I did not read cover to cover but I find the book very easy to follow and provide just enough coverage to key topics. I am myself injury prone when it comes to running and after going through this book, I can pick up a few good strategies and practical steps I can customise for myself to realise a more fulfilling running life. Look forward to seeing concrete results in the coming months!
