This is a very fascinating book that I would recommend to anyone. It offers many great tools for being present and grateful, and it has a lot of interesting information on how the brain works and changes psychology/physiologically.

My book title is slightly different than the above. ISBN 978-1-78950-536-8 (2021) is my copy. This is one of the best books (so far) that I have read about Mindfulness, clear and lucid. This quote alone (P.16) to me is priceless! "What concerns us is not the way things actually are, but rather the way we think things are" (Epicteus) "A situation might be quite innocuous but because we are viewing it from a standpoint coloured by emotion - be that anger, love, jealousy or whatever - our interpretation is coloured" (Wendy Hobson).
This book may be small but it’s filled with big ideas and tips on how to start meditating and why meditation is an important strategy to help you navigate and manage a busy life, difficult people and challenging situations.
Whether you are a beginner or deep into meditation, you are likely to find plenty of take-aways in this British book.
