An invasion is coming. It's the countdown to the Apocalypse.
The pulsar blasts are heating up! Wil, Poka and the robot have jumped out of the fire and into the frying pan.
The Outpost is orbiting an uncharted planet filled with dangerous creatures and there's a monster roaming the halls. It's Wil's long lost girlfriend. She's back from the dead and she's a super powered alien.
What the frak is the thing inside her and what does it want with the Outpost? And why are so many aliens trying to destroy the ship and everyone onboard?
Three stars for consistency, same losers, main character and girlfriend, same drama. I don't know whether this is a good series or just a good waste of time but I read it, that's all, I can't say that there is a good message in the story 'coz if there is I totally missed it, in fact, to me the characters are totally unremarkable and hard to relate to, I would say this is just an unusual space adventure.
This is an excellent book. Transported to an unknown sector of the universe, Wil and his companions find themselves under attack from an alien sphere. They are saved by the alien who inhabits his girlfriend Kat. Then, after helping to repair the shop Kat is wanted by get more aliens, can Wil give her up? Or will they live out their lives together non the alien planet below? A must read for all lovers of Sci-Fi
A container (not ship) with no weapons. A robot, an alien possessing a human, and a crew man human with a dog....NOT SCI-FI. This story was painful to read..... And the human crewman ALWAYS talks to himself....
It’s kinda fun but, my God! The endless memories about old days, his mother, the bot, the dog... I skimmed through most of it. Yes I want to know how it comes out but won’t take the time.
Better than the first book of the series, but not good enough to entice me to purchase the third book in the series. Still a very interesting premise that many will enjoy investigating.
