I didn't care for the tone of this book. A little condescending when listening on Audible which was narrated by the author. I found the book to only be about 15% useful.

Recommended for Beginners

A little background on why I choose this book: this year I am dedicating to learning, reading, mental and physical health. I wanted to grow like never before and start changing the areas I lack. With that being said I think this is a wonderful book to help you open up your mind. The author uses great supporting detail as well as ways to practice and ways to enhance your current thinking. It has me thinking hard and diving into similar books on the topic. I only gave it 4 stars because I feel it could have been longer but I still got a lot from the book.

Short, reminiscent, and clear self-help book. This book touched in some corners of my profound thinking. Unclear accretion in your mindset always happens every time. I really like the definitions of 3 motivational ways to live " Past, Present, Future " and 6 harts to decision-making. This habit help you think more than twice every decision. Zoe encouraged his readers to do unconventional actions and reinforce stable inner. However, his examples were a little sketchy and faint, which can't impress his reader's minds to remember this.

This is a great book that provided insight on how we think and why we should think critically. The emphasis on questioning everything makes you want to question everything. Thinking critically can be applied to all aspects of your life. It can improve your life and make you want to spend more time with people, who are smarter than you.

Great bookfor nook

For me the book took several sittings to absorb the matter, due to my also being interrupted several times. The book really helped me to deal with those who are outright lying to me. Question everything should be my motto from this point forward. Thanks Zoe!

Think Before You Judge People

Just because someone tells you something doesn't make it true. Think first, ask questions if you have to.
Helpful practical advice to stay out of trouble.

This was some serious bad shit. So bad, I had forgotten I had read it. Usual pop-psych pablum for people who aren't able to think for themselves.
