I'm struggling with my thoughts about this book. There are some fantastic ideas here. After reading the book straight through, I'll be going back to put together my plan and will work through the suggestions which I do feel are going to be valuable. The issues are with the editing of this self-published book. It's full of grammatical errors, misspellings, and odd formatting which might be fine for some readers. However, for me, it was distracting.
Finally, almost a quarter of the book has nothing to do with nighttime overeating. It features historical context on the origins of vampire and zombie lore along with a list of the 100-best vampire movies of all time. The author attempts to connect the appendix content to the rest of the book but acknowledges that skipping it won't in any way impact the reader's understanding of the program. These last sections are just unnecessary, indulgent distractions from the meaningful content of the book, and for me they somewhat diminished the author's credibility.
