This book had some valid information, however, some parts of the books were recycled book to book and nearly word for word. There was a lot of fluff and things tended to get wordy, preachy and kind of strict sometimes. I definitely did not like that almost every spell in the Book of Spells had the practitioner blowing out the candles. Isn't that like Craft 101?
