Anna was programmed as the ultimate killer, never allowed to question an order. Her loyalty to Pearce is absolute. But how did that happen? Pearce will use her to destroy the rebels and will not give up his powerful weapon without a major fight.
Scott has aligned himself with the rebels in his never-ending search to find and recover Anna. But he isn’t sure the rebels can be trusted, nor that they will fight Pearce as long as they have their own agenda to pursue. Now the question is, what will Anna do when Scott shows up?
From the start of the story, the reader sees Anna in action against three attackers. Only one man could ever “scare” her, and he wasn’t among these three. She calculates their moves and recognizes the distraction, pivoting to the man sneaking up behind – and she takes him out. The next two she takes down seconds later. She turns and walks back to her cage, closing the door behind her, and analyzes any mistakes she may have made that allowed a small scratch on her arm. Doc Pearce will not be pleased that she let his property be damaged. Wow… you are going to definitely enjoy this one, even if it is while sitting tensely on the very edge of your seat! This is one you won’t want to miss!

We have Anna who has been reprogrammed by Pierce. She can take out anyone? She believes Pierce is her savior, but what happens when she is on a mission and sees BTD people? Who are these people? Pierce sends her out to bring one home, but Scott has other ideas? What will happen when he gets his hands on her? Will they be able to deprogram her? Can she figure out these flashbacks? Who really is she? Savage Anna or Sweet Anna? Can they stop what is going on? Who will she side with?

Unleashed (TalentBorn Book 4) by C. S. Churton is such an amazing story that I have had the privilege to read. This is book number four in this amazing series and I was hooked from the first book in this amazing series and I can not wait to see what this amazing author will write about next. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about science fantasy in their stories.

Incomplete...cliffhanger
This is volume 4 in a series. It is not a stand-alone book. I do not know yet if the series is finished, but my recommendation is to wait until the series is done to start on volume 1. It will be worth it then - interesting plot, appealing characters, and it is well written.
