This was such an action-packed read, compared to the other two in the series, this one did not disappoint when it comes to action.

I truly love this series and as a thriller lover, we always tend to look for fast-paced books, that also have built up suspense, and it's safe to say that this series has both those qualities.

I've been reading this series for almost two years now and I can't believe it's almost over with book 4 coming along the way, very soon, in 2020! It's been great getting to know the author and be on this journey with him as a reader. Each book gets better and better and I am trying to be patient about book 4, but it's harder now after how great book 3 was and how it left me with a cliffhanger I can't stop thinking about.

This uncovered so many lies and secrets that were trying to stay buried. It even had shocked me with a character connection reveal that I truly didn't see coming in this series, which was a nice touch.

If you haven't heard of this series before, please check it out, you won't regret it. I promise you will eat this series up in one day!

Thank you McCaid for allowing me to write a blurb for book 3 in the Summersville series!!
It's been such an honor and a really cool thing to share with my family and friends.

McCaid, I wish you the best of luck with book 4 and the series altogether!

McCaid Paul has done it again! I loved this latest installment in the Summersville series. I loved seeing the development of the main characters, as well as the further development of McCaid's writing style. He shows incredible potential as an author, and every book shows wonderful improvement over the last. I'm already itching for the next one!!! Great job McCaid, you knocked it out of the park as usual!

This book is outstanding! I love a good mystery with twists and turns along the way! This book did not disappoint! Once you start, you better make sure you have some time to devote because you won't want to put it down! There might have been some closure on the Candice Hagen case in this book, but based on the ending, the town of Summersville has more to hide. The ending left me anxious and wishing for more!! I absolutely can not wait for book 4 to come out this year to see what happens!

I was--and still am--a big fan of the first two books in this series, but I have to say that Buried Truths might just be my favorite one yet! McCaid's writing and characters continue to mature nicely, and the plotline continues to remain fresh and exciting. There were a couple of twists I did not see coming, including one in the very middle that turned the rest of the novel on its head. I was eagerly anticipating this installment because of the author's tease that we would finally figure out what happened to Billie's mother, Candice Hagen, and I was pleasantly surprised at the many twists and turns that were presented. This is, by far, the most unpredictable installment yet. Out of all of my guesses behind Candice's disappearance, I failed to see the end coming, partly due to the clever red herrings throughout the novel, which distract from the overall motives of the characters. I can now say I am a big fan of McCaid's words, and I am impatiently waiting for the last book. If the cliffhanger at the end of this one is any indication of what is to come, I believe that I'll be in for a very emotional ride!
