After watching Sailor Moon anime, she started drawing at the age of 7.

Influences when she was young: CLAMP (Card Card Captor Sakura, X), AMANO Kozue (Aira, Aqua), WATASE Yuu (Fushigi Yugi), SUGISAKI Yukiru (1001 Knights).

Got into the yuri genre through "Pretty Cure" (especially the chapter 8).

Strength: drawing close-up facial expressions and hair arrangement.

Weakness: drawing small pictures.

Among the sources used as inspiration for her work: watching movies, reading manga, doujinshi, erotica artwork targeted for male audience (like NARUKO Hanaharu's manga).

Her drawing tools: PC, Wacom Cintiq24, program ComicStudio, pencils.

Yes I like having these characters back in my life, but honestly, I don't understand why the author didn't take their time with Citrus. The ending felt incredibly rushed and I just wish this was all just Citrus, and not Citrus+.

2 semanas han pasado en la historia entre el tomo final de Citrus y este.
Vemos las dudas de Mei y la intensidad y felicidad efusiva de Yuzu!
Los dibujos siguen siendo preciosos y se percibe la madurez de cada uno de los personajes, Mei por primera vez habla de su relación en público.
Yo solo espero ver ahora si, un desarrollo mas tranquilo y realista de la relación de ambas y el impacto que tiene en su familia y amigos.

Last volume, Citrus volume 10, while I loved it, had felt a bit rushed. This fixes that problem! It's filling stuff in. I love Yuzu + Mei and all the cuteness. And all the support they have.

nothing . happened. again. immediately confused because I thought that at the end of Citrus they got engaged and told everyone and then the last panel was literally them getting married. But then Citrus+ starts like what 6 months after that and Mei hasn't even moved back in and they actually aren't married (which I thought was so crazy fast to have happened in the first place) and there was a line about like not having told someone (i think the dad) that they were engaged yet idfk. Want a spinoff of Matsuri and Harumin frrrrrr. Love their relationship and vibe together. Idk if this was intentional but at times I was getting whiffs of Harumin being attracted to Yuzu. Nene is honestly so cute and like blatantly shipping Yuzu and Harumin together to their face cracks me tf up. Honestly same critiques, Yuzu deserves better, Mei pipe up. Their relationship never develops, its literally just a series about the side characters development at this point.

Yuzu e Mei si sono dichiarate a vicenda e promesse di sposarsi dopo il liceo. Mei rimane sempre impegnata nel Consiglio Studentesco mentre Yuzu con i suo stile e carattere vivace che condivide con le amiche Harumi e Matsuri. Dopo essersi separate Mei sta per tornare a casa di Yuzu come prima. La loro vita può procedere tranquilla, o forse no? Le due sono ancora insicure nel parlare dei loro sentimenti reciproci con le amiche. C’è però anche la situazione che Yuzu, essendo nipote del preside della scuola, si trova ancora nel consiglio di amministrazione dell’istituto. Il padre della ragazza vuole prendere il suo posto, ma gli altri dirigenti saranno d’accordo?

Citrus + continua da dove era terminata la serie precedente, ripresentando situazioni non del tutto concluse e continuando ad esplorare la storia d’amore tra queste due ragazze all’apparenza diversissime. Pian piano però si sono avvicinate e innamorate sinceramente. Vediamo quindi i loro sentimenti puri e dolci, il loro vivere quotidiano comune ad altre adolescenti ma con al centro il loro rapporto. Ritroviamo anche altri personaggi come Harumi e Matsuri. Le amiche di Yuzu le staranno al fianco, cercheranno di carpire dettagli anche intimi sul rapporto delle ragazze, ma anche di far sì che ognuna rimanga se stessa.

Yuzu infatti è determinata a seguire Mei anche all’università, anche se questo vuol dire studiare sodo! Su suggerimento di Mei, faranno di si che Yuzu non perda di vista se stessa, il suo interesse per il trucco e la moda, la sua identità. Dall’altra Mei sa di poter avere il supporto della sua amica d’infanzia Himeko. Anche lei parte del Consiglio Studentesco, aveva una cotta per la ragazza ma adesso accetta e supporta il suo amore per Yuzu.

Per questo Citrus + è un bel manga sequel e imperdibile per chi ha amato la storia di queste due sorellastre e il loro percorso. Un viaggio che procede e toglie i dubbi che erano rimasti su alcune questioni, regalando una storia molto dolce, sia per i sentimenti che racconta che per lo stile di disegno pulito nelle linee e che mostra i sentimenti delle protagoniste. Uno yuri sì classico nelle tematiche che affronta, molto girlish e che risulta una lettura semplice, piacevole ma anche emozionante.

In this volume nothing special happened so there's no reason to rate this with five stars.
Also I seriously hate how Yuzu and Mei are acting:
-Yuzu is so inmature talking about marriage with Mei when they just got together again and Mei is not showing a lot of feelings for her.
-Mei is not saying anything about marriage and Yuzu talked a few times about it. Also she's not showing any emotions or feelings to Yuzu even though now they can be together.
I know Yuzu is in love and is excited about the relationship and that's why she's talking about marriage, but she should realize that Mei is not ready and that things.
Also I know every person is different and that for Mei maybe is hard to show her feelings but she's not trying at all, while Yuzu has been fighting since the beggining for the relationship.

Éste manga, una clase de continuación del manga oficial, en el que simplemente muestran varios spin-offs de lo que pasó entre los capitulos; es simplemente hermoso.

A pesar de éso, no es algo que ya no haya visto. Fue, más bien, cómo una clase de... recapitulación, a momentos que no vimos exactamente plasmados en los tomos "oficiales" del manga, sino que los vimos por encima.

El "primer capítulo" nos muestra el momento en el que Yuzu le cuenta a sus amigas que Mei vuelve a casa después de haberse ido a vivir con su abuelo por 6 meses, y la línea sigue así hasta el fin del manga. Básicamente, los spin-offs fueron cosas que pasaron antes de que ambas se casaran, cosas que ya vimos, pero más extenso.

Sin embargo, me gustó leer/ver sobre ellas de nuevo♥︎

I’m sure we’ve all had a crush on that emotionally distant senpai with perfect skin, but what Citrus, and its successor Citrus+ presupposes is: what if that emotional distance was just barely contained horniness?

If you enjoy long pleading stares into each other’s eyes, queer sexual tension you can cut with a knife, and forceful (yet ultimately consensual) make out sessions, I recommend Citrus.

I’ll say it’s too early to say for sure with Citrus+, but I’m excited to see where the story goes and happy to have these characters back in my life.

So the first 90% of the book is Citrus the series in a nutshell. And frankly, I was expecting to have moved beyond that in a follow up series, not re-hash it all over again. It is the last 10 % that is actually good, moves things forward and that's why it doesn't get more than 2-stars.

If volume 2 of Plus returns to the previous nonsense I'm just gonna be done. These ladies need to move forward!

A ‘continuation’ of the main series ‘Citrus’ that should have been included in that, between the last and second to last chapter. It seems odd that it was sliced into two. I imagine this came about due to the anime of the original being popular.

If this had been added in the main series, the series as a whole would be a 4/5 at least, instead of the middle ground it stands at.

Okay I like this because it feels like we actually get more moments with the characters! I like Citrus but a big issue is the pacing. It feels like everything goes by super quickly and the last couple volumes were a bit rushed. I think Citrus + is at least giving us some more moments which feel a bit more naturally paced.

The Story continues but it's getting much more interesting again!
I thought it was the cutest thing that Mai and Yuzu are engaged and couldn't show it.
Again I loved the series so much and I can't wait for a new part!
