Well I got through book 1. But I can’t get through this one. Yeddy annoys me, she’s a cry baby. Swift is rude, the readers missed all the in between of them falling for each other. He couldn’t stand her, then he love her a chapter or 2 later. I think the readers should experience their story, 1 because the book is called yeddy and swift, but it’s more poppa and taliya to me. Also because we read how rude he was, let us read how he made her fall for him. But it’s no way he was loving towards her. He talks to her like she’s nothing. And there is no way she loved him, if she knows be almost got killed, then she finds out Lamar isn’t really dead, then she keeps it a secret from him, knowing Lamar coming for his head. Then their sex life, sooooo because she carrying another man baby, she expects swift to be faithful when she is the one who expects him to wait til she have the baby. I wasn’t even to mad he cheated. That’s a grown man with needs. Please, i am not even interested in their story… I will finish. But only reading taliya and poppa story, my last few books have been DNF and I’m about to be in a book slump. I don’t care how good a plot, I need the book to make sense for me to stay interested. Poppa and taliya should’ve had their own book. I was more interested in them.

But I'll wait until the next series with Ice to see if they'll be answered. Swift finally got his mind right, because Kayla wasn't it. I was hoping Yedda wasn't on no nonsense, but when she turned them tables on Lamar...tuh. Bet he didn't see that coming, lol! Poppa had me ready to wrap my hands around his neck, but when he took the lead on getting counseling I respected him. Taliyah had a lot going on in this book, sus handled it well. Overall a great story, now if Swift will stop playing that whole 'promise ring' mess and get that woman some diamond and platinum bands for her ring finger...🤣🤣

Loved it!!!
Ok I love Swift and I’m glad that him and Yedda got it together! Yedda was getting on my nerves in the beginning when Lamar was harassing her! I’m glad she was the one the end him. Swift finding her parents was icing on the cake! I’m glad Poppa and Leyah got back on track. I love them together. I can’t wait to find out how it all goes down for them and to hear Ice’s story. Great book and I can’t wait for the next one!!

Ok I liked Yedda better in this one mostly because she didn’t spend a lot of time being dumb and the cherry on top was blowing old boy face almost off lol. After that she was redeemed too tolerable level. I think this one was better than the first but I still skipped some parts because well sometimes the characters were annoying. Anyway it wasn’t too bad a read but it wasn’t that great either.

Yes yes yes! Just the way I wanted it to end (sortof)
The wait for book 2 was well worth it. Although I was side eyeing Yedda like crazy throughout the book, she redeemed herself! I hope Swifts keeps his act right! I need to see Liyah and Poppas wedding! Oh and Ice might be my secret Bae.... I have to think about it a little longer! Well done A. Jovan!!!!!!

This was a amazing love story that enjoyed and didn’t want to end I love the the family rode for each other and have each other back through it all. I truly look forward to you next book cause you really out done yourself with this series. I rated it a 5 because that only what they allow you definitely deserve more.

Straight fire
I really enjoyed this couple and Poppa and his girl. It was twisted and a lot of good drama. I can't wait to read more from this author. I'm fixing catch up to the next part of this story. It was my pleasure reading good work. She have my approval and I hope to see more from her.

Okay now I loved this ending for Yedda and Swift. After everything she had been through she deserved to find happiness. I wanted to know what more was going to happen with Taliyah and Poppa. Would his baby mamma stop the wedding with the lie that’s she pregnant? What story line will Yedda sister have since they brought her back up? Great job.

GREAT ENDING
Mannn Yedda was making me so mad in the beginning being so damn weak ugh! Glad she finally handled Lamar though, she may never be the same! It was so nice they got their HEA...I was rooting for them. Great job Aj!

Part 2
The book picked off right where it left off at and it was the bomb!!! I felt so bad for yedda what she had to go through and swift made me want to punch him but he got it together!! And when Mar tried to be hard and he got what was coming to him!! And I love how swift acted when the baby came and he was very protective and I loved it!!! And taliyah and poppa lordt what they went through I happy they made it through the storm!!! Want say too much but read it!!! And I need the next book
