This story picks up where the last story ended. The Goldilocks killer has been moved to a new facility in Washington state and is preparing for a meeting to allow for a sex change operation.

Leah has requested to assist her mentor, Jimmy Heller, on a case relating to kidnapped victims. Her boss told her that she was being assigned to a missing person case to locate the daughter of the surgeon who saved his life. Leah would have rather helped Jimmy, but instead she took on the assignment with her partner Bobby.

With very few clues to follow, it was interesting reading how she was able to narrow the number of suspects. While solving this case, she stumbled on an incident which was originally identified as an accident, but was really a murder instead. In addition, her lead suspect also disappeared and was believed kidnapped.

To get a real grasp on who was involved and what the other murder related to, then you need read this book which I highly recommend. You will also gain additional information regarding the Goldilocks killers result of the meeting regarding his surgery request.

Another Leah Hudson thriller that will keep you hopping. Leah and partner Bobby are back in another page turning thriller. Although Leah's mentor, Jimmy, has requested her help in a case, Leah and Bobby are assigned to the case of a missing teenage girl. The pair find out that high school can be a dangerous place. Rich descriptions with interesting characters make for a great read with an unbelievable ending you won't see coming. As an ARC reader I was given a copy of this book for a fair and honest review.

Teenagers and murder

A missing girl then revelations of a couple of teenage make murders and then another girl goes missing. And the ending doesn't complete the story. To finish off the story, the reader is asked to buy the next book in the series.
