This is the second book in the Omertà Series and I was lucky enough to receive an ARC from Anna Widzisz.
I love a good mafia book and Untamed definitely fits the bill. Anna is a new author but she is very talented and I look forward to reading more of her work. This story is exciting and will have you turning pages as fast as possible to see what happens next. Noah Falcone will likely be your new book boyfriend and you’ll be wanting more of him.

Noah and Inéz are chefs kiss 👩🍳 💋!
So, this book was 4 years after Innocent and 2 after Crossfire!
When you think that innocent Lynette who made some or maybe most of the choices bad died, hold on! Hold fucking on! Cause Anna is ready to give us all a heart attack! Cause this girl Lynette lives and like she is not the girl whom you think she is anymore! She is badass, a bitch (in a good way) and so fucking good at her comebacks and fighting skills! I mean her character fucking took a whole 180 degree turn (yes Anna not 360, I remember now😂🙈)! I mean when Lynette first appeared in this book, I was in a state of shock for like what? 5 mins? 10 mins? Idk but her character was just 😱😱😱
Now let’s come to Elio the great! I mean idk what is he doing with his life. Savannah is gone for fucking 2 years!?!? And not me shouting throughout the book that “GIVE ME SAVANNAH!!!! 😭😭😭😭”. 2021 you fucking come soon and give me my Kryptonite otherwise 🔪 🔪 🔪 🔪🔪🔪
Now let’s come to the most awaited cuties, Noah and Inéz! I will be lying if I told you that I don’t love them with my whole heart. Cause these 2 own a special fucking place! I love them both so much! Inéz my badass sweet Queen, i love you so much! I loved her character so much!!! I can say she is one of my most favourite characters! She knows how to handle herself, loves with her whole heart, is badass, and so much more! Now, Noah! I sometimes think weather to hug him or punch him!? The way he was always putting his Famiglia above everyone else even Inéz, I wanted to punch him so that he could see what he was doing to Inéz but I am glad he later understood what he did. But no matter what, I am always gonna love Noah soooo....
I am pretty much like whatever Anna writes I run to read it! I like really do that lol and like whatever expectations I have from her books, she crosses that bar of expectations every single fucking time!

ARC provided for an honest review.
That's the first time I have signed up for an ARC simply because I am not good at writing reviews. But I gave it a shot because of how impressed I was with the first book of this author.
Let me tell you that you will never see this coming. Not if you go straight to reading the second book. NOT EVEN WHEN YOU READ INNOCENT FIRST.
Comparing to the first book, this one was MUCH darker, there was more mafia business (however I'm guessing its because of Noah's character as a boss.
Don't even get me started on Noah. I fell in love with him in an instant. I never new he could be like this. And what made it even more surprising, after reading a dedication, I am guessing that the author based the character on someone she knows. I wouldn't freaking mind meeting this person. Or maybe I'm wrong. Idk.
Anyway, this 5-star rating is much needed for Untamed. And I cannot wait for the third book.

And here comes the surprise. That one is romance and hot scenes and a bad boy whom I LOVED since the first book. Noah is mine.
It had everything I was looking for.
My advice: if you are more into romance - start from Untamed. This book is it. The first one is wonderful in its own way). This one simply adds more romance factors and explodes with such events that you really want to finish it but you don't want to finish it.
Can't wait for Flavio.

Noah is amazing. One of my new book boyfriends for sure. But Flavio is close second. I cannot wait for his book to come out.

Untamed is book two in Anna Widzisz’s Omertà series. The story still follows the third-person, multiple perspectives, story telling. It works for the story line and the various characters, to reveal the depth of character moods and plot development.

Noah Falcone has secured his position as Capo and the success of his empire. However he can’t let go of the past, with the help of innocent lives from 4-years ago, he’ll have to step away from tradition by inducting Drew, Issac, and Inéz to the Famiglia.
As Drew, Issac, and Inéz start to flourish in their new world. Noah’s principles are challenged by Inéz’s presence. Drew gets the opportunity to chase his ghost and perhaps the love of his life. Merging their differences into one life may not be difficult, as Noah eloquently phrased it,
“Even the purest heart is touched by darkness.”

I am so happy to see Noah get his book. Book one, Innocent, left Noah with too many openings and my mind ran rampant. The journey of Noah and Inéz is challenging, sexy, and thrilling. Noah pushes the boundaries of “innocent” Inéz while cultivating the woman she can become. Inéz unearths Noah and his true character. If you don’t believe me, this is my favorite line that had me falling for the ruthless Noah, “He’d suffered through such horrible pain and had still kept on living in spite of the million broken pieces of his heart.”

Qué manera de hacerse pasar de odiar a los amigos de Drew a amarlos, quedé, este es el segundo libro de la serie y aunque puede leerse independientemente yo recomendaría que leyeran el primero antes, el libro comienza 4 años después de los eventos del primer libro que marcaron mucho a los personajes y cambio las dinámicas, este es el libro de Noah el exprometido de Lynette, quien es el nuevo Capo de la Famiglia e Inéz una de las amigas de Drew.
Noah regresa a Seatle por ellos porque los necesita para una misión importante, la cual solo ellos lo pueden ayudar y de la que solo pocos dentro de la Famiglia pueden saber, para comenzar no esperaba que esa fuera la misión y no estaba segura de querer saber más de los amigos de Drew, pero ellos no tenían opción porque a Noah le encanta hacer juegos mentales con todos, y ellos terminaron aceptando y entrando a la mafia.
No puedo hablar mucho de la trama porque sería un mega spoiler, pero realmente no esperaba que se llevara a cabo de la manera que paso y me hizo odiar un poco a cierto personaje que me gustaba, aunque no voy a mentir hizo que me intrigara saber cómo continuaría su historia ahora que se volvió una psicópata asesina.
Me encanto como se desarrolló la relación de Noah e Inéz, desde que Inéz no tenía miedo de Noah en el primer libro los quería juntos, también me gusto ver como Inéz fue aceptando quien era y conocer su historia, mientras que Noah igual me encanto, como maneja a la Famiglia y quiere ir cambiando muchas tradiciones lo hace diferente, en pocas palabras los ame y relación fue muy explosiva.
Para finalizar, lo recomiendo mucho, este libro es muy diferente al primero y tiene mucho más romance pero aun mantiene el enfoque de una trama sólida, además de que es mucho más dark y hay descripciones de tortura y violencia más explícitas, para que lo consideren. También puede que Flavio sea un maldito pero lo amo okay, necesito su libro ya, y omg cuando Elio apareció lo extrañe necesito saber cómo continua su historia.

I loved how the relationship between Noah and Inéz developed, and since Inéz wasn’t afraid of Noah in the first book I wanted them together, I also liked seeing how Inéz accepted who she really was and know her story, while Noah I loved him, the way he manages the Famiglia and wants to change many traditions, makes him very different, in short I loved them and the relationship was very explosive.
To finish, I highly recommend it, this book is very different from the first and has much more romance but still maintains the focus of a solid plot, in addition to is wayy more darker and there are more explicit descriptions of torture and violence, so consider that. Also Flavio may be vere rude but I love him okay, I need his book now, and omg when Elio showed up, I missed him I need to know how his story continues.
