Could it be? …. There is no denying those wide shoulders. “Samuel!” Maria shouted.

There's a killer on the loose. But hope has dwindled in Wyoming after the disappearance and assumed death of Samuel “Cully” McCullough.

When Mateo Rodriguez hears of a man fitting the legendary bounty hunter's description spotted in the next state, he wastes no time to see if the rumor is true.

Damaged but not broken, Cully places his trust in Mateo and returns to Cheyenne. The days ahead are rough, but Cully struggles to heal and unlock his past.

There's unfinished business that needs tending to and his adversary is the ruthless killer who shot him. Can Cully set things right and bring this cunning outlaw to justice? Will the love of Maria and his friends help restore Cully to his former self? What does his future hold?

This book has it all….classic western suspense with a touch of good ol’ fashion romance.

Each book in the Cully the Bounty Hunter series is a standalone story that can be read out of order.

Never read a Cully book I didn't love, and this exciting masterpiece certainly is one to remember and appreciate. Never a dull moment throughout the entire book, as Cully and Mateo continue taking the bad guys down, and keeping the peace process in their respective areas well in perspective!

As always, Cully, and crew, turns out five star adventure after adventure. This one is definitely five stars worthy, as they pull punches when it comes to bringing justice, and peace, in their respective areas. Although Cully comes close to paying the final price for his many endeavors, he is pulled through by Indians to once again bring the bad guys to their final resting place!
Mr. Slade has a unique way in his outstanding character selections, as they continuously fulfill their assigned roles to perfection. Too, his outstanding storylines are successfully descriptive of their respective endearing representation of realistic old American western folklore stories. The outstanding camaraderie of the good guys is unsurpassed in their quest to bring justice to those who have been plagued by the vermin throughout their area.
Most definitely recommend this outstanding western masterpiece, and series, to everyone, regardless of your reading pleasure, but all you western adventures lovers will certainly be appeased. There is one exciting adventure after the other, as Cully, and crew, successfully completes another outstanding family-friendly accounting of how our old American West was finally tamed. Non-western reader's will find themselves infatuated with Cully's outstanding abilities in bringing justice into perspective, while having a little romantic interludes entwined throughout his many successful stories of western justice and peaceful episodes. Your loss, if you don't read this bombshell episode of western adventures!!!😄

Last we heard of Cully, he he had fallen off a cliff and presumed dead. Indeed, he almost was. When the Indians found him, he had no memory of who he was. It was a long process for him to get back to his normal health, but his memory did not return. When a man of his description turns up, Mateo hears about it and goes searching. Another long process of remembering, once Mateo finds him, but then, he is back!

Cully's Return: (Cully the Bounty Hunter - Book 11)

Cu!!y's getting shot, was horrible in so many ways, so undeserved . He was a good man, but the most improbable people who he had helped years ago, returned the favor. CUlly was able to return to his family to find the man who had tried to kill him and bring him to justice. Cully is the only man to from the dead to end a reign of terror.

Good Conquers Evil

It was wonderful to read that Cully survived the shot on his shoulder and tumbling down the high cliff and raging waters. Cully being "good bounty hunter" , knew instincts of murderers. With the help of Mateo, his future brother -in-law, and Maria, his future wife, he was able to capture the man who tried to kill him.

Cully Didn't Return

A different person showed up, not Cully. This book was again more a love story than western. I don't know what Cully's future is going to be but I doubt that he will recover from the last two books. Mr. Slade needs a new hero.

Another good Orris Slade book.

I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the Cully books. I thought that book 10 was the end. But then there was # 11. Now I see that there is a # 12. Guess I'll have to read that one too.

I read the first ten books where the series ended. Then an eleventh book appeared which got a bit foolish and unbelievable. A rather boring addition to a series that should have stayed dead. Now I see there's a twelfth book.

One of the best westerns that I have ever read.

Not only action packed but full of raw emotion that will put a lump in a grown mans throat. Seldom have I ever read a book that was so well rounded

Cully's Return

This was a good read that follows the other stories, but it seems to be a little off the mark but I think I may be spoiled by the quality of the previous books

I Finally Got you

A bounty hunter with morals, Cully, led a respectful life and helped calm a part of the new West. He deserves the final epilogue.
