I really did follow the diet and exercises in this book to the letter. (an absolute first for me) the results are amazing! I am wearing 100% cotton jeans I found in the back of my closet from 20 yrs ago! I recommend this book to someone who is extremely motivated. Like most diet/exercise programs, it is a challenge to stick with but the results are very rewarding.

I'm using it right now for part of my workout regimen everyday and it's really cool. I like his additional notes and inspirational thoughts.

unrealistic to think 8 minutes per day of exercise will change shape of specific body parts (hips and thighs)
