There are vast variety of differing views that explain the end times, as we read & study the Bible. This is but one more to add to the reading lists. Will we ever truly know what will happen in our future? Probably not; however, we must be willing to research the issue ourselves. Is the unknown scary? Yes, it is; but keep in mind that fear can subside if you will trust in Christ and do what you can to learn all that you possibly can. In so doing, you will better understand what is to come, as written in the Biblical text, and with the views of others we gain a better understanding of how it is to happen. Although, there are a lot of false teachers out there and con artists under the guise of ministers, priests, and prophets. The only way to understand this is to read as much as possible and compare to the text of the Bible. Will we figure it all out? NO! But we will be better prepared for what is to come than all those who refuse to believe. Also, just as with a pending accident before our eyes...we can warn all others in our path of life and help them along the way. (Of course, many of them will not listen or pay attention to our blathering, because in their eyes we are nuts, superstitious, or fools.

Excellent explanation. Enjoyable read. I read it with a group of women from my church. We met weekly on zoom and discussed a chapter at a time. Lively discussions. Most of us believe we are in the end times and the rapture will occur soon, perhaps in our lifetime. Bob Yandian included the scriptures in the book but we also looked them up in different Bible versions. He has great knowledge of Hebrew and Greek translations of words and phrases.

Revelation

This book was a real eye opener for me. There has been times I have heard things regarding end times and have read the book of Revelation but this book explained so much more clearly what I had not comprehended or learned on my own. I would recommend this book for all those like me that has had little teaching on end times.

This was a most interesting book for me. I've been studying about the end times and the rapture of the church for the past 5-6 years particularly. I'm a firm believer in a pre-trib rapture and this book taught about the pre-trib rapture and explained some of the scriptures to me that I had not understood. The author clarified certain points for me and I find that exciting. I love to learn new things from scripture and the first part of this book did not disappoint. I was highlighting paragraphs right and left! Most of what the author wrote I totally agree with, but nearer the end of the book there were some aspects of scripture that I don't see in the same way he does. I'm not sure who is right about it - and it doesn't really matter. None of these things affects the requirement of salvation through accepting Jesus as Savior, nor do they muddy the waters concerning the rapture of the church before the beginning of the tribulation - and the second coming of Christ at the end of the tribulation. I have learned so much from this book and am so glad that I found it! Even though this book was written in 1991 and is 33 years old, the things he wrote of have not changed. Studying God's Word and learning what He says about rapturing the church to heaven before the tribulation is so important to our peace and comfort as a Christian Believer.

Sound doctrine

I highly recommend this book. In my opinion, it was too short because I enjoyed the way the author explained everything. This book really warmed my heart. I recently read a book by a Catholic priest giving a sound argument that there would be no rapture. But, after reading this book, with so much more in-depth explanation, I am comforted. This author covered so much Biblical text and tied so much from the Old and New Testament together. So many writers debate different ways that the Rapture will occur, or if it will at all, and that can be confusing and disheartening. I appreciate how clearly how Pastor Yandian approached and explained this so clearly.

I enjoyed reading Bob Yandian's book, but the reader needs to understand that eschatological texts (end times), like Revelation are open to extreme interpretation regarding what particular symbols, imagery, and terms actually refer to. Yandian does well to unpack some of the major themes, such as the anti-Christ, as well as there being a tribulation. However, I do disagree with a few of his points here and there, but these are not major.
Yandian clearly points out that those who put their faith in Christ will surely see the great Salvation of the Lord.

Thought provoking

Made sense of some misconceptions I've had of end times events. I compared what the author wrote with two different study bibles, and it was a lot clearer. Highly recommend reading this and sharing with others who aren't clear on the timeline of the coming rapture and end times.

Enlightenment

I have read Revelation several times and each time I discover something different. It could be I wasn't paying attention but I believe it was God revealing more to me as I grew in faith. This book is another instrument the Lord uses to explain more to us of the end times.

One of the best End Times I’ve read

Bob has done a magnificent job of explaining the end times so an “Idiot” can understand the way it is written. Even in the KJV it was understandable to me. I didn’t agree with his all his explanations but with his back up research makes it hard to argue against his point. I can’t wait to see what his other books have to say about the Bible!

This covers it all in an easy to understand format. It is very thought provoking and Biblical. Answered many questions that I had. It is very well written and I especially enjoyed the q & a at the end.
