Kaylin’s world has been turned upside down as the alpha of the largest werewolf pack in the world. Despite her lineage, Kaylin’s life as an omega hasn’t prepared her for this role and it’s causing her resolve to bleed through the cracks. Relationships formed with new allies, yet they’re not enough, not when faced with the loss of her powers. Kaylin would rather die than invite her mate, Dominic, back into her life but the human threat is more dangerous than ever. She must make a choice. This isn’t just about her pack anymore. The entire species is at risk, and she’s going to need everyone’s help fighting the agents. Can Kaylin combat them when she’s at her weakest? Can she uncover the disbarring news about her father? If she fails, werewolves everywhere will be exterminated. If she succeeds, she may lose the best parts of herself forever. This is a sequel to OMEGA.
If you like super natural books, this new author is someone to watch. She now has 2 books Omega and Alpha about a young werewolf who finds her way in life. Coming from bottom of a werewolf pack to become a leader of the clan. It is full of suspense and keeps you involved at every turn. Both books were hard to put down and I read both in a couple days, which is hard for me to do with my busy schedule. I managed to find the time to finish both books. Miss Hudson was able to keep me guessing at every turn of what was going to happen and kept me enthralled in the story to the end in both books. If you like Patricia Briggs or Laurell k Hamilton you need to read Elizabeth Hudson. The lead character Kaylin is every bit as enthralling as Anita Blake and Mercy Thompson.
