Adam was born in 1962 in Sussex, England. He graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Southampton in 1983 and went on to qualify as a Solicitor and practise Law in London. However, after three years, Adam decided to leave the Law to pursue a career in natural health sciences.
Adam became a regular columnist for the Nursing Times and Health Guardian and an international, best-selling author. In his business life, Adam built a successful skincare business (Taylor Jackson Health Products) helping psoriasis and eczema sufferers all over the world.
More recently Adam has developed several technology businesses and set up a national initiative helping students learn to computer programming.
Regret to read this book. It's wasting time. I don't like chicken soup for the soul. I quickly read though about 1/4 in half hour and gave up reading it.
