Ok, before I voice my opinion, I gotta say......never read any of these authors before.....except one. So I'm kind of a newbie to them all! Lol
My author I had to read was Nikki Landis.......her story was her to a T. Great emotions, hot as heck and she managed to twist it a bit.....why I love her stories.
As for the other ones.......I really, really enjoyed them! We had a huge variety! From SuperVillians I wanted to love , to BDSM for SuperHeroes, to just about whatever your mind could think of. And some things I never thought of!
Just have to say it was a Saturday night well spent, no regrets for staying up til 4 am reading!

Since Nikki Landis is one of my go to authors and I know her work, I wanted to read and review this new book she's put out first. "Unmasked" is a hard hitting, fast paced, erotically charged story introducing us to Veronica and Geron who came in contact with each other at a Halloween Party. You're going to love these characters. After you read this, I'm sure you'll feel the same way I do and want to read more of this couple. If this book is a representative of the caliber of work in this anthology, there is a gold mine within these pages that you won't want to let slip by.

SAVED BETWEEN THE SHEETS is a collection of stories, all revolving around the world of Superheroes. Some are 'for real', whilst others aren't--one involves a costume of someone going to a KinkCon.
Whether it is Reverse Harem, or BDSM, or just plain ole hot sex you are after, there is something here for everyone. There are fifteen stories here, with some being prequels to a bigger story, and some being complete by themselves.
One thing I would say is to not read them back-to-back unless you are a Super Superhero fan!
All together though, I thought this was a great read, full of steam, and with individual stories that didn't just blend with the ones before or after. Definitely recommended by me.

Heinous Crimes by Leigh Kelsey
4.5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 but only because it was two short! I think this is the first read for me by this author and I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t predictable and it was hot af!
Not All Heroes Wear Capes (Just Dresses) by Katie May
4🌟🌟🌟🌟 This one was hard for me to follow at first but then 💥 bam it all clicked into place ( think my head was still stuck in the previous story) all I can say is I want to be the purple goddess!

Nikki Landis’ UnMasked has all her trademarked heat, and all her surprises. Veronica and Geron are so hot, the pages may spontaneously combust if you read this as a paperback. And Geron proves to be more than just a masquerade hero for Veronica.

Leigh Kelsey - Heinous Crimes
What do three villains get when they got caught and closed in special anti-power cell? A steamy hot night, completely marvelous escape and even better steamy hot time afterwards with additional villain thrown into addition. Very pleasant hot read.
Katie May - Not All Heroes Wear Capes (Just Dresses)
Blaze, Frost, Stone and Mas are four bad bad “mutants” on a mission. And the mission is to ravish one lucky Goddess. This story is completely and definitely all about sex.
Lacey Carter Andersen - Unlikely Reaper
Being a Reaper is very lonely, excruciating and hard job. Still Jules does find way to use her “dark power” to do good things. Dealing with side effects might be not easy as a task thought. This story is so fresh and interesting. Can’t wait to read more.
Jesse Lucas - Taking it Off
This story is quite chaotic. Idea is great. Plot is interesting. Characters are different. But I needed to re-read certains parts because I felt lost.
M Lizbeth - Awakenings
I loved it. It’s wonderful idea, interesting plot and fancy characters. I just wish it was longer, with more action. It really really need to be written in full length story.
R.M. Walker - Saving Parker
It’s a sweet, however partially sad, steamy love story. They was meant for each other, and what is meant to be together can’t be truly separated. And you don’t need to be super hero to save someone, you need only love and strength.
A.C. Wilds - Bewitched Arrows
Acalon, Zolin and Tenoch
Jaguar shifters. witches, secrets, wicked king, fae and crocodile. But also passionate love and friendship. Plot idea is interesting. However I didn’t completely like this story, but that’s just personal point of view.
Candice Wright - Masked Illusions
Josie is timid and hard working, not knowing her worth. One night can change your life, open your eyes and let you be more assertive. And it’s what happening here, it’s also so hot and steamy. Even is some questions still lingering I loved this short story.
Jaliza A. Burwell - A Starfire Experience
This story seemed bit off, girl with 3 boyfriends should: 1. Know her boyfriends very well, 2. Be quite advanced already in taking more than one guy at a time. Story is nice but if it would be about woman who simply just met her 3 guys who are prefect for her and then they go explore - it would be more natural. But the message and story line are good.
Nikki Landis - Unmasked
Veronica is trapped, controlled by her father and scarred of him. But then she fallen onto someone, someone that she feel herself with. Geron have past and secrets but he cares for her. Plot is very interesting, secrets come into light one by one till perfect end.
Ann Swan - Entropy
It’s hard to find words to describe how I feel after reading this. It was steamy alright. There was anger and fury. But there was care and love as well. Some of scenes might trigger some people, not me thought. Story was original, world interesting, characters one in a kind. It was crazy ride.
Tabitha Barret - Invisible Desire
Sayah is strong and well trained woman. Jarvin is just as strong and determined. Both are just perfect together. This story is interesting insight into heroes and villains minds (there always are villains where there are heroes after all) and day to day life. It was very original story which I really liked.
Rae Tona - Humble Beginnings
This story is very interesting. I love the idea. Illaria is strong, sure of herself and always right on the task. James trying to use his powers to punish those doing wrong things. But even so, he shouldn’t stand above the law. Illaria might have a solution for that, one way or another he is going to stop.
Allyson Lindt - Hearts in the Sand
It’s not easy to serve during the war, but it’s even worse being Valkyrie who is punished by Odin. Loosing love again and again. Forgetting all good there was. Not serving the purpose you was created for. And this story is about love and becoming the one you were meant to. Very catchy.
Lina Jubilee - Mutiny’s Rebellion
World in this story is very interesting. Makes me really wish to know more, read more. Mutiny (or as she prefer Jo) is woman who try to make wrongs right. And in same time she is fighting her love attraction. She have lots on her plate, and she deals with it really good.

Not all heroes wear capes by Katie May

This was a tad different from the other books but it was good! However, there’s always a similar quirk between all of Katie’s h’s and it’s that they all blurt out random/embarrassing things at times. There is a little twist in this story and there is slight m/m. Overall it was a cute read!

This was pretty good! There is a cliffhanger at the end but the author said that there’s going to be a series on this one later. Unlikely Reaper is about Jules, Brad, Connor, and Ajax. We learn more about Jules than the other three so far and my heart breaks for Jules. I can’t wait till the series drops so I can learn more about her and her men.

There was a little conclusion to their story at the end so no cliffhanger.

I loved this one! Masked Illusions is about Josie, Tyler, Jared, and Deacon. I really want to know more about Deacon so I hope Candice gives us a full length story for this! Tyler made me want to wring his balls in the beginning and I’m unsure what to think about Jared yet. Fingers crossed for a full length book!

Nikki Landis has done it again. She released a story this reader loves even though PNR is not my thing. The story between Veronica and Geron is stronger than the paranormal world which is introduced to the reader. The PNR is not so unreal that I am constantly thinking about the creatures and care about the characters as people. Then she slaps me with, hey BTW, the HAF guy you want to rub up on? He's got a secret...… and I thought I loved him before I knew that secret! Now I need to know more. She pulls me in every time and I love it.
Highly recommend all of Nikki Landis's books. If you think your aren't into PNR, I challenge to give one of Nikki's books a try.

Intense Sexy Hot Read!
OMG WOW! Nikki’s story Unmasked, was an incredibly hot and sexy short story. It was packed full of intense action and suspense, with a ton of amazing panty melting moments throughout! I absolutely loved this story. It gripped me right from the beginning straight to the end. All of the twists and turns were so well done, I had no clue what was going to happen next. And the twist towards the end - Amazing!
I want more of this story and the main characters. It was so good.

Sizzling with heat and full of spicy intrigue, this collection of quick reads is amazing!
Unmasked gave us Geron and Veronica, two strangers who meet at a masked Halloween party. The chemistry between these two exploded quickly, and boy, did things go off in spectacular fashion! I hope there's more in store for this hot couple. And for Jay and Jen as well!

Okay so let me start by saying HOLY HOTNESS!! Nikki Landis knows her damn stuff... I was intrigued and blown away and loved UNMASKED. There was everything from angst, to romance, to heart felt moments and near death orgasms 😂. I loved the twist she created and I was hooked on both leading characters. Unmasked by Nikki Landis was a fast paced, intense, steamy read. Veronica and Geron meet at a masked Halloween party and the sparks fly between them immediately. This story has interesting twists, intrigue, intense action, and sizzling chemistry, that kept me fascinated throughout and turning the pages. Amazing read and I definitely recommend it!

This book... don't read it in a public place, for obvious reasons. I don't remember the last time a 'romance' book made my heart race the way this one did. You will want to read this, and reread it, it's incredible.

Unmasked by Nikki was everything I wanted it to be and more. Nikki did and outstanding job with this incredibly steamy, intense read. I had no idea what to expect until the end. Which blew me away. A quick and amazing read.

Unmasked by Nikki Landis was fast paced, steamy and mysterious. Veronica and Geron's love story was enchanting and addictive and left you wanting more. I thoroughly enjoyed this unpredictable quick read and I hope this isn't the last we see of Veronica and Geron.

Wow this story is absolutely amazing. Geron and Veronica are deliciously sinful. I can't go in to more as it was a short story. I do hope the Author takes this and extends it. I absolutely would buy it. If you grab this anthology make sure to read this.

Steamy Stories
What a great collection of steamy scenes with a hero/villain theme. Each one is a great intro to new authors giving a taste of their writing. I loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.

This has to be my favorite Between the Sheets anthology so far! Funny, sweet, romantic, it runs the gambit for reverse harem stories. Great to sit down and read one quickly with a cup of tea, or to indulge in the bath and read a few with a glass of wine. I will definitely be rereading these delicious morsels!

Totally love this book. This is my first time reading super hero/villian romance before. OMG I am hooked on every story and want MORE!!! I keep reading it over and over!!

1) Heinous Crimes By: Leigh Kelsey *** 3 stars ***
This is pretty much a RH that has hot steamy sex scenes. There isn't really isn't love between them but lust for each other. Jade is our FMC and her boy toys are Arris, Thomas, and Lewin.
2) Not All Heroes Wear Capes (Just Dresses) By: Katie May *** 4 stars ***
A superhero and super-villain RH with M/M. The superhero is named Purple Goddess. The super-villains are the Fierce Four, Blaze, Frost, Stone, and Mas. This storyline is fantastic. I found myself laughing from the hilarious things that come out of their mouths.
3) Unlikely Reaper By: Lacey Carter Andersen *** 4 stars ***
I enjoyed this storyline a lot. This is a story that should become a series. Jules is a reaper and just can't find any type of happiness. The guys in the story are Drake (clan leader), Brad, Connor, and Ajax. The guys are some type of supernatural. The storyline gets a little emotional. This will be a great series!
4) Taking it off By: Jessa Lucas *** 2 stars ***
From a part of the description on this story, "a quirky feminist Cinderella story". I tried really hard to understand the plot. I didn't find this story in anyway interesting.
5) Awakenings: A New Beginnings Short Story By: M Lizbeth

This is a great RH romance. A lot of hot steamy sex scenes. Lots of love between the 5 of them. Lexi is our female main character and is a norm. Her sexy men are Mason, Min Joon, Chase, Raiden, and they have powers.
6) Saving Parker By: R.M. Walker **** 4 stars ****
"A side note from the author, this takes place in the UK. The age of consent is 16. No characters are underage in this story."
This story is a normal romance. Parker and Lowena are the main characters for this storyline. The storyline goes between them being 17 to ten years later. The trials and tribulations this characters go through for love is crazy. Emotions run very high in the story.
7) Bewitched Arrows By: A.C. Wilds **** 4 stars ****
In this story you have some very sexy time, lots of love, and hard core action. Missing witches, Izel (lead protector of witches), 3 sexy underworld warriors, a crocodile shifter, unseelie king and queen, what could go wrong?
8) Masked Illusions By: Candice Wright **** 4 stars ****
Josie is completely miserable with her life. She needs to find herself and decides that at the company party is the best place to do that. Once she gets to the party, her life takes some crazy twists and turns. I do hope this is turned into a series.
9) A Starfire Experience An Adulting Allowed Short Story
By: Jaliza A. Burwell **** 3 stars ****
No adulting allowed. Maddie gets a weekend off and decides to find out what a "Kink Convention" is. Her 3 boyfriends decides to tag along. Things get sexy, steamy, and very hot. Josie gets to experience a kink convention for the first time.

This is a story about 3 superheroes. They grew up together and was thought to be superheroes. They split up and go there separate ways. Fate brings them back together to save the city and to find love.
13) Humble Beginnings An Operation Underground Origin Story

This is a beginning of how 2 supers meet. Illaria and James meet in a club near Baton Rouge. They were they for two very different reasons. This is beginning of a series that should be released in 2020.
14) Hearts In The Sand By: Allyson Lindt **** 4 stars ****
This is a story about war, gods, valkyries, and love. Kirby is a valkyrie that keeps getting reincarnated. Gwyolion and Min are gods that try to keep Kirby from dying. This looks to become a series with "Legacy" being released in 2019

Pretty good love story. You have your super villians, superheroes, and the supers that fall in between those 2.

Another great anthology from the Between The Sheets world and I loved this much better because well, it showcases superheroes in all their human glory. Even superheroes need some lovin' in between saving the world and battlin' their super foes, you know.
I will update my review once I finished because there are a lot of great authors in this one but for now my review will be for Entropy by Ann Swan.
The story is about Fara, a former super villainess who retired and decided to put up a pleasure house business when she found out how emotionally repressed the superheroes are. When her former lover and partner called it quits (from their friendship & business side), she took it really badly and nearly caused an end of the world.
Given how this is supposed to be a short story, I really really wish this could have been longer. I felt that there is still too much to tell most especially on her love story with Entropy. I liked Fara even if her personality comes across as quirky, maybe mean sometimes but that came with the job. What I felt the story conveys is that she is a giving person and in her own way, saves the world by "saving" the superheroes from self destructing. Isn't it ironic that the person who could is a villain in this story?

This entire anthology is amazing. Seriously. I’m not usually a fan of anthologies, but the BTS never disappoints and I’ve been an avid reader. These stories are fun, sexy and badass.
Three of them stood out to me, though.
Candice Wright’s Masked Illusions. I mean, oh my god. I have no words to describe this one. It was just soooooo goooooddd. It was a rollercoaster ride from beginning to end and it just kept hitting me with all these plot twists and turns and I just. Flawless.
AC Wilds Bewitched Arrows was amazing, there was such a depth to the stories and characters. Totally worth the read. And it shines so much light on the universe she has created, but it’s also a standalone, beginning to end and I really like how much of a BA the FMC is.
And Katie May’s Not all heroes wear capes (just dresses) was a really fun read, I couldn’t stop laughing.

These stories are off the charts scorching and perfectly timed!! Soooooo many amazing stories that you just want more of!! 🥰 Candice Wright’s Masked Illusions is hilarious and oh, so sexy!! Paging Mr. Badd and Mr. Badd and Mr. Badd...please tell me there will be a continuation of this crazy, romantic comedy of errors!!! I need ALL the BADD!! 🤩 Katie May’s Not All Heroes Wear Capes (Just Dresses) is a succinctly delicious dose of badassery and “It’s so hot in here” sexy!! Yummy bad guys and heroines who know exactly what they want!! This anthology will definitely make you wish you stayed home from work to finish it...I’m already counting down the hours to reread some of these stories!!

My First anthology
This is the first time I read an anthology. So many books to read, so little time to do it... But since I'm a big fan of Katie May, I wanted to try this one.
I obviously loved Katies story. No surprise there. The reaper-series will definitely be one I'm checking out too. It broke my heart a little, but gave me hope too...
I must say, this is actually a great concept. I read stories from a few unknown writers (to me they were) and decided to check them out.
I laughed and cried... Yeah... I'm an emotional mess like that!
