Gracie is determined to find out what is killing animals and making more of them and some people sick. Someone is trying to build a factory and destroy meadowland, it is dividing the town. There was too much about Gracie’s cat and a stray dog to make this story really interesting.

A humorous story, and while I didn't find it especially wonderful, it is about pets, and a silly mystery, and it made for a light afternoon of enjoyable reading.

Perfect beach or airplane book. Ok to put down and pick up in moments waiting in a doctor’s office. Clean, light, enjoyable.
