“Thank fuck you’re here,” she said.
“Thank fuck you’re alive.”

“It’s like she’s living, breathing Viagra to me.”

”Hell, she’d just gotten laid by his eyes. It was a rush and a tease.”

“Easily. I’m the ultimate pain in the ass. Proudly. I put a whole lot of effort into it, as it happens.”
“Hmm, yes, you do. But you’re my pain in the ass.”

His cock sprang out and, just, wow. It was hot and hard and so damn big.
Should she touch it? Should she lick it? Should she feed it a peanut?
His eyes narrowed again. “Why did Jolene need your help with Enoch? You’re not one of her sentinels or a member of her Force. Why call on you?”
Khloé shrugged one shoulder, nonchalant. “You’ll have to ask her.”
“I’m asking you.”
“I know. I heard you.”
He muttered a curse. “Do you have any idea how exasperating you can be?”
“Where’d you learn that big word?”
He ground his teeth so hard she almost snickered. Oh, he was just too easy.
“Jesus, Khloé, how can you be so tight?”
“I’m a virgin.”
He blinked. “What?”
“Kidding. Sorry, there’s been other guys before you.”
“This is going to be fast and rough, baby.”
“Don’t call me that.”
“Why? That’s what you are. My baby.”
Khloé sighed. “I want a donut.”
Keenan blinked. She could be so random, but he found he liked that. He held out his hand. “Then let’s go get you a donut. After that, we’ll have dinner.”
“Where?” she asked, taking his hand.
“Wherever you want to go.”

His finger traced the thin, intricate pattern that spanned her stomach from hip to hip like a belt. The occasional “K” was woven inside the pattern.

“Don’t ever make me go there again.”
“I can’t promise I’ll live forever—no one can promise that. But I’d never leave you on purpose.”
“I wouldn’t let you. I claimed you, and I’m keeping you.”
“But not in, like, a dungeon or anything, right?”
He frowned. “Why would I ever keep you in a dungeon?”
“Why would you ever deny you have a mammoth-size cock?”
Keenan ground his teeth. God, she was off her fucking rocker.
She snickered. “Your blood pressure just shot up, didn’t it? Will it improve your mood if we play Park the Porpoise again?”
“Park the Porpoise?”
“You know … getting a hole in one, having a hot beef injection, burying the sausage, parting the red sea, going to the boneyard, mining with the meat shaft—”
“Enough, enough.” He sighed and looked up at the wall. “So this will be my life.”
“You’re excited, I can tell.”
His mouth hitched up. The thing was … she was right.”

"The others weren't mine. You are."

"His demon urged him to take her, possess her. It wanted to brand her again."Told in multiple POV, Omens is a smoking hot read with passion, action, and suspense. Keenan and Chloe were meant to be and I enjoyed every second of their blooming romance.

If anyone could write a handbook on not giving a single rat’s ass, it would be Khloé. She had her own special brand of logic, was a magnet for trouble, had no sense of self-preservation, and could stir shit in an empty room.

‘Omens’ is thus far my most favorite installment of the ‘Dark in You’ series. It centers around Khloe, an imp, who was a breath of fresh air, relatable and laugh out loud funny. The way she drove our beloved incubus, Keenan, crazy with her antics were the most memorable scenes aside from getting a bit more background info as to why Khloe is the way that she is.![]()
