Griffin:

I’m getting really sick of cleaning up my brother’s messes. He wanted to run this company all on his own, and now it’s on the verge of going under, so Dad is sending me in to try to save it. The first step, cut half the staff. I never expected this fiery little hellcat to come after me and convince me to keep her on. The trouble is, I don’t just want to keep her at work, I want to keep her forever.

Emma:

When this boss hole came in and started firing people, me included, I may have lost my mind a little. It’s his company, and he can do what he wants, but he didn’t have to be a jerk about it. I don’t know what possessed me to go after him, but it got me my job back. But it may have also gotten me a lot more than I’d bargained for with my new boss.

A very short hate/love story. I wanted to like it more but I just didn't feel completely connected to them.

It's about Griffin and Emma.

His brother's the CEO of Sliver, a photo editing software company owned by his family and now he shows up and fires half the staff including her.

She works so hard for the company but this bosshole just fired her and her entire team. Will she willingly go or will she speak up her mind? Did he do the right thing?

It has an epilogue.

This was pretty cute. I wasn’t sure at first about the heroine. There is a fine line between sassy and bitchy and I felt like she skirted it quite a bit. She had good reason to be upset with him but she came across as hard for some reason.

-no cheating
-no ow/om drama
-dual virgin
-no violence
-just ok epilogue 2 years out

This was a really enjoyable quick insta love romance. I really, really wish that it was longer. I liked both Griffin and Emma a lot and wasn’t ready for their story to end. I wanted to know more about both of them. I can’t wait for the next book!

Loved the banter

Bosshole was a fun one to read. I loved how the H/h gave each other a hard time, no doormat heroine to a jerky boss, she gave as much and as good as he did. It was a cute and short read with no cheating, dual POV, dual virgins, no OM/OW drama.

So Much Sass and Spunk in One Book! Love it!

What do you get when two hot heads end up working together?? You get Emma and Griffin's story!

There was so much angry tension between these two that it was only a matter of time before they crossed that thin line from hate to love. The chemistry was explosive and they turned that tension into sassy banter and a desk sweeping romp 😉

I loved that Emma was a strong force of a leading lady. She held her own, spoke her mind and stood firm behind what she believed in; no wilting flower here! These are the kind of ladies I like to read about; partly because I know its going to take an equally strong and determined guy to keep up with her.

Yes, yes, yes!

Wow! There’s nothing better than reading a short insta-love romance where it doesn’t feel rushed at all. How Dakota Rebel managed to do it is AMAZING! Loved how strong and sassy the h was and that she didn’t fall immediately into the H’s arms. I loved the no cheating and no OW/OM drama. The build and chemistry the characters had was so incredible by the time they “connected” ;) I was like “YES, YES, YES!!!” Thank you, Dakota Rebel, for an awesome book!

That was such a sweet and funny book. Couldn't stop laughing sometimes... so awesome.😂 Loved that Emma was sassy and not a pushover. Griffin had his work cut out for him.... so funny. It was a hate(but not really hate) to love book without drama but with nice banter between both of them. As always a great book by Dakota Rebel.

The title says it all!

I loved this book! Griffin has to save his brothers company so he fired randomly chosen people. The problem, he fired all of customer service and IT. Emma storms in to tell him that before she leaves. He begs her to stay and the sparks fly. Super cute! Bosshole!!

So funny

Love the story. It’s a quick read and so funny. The heroine, Emma and the hero, Griffin are a perfect couple that you would not think will make it together. Emma is spunky and stands up to Griffin. Griffin is your your typical OTT hero.

Apparently I’m not a fan of super short stories where we learn nothing about the MCs (not even what they look like, or how old the guy is), only to find out that just after a few days they know that they love each other and want to spend the rest of the life together.
