turns out that I have been ingesting too much fat from avocados, nuts, oil, coconut, and at times fish.
I repeat, we should drink celery juice on an empty stomach with no fats, and then stay fat-free for a few hours after that; this will allow the sodium cluster salts to dissolve pathogens et alia in the gut as well as “old, rancid, hardened, caked-on fats and proteins from the digestive tract linings”.
Another extremely important factor allowing the celery juice to work optimally is cutting out certain foodstuffs: eggs, all dairy products, Canola (rapeseed) oil, gluten, corn, soy, pork products, nutritional yeast, natural flavours, vinegar and fermented foods.
We are given an extremely useful chapter entitled “Relief from your symptoms and conditions” which provides us with information about Alzheimer’s, ALS, so-called auto-immune conditions, balance issues, brain fog, cancer, constipation, diabetes (types 1, 1,5 and 2), eating disorders, emotional struggles, etc, etc, etc.
We also learn about several popular items we should be avoiding including apple cider vinegar and collagen.
The book includes the recipe for AW’s heavy metal detox smoothie which we can take for breakfast 30 minutes after consuming our celery juice.
Though celery juice taken in this way will give us tremendous healing, in many serious cases we will have to ingest other healing substances as advised in AW’s other books,
The renowned physician, Dr Mercola, whom I otherwise highly respect, has other views as regards fat, since he advises following the ketogenic diet. But I will now take AW’s advice instead of Dr. Mercola’s and try to eat less fat, though it is difficult since avocados are my favourite food.
I highly recommend that you read this life-saving book.
Celery is the new "fad". Always loved celery, have it all the time but then heard of the "fad". Ordered this book at the library.Filled with great information on the benefits of celery JUICE! According to the author you must juice the celery.Eating it or using celery powders do not have the same value. I've enjoyed small glasses of celery juice in the past, but to be truly healthy and rid yourself of all sorts of chronic conditions, the author states you must juice and ENTIRE BUNCH of celery every morning on a empty stomach, now water or food allowed for a certain time period. You must also give up dairy, nuts, eggs and the list goes on. I have no problem believing that celery has health benefits, but an entire bunch a day? I now understand the reason for the celery shortage at my grocery store."Another fad",when in fact we should just eat our fruits and veggies or juice them.Remember the days when every meal started with a relish platter of pickles, celery and carrots?
So I bought a second-hand juicer. I bought a bunch of celery. And started drinking. On an empty stomach. Yuk.
Okay, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. But after a few days I thought: Why am I doing this again? Because all my woo-woo friends are doing it? Because I have plenty of willpower and don't want to waste a perfectly fine juicer? Because someone mysteriously channeled this health knowledge straight from source?
So I got the book. To get some proper reasons. And I browsed, because it is very repetitive. In short, the message is: Drink Celery Juice! It is healthy as hell!
That being said, I ám convinced now. I want to keep on drinking. Even though my sweat smells of celery, and I am only on day 12.
So get that juicer. Fill your fridge with celery stalks. And start healing yourself. You can browse the book while sipping your juice.
This book is ridiculous, dogmatic and frankly dangerous. There is no medical backing in this, he writes things that are factually false and expects you to just trust him. This is quack science that is of the worst kind. My distaste for how terrible and absurd this book is so great that I now am questioning anyone in my life who has read this book and DIDNT have this reaction or who actively backs this snake oil salesman. (And I believe in eastern and western medicine, traditional and natural). Don’t read this book.
If you are strictly science-based in your approach to healthcare you will not like this book. Anthony Williams (medical medium) based his theory on anecdotal feedback from clients and communication with spirit. The book goes into excruciating detail about the benefits of drinking celery juice -pure unadulterated on a daily basis along with many claims of healing benefits for chronic issues. If you can accept his theories or are willing to try the Celery detox you may find it interesting, but I found that there was a lot of repetition and information that is unproven or unnecessary. if all you want is to try celery for a healing effect no need to purchase the book. I’m not really sure how to rate the book it 2 stars for novel content but take 3 off for making me read 200 pages when 10 pages would have sufficed.
I am bizarrely curious to try this drink after two completely different people (one was an eccentric Uber driver) brought it up in conversation within a few days of each other. The book itself is a load of 🙄🙄🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Interesting premise. It makes one wonder how powerful plant medicines might actually be. Surely, plants are more complex than pharmaceuticals created in laboratories, often trying to ‘mimic’ nature.
Anthony's book give quite detailed info about celery juice that it can almost be considered as a celery juice encyclopedia. However, there were inconsistencies between his livestreams, other channeled entities and this book.
The most important one was about supplements. In one of his FB livestreams, Anthony recommended a brand of celery juice capsules named "Celeryforce" (iirc) to be taken as a supplement to celery juice. But in the book he says no supplement can help or give the effect, or enhance raw celery juice on an empty stomach.
Another was celery juice consumption during pregnancy. Anthony states in the book that it is safe to drink celery juice during pregnancy, while a different, trustworthy channeler Darryl Anka(channels Bashar) advises it should be avoided during pregnancy for its strong purgative effect.
Other than that, it was a good book.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Came across this guy and heard some positive things so decided to check out a few of his books from the library, this being the first I'm reading. There's some interesting things in here, but it is very repetitive and there is no science to back this up. There does appear to be a lot of anecdotes about celery juice healing a variety of issues for people. Don't like the "medium" title and the claims that he just knows these things and it is undiscovered information. It does make sense that the science community wouldn't want to fund studies on plain celery juice, but would definitely make me less skeptical. Of course, if I commit to trying celery juice and find it works wonders on my chronic issues, my rating will go up, but for now, i remain skeptical.
Nezinu, kāpēc, bet man riebjas seleriju garša. Ja tās ir pievienotas salātiem, nespēšu sevi piespiest norīt kaut kumosu. Izlasot šo grāmatu un smeļoties informāciju, radās vēlme sevi izaicināt — iesākumā vismaz pāris dienas katru rītu dzert svaigi spiestu seleriju sulu. Šodien (ar mokām) izdevās. Turpinājums sekos… 🙈
Absolutely inspiring and motivating to use food as medicine and to be able take your health into your own hands. I went from having such extreme SIBO and IBS/many other auto immune disease symptoms, to feeling more energized, getting my system “more regular” again, and cutting bloat in just four days of starting celery juicing. Never mind the glow I can see in my skin. I can’t wait to see what the next few months and years holds for me knowing this powerful information.
I have been dealing with one of the most extreme difficult SIBO cases that doctors have seen. I have incredibly high bad bacteria and incredibly high good bacteria. I have dealt with hydrogen SIBO for years now. I have dealt with the worst of the symptoms going on six years. There were more symptoms prior but five years ago is when I started having to go to the hospital because the increased severity of these symptoms. I’m dealing with a handful of auto immune diseases. The first day I drank the celery juice I could feel a shift in my body. Physically and mentally. I’m five days in and I’m never going back.
This book is the ONLY book series that gives the correct information about celery juicing. Do not even attempt to read about celery juicing from others because they aren’t giving the correct science and information needed to understand celery and it’s amazing properties.
If you only read one book and make one change this year, I highly suggest this book and juicing 16oz of fresh celery juice (by itself, NOTHING added) every morning on an empty stomach 30 minutes before eating anything else. It will change your life. It’s already started changing mine.
