This book didn’t blow me away but I thought it was helpful. Honestly I didn’t find any radical thoughts. Most of it centered around increasing your character and competence as a leader which will impact your confidence. However I did enjoy the real life stories he began each chapter with, highlighting a different leader and their “confidence” story. Overall an enjoyable book.

I highly recommend this book to anyone in leadership. Filled with personal examples and interviews with great leaders. It’s Biblically based, using Nehemiah through the book to reinforce the principles. I love how Dan Reiland uses lists and key points. This book is worth adding to your leadership library.
