This book is not something I would generally read. First of all, I try to avoid military-based works of fiction because they tend to be inaccurate. I also tend to avoid book series and I almost never read apocalyptic-type stories. All of that being said, I did take a chance on this one and I am not mad about it. The military references were very accurate which I appreciated. Additionally, the characters in this book were well developed and easy to relate to. This work of fiction had a nice flow to it and read seamlessly. It had a lot of action but not so much that it watered down the underlying story. Overall, a good read!
I won a autographed printed copy of this for my daughter I read it and wow its great if a zombie apocalypse was going to happen this book is something that I could see happening I couldn't put it down. When I gave it to my daughter and told her I read it and loved it she says it has to be good for my mom to say it.. Its a gotta must have for any zombie fan
This book is so cool. It's a whole new approach to the zombie genre. I really enjoyed the characters in this story. There is a lot of really great detail about the training they go through. It is very exciting. I can't wait to read the next one!
I'd actually give it 3.5 stars. Loved the plot and the characters however there is a lot of grammatical errors. It was hard to read at some points. I will continue to read the rest of the series though in hopes grammar gets better because the story is really really good. The plot seemed well thought out.
