I am giving this book a two star rating for the authors work and effort to compile the information. I am also giving it two stars due to the fact that it is poorly written and has way too many confusing statements. I got so many counter intuitive thoughts and images from some of the descriptions that I wanted to throw the book away. There is useful info in this book, but it is hard to dig out and make sense of a lot of it. If you decide to read it be prepared to need a notebook to use to decipher some of the text.
