A book focused on controlled trading
This is a very clear book on creating a small trading business using micro indexes. The author offers very actionable points for getting started with a small trading account and slowly become successful trading the micros. This book purchase is a great support of the author's YT channel where he provides excellent content.

useful
I started paper trading micro few months ago. I read a few trading books but none specifically dealt with micro futures so though they were useful - they provided more information than I needed. This book is concise. As I read it, all the jumble in my brain from all I had been practicing started to make more sense. It helped me get started on creating a system for my trading. I’m glad I read it !

Loved it
Very good information for a beginner. I learned allot and will continue to go back to review all of the lessons. I really enjoyed the psychology addressed. Very thorough. Reading this book I believe will help me to become a successful micro futures trader. Thank you Don. Sheila Wagnon

Concise and Accessible
The author focused very specifically on trading of microfutures, and was able to keep the book very concise and very accessible. The author gives the reader all the tools and confidence you would need to be successful. I'm going to reread this book as I continue to learn.

There is beauty in simplicity

I’m not new to trading and still learned a lot from Don. This is a great guide, super simple and he breaks things down really well. If you’re new to the futures markets I would highly recommend starting here, his YouTube channel has a ton of great content also.

Best Trading Book
Best trading book I've ever read. Short and sweet but totally complete. The psychology chapter is key to appreciating this book. I just finished, and I am going to go work on my trading plan tonight! Great job, Sir!

Short but puts you on the right track as a beginner. I don’t think complicating it is required.
This book is nice and sweet. And he explains why it doesn’t need to be long - the only good source I found for futures trading books. Time to practice.

Fantastic and straight to the point!
This is EXACTLY the book I was looking for. As a beginning trader, I’ve read so many books that contained many words, but no wisdom or experience. This book provided an abundance of both in the most “straight to the point” way possible!

straight forward!
He breaks it down step by step, doesn’t make it confusing or overwhelming for the reader. This was a great read and can’t wait to apply what I’ve learned!

Love This Book
Preface: I honestly doubt there are more than 5 percent of successful day traders (more than 18 months with decent profitability).
I’ve read many day trading books over a 4 month span. This one was one of my favorites if not my favorite.
There isn’t a get rich quick scheme in it, however, there is the simplicity of truth and experience: emphasis on practice, on focused but not flooded learning, and the biggest/toughest issue of them all, psychology.
Commodities, derivatives and equites: a majority of these will, most of the time, follow the indexes especially the S&P. IMHO why not trade the source of most price movements in the markets?
Truthful, simple, insightful - kudos to the author.
