If you’re feeling lost, lonely, or simply searching, but for what you aren’t quite sure, you might want to take a trip through the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
There, nestled between peaks and valleys, not hidden, nor easily found, sits the Town of Saint Thaddaeus.
Now, you won’t find Saint Thad—as we locals call it—on any map, old or new. Nor will that GPS of yours, or any internet search help you. And although I live in Saint Thad, and have for many a year, I can’t be giving you exact directions.
I can, however, tell you that if you travel northwest of Denver and stay on the main roads, and, if you are meant to find us, you will. Because the signs will all be there.

In Redeeming Grace, one such lost soul, Grace St. John, who has made a habit of moving from one city to another, stumbles upon St. Thaddaeus and carries with her past sins that even she cannot face.
Upon Grace's arrival, the town's newest apprentice angel quickly discovers that this one will be her toughest assignment yet, but that doesn't mean this angel is in any way daunted by the challenge, because also residing within the town are a few lost souls as well, and Grace may be just what one particular resident needs.
With his future now redefined, Colin Haney has been feeling a little lost himself lately, and with some heavenly help thrown his way, Colin takes on a crusade of convincing Grace that St. Thaddaeus is the home she's been looking for.
But forgiveness and redemption don't come easy, and each will have to fight for both.
Author of Romantic Suspense with a Paranormal Twist
I can’t explain where my stories come from or why some paranormal aspect always seems to find its way inside my pages. But I can tell you that I find inspiration everywhere.
Among other genres, I enjoy a great romance novel, especially when it has lots of suspense-filled pages. And after reading any one of my novels, I believe you’ll be able to guess that I adore romantic comedies, which is why you’ll also find plenty of humor in my stories as well.
I really loved this book! So much more than your average Christmas romance, this book is about overcoming trauma, and finding a fresh start. The unexpected mystery kept me turning the pages, the characters and the romance developed so naturally and convincingly, and the people of St. Thad are each lovable in their own way. The book tackles some tough issues with grace—no pun intended—and ultimately leaves you filled with hope. A truly enjoyable read.
Enjoyed this story about the town of St. Thaddaeus, and the interesting characters that play a part in assisting Grace to find a place to call home. Good read any time of the year.
Sweet story about a young woman overcoming a rough childhood. Nice romance and character development. Very interesting twist ending. Looking forward to the next in the series!
Have to say this book was a surprise delight! I love the unexpected ending and allll the great what the heck moments. This book is a sweet story of finding ones self. Definitely a reader!
Redeeming Grace is a story in someway i think we can all relate to. Author Gina Salamon has begun a new series with a town that is a place I would love to visit full of people who I want to get to know better even if I have to wait for each holiday season to start. Till next year I will wait for the signs for Inspiring Grace.
I loved this Christmas novel and look forward to the next. What a beautiful tale of bringing two people together. Grace is a lost soul who finds herself stranded in a small town during a snowstorm. Little does she know, that it's not for the short term and she will find herself falling in love in many different way.
I loved this book. Grace is a troubled soul on the run from herself where she stumbles into a small Colorado mountain town. She meets Collin, a man with his own dark and troubled past. Will the two of them find happiness despite their hardships?
I don’t usually care whether the season I’m in (Christmas!) matches the seasons of the books I’m reading.
And I still don’t! But there was a little extra warmth and coziness knowing that the characters of St. Thad we’re getting ready for Christmas, too.
Before I realized Redeeming Grace by Gina Salamon (@gina.salamon ) was a novel set during Christmas, the first page was what really caught my attention and the premise of angels in charge of a town that work for a visitor’s highest good kept me reading to the end:
“WELCOME TO THE TOWN OF ST. THADDAEUS

If you’d like a wholesome read set in Christmas about a woman learning how to get out of her own way to find connection with others.. here’s your next read. Definitely looking forward to book number two ❤️
Grace St. John relocates frequently to escape her past. If only it were that easy. The story unfolds as Grace unintentionally finds herself in a town in Colorado and settles in for a short stay. As the story unfolds, Grace meets people, makes connections and seems to have more of a purpose there than anywhere else her past travels have taken her. As I read on I learned why. I enjoyed the story, the characters and their names, which tied nicely into the storytelling for me. The description of Colorado, the town, and the people had me longing to visit. The note from the author at the end of the book states this will be a series. I look forward to the next one for sure.
Grace stumbles upon a small town in the mountains and decides to stay until Christmas. She's a woman on the run, never letting anyone close. No friends, definitely no romantic relationships. But the town has a guardian angel and a few real live ones. St. Thaddeus settled not only into Grace's heart, but mine as well. Such a heartwarming story for Christmas.
This is a Christmas story I will enjoy again and again.
I can't wait to read the next in this series and get to know the citizens of this hidden town even better. Wonderful characters and a wonderful premise.
If only there truly was a St. Thaddaeus for us all.
If you're looking for a Christmas love story, based in a beautiful and friendly town in the forest, with characters that grow on you, this is your book!
