The quality of your success lies in the quantity of your information and Bill Soroka has all the information you need to succeed in your start-up business. Reading it was as good as a bag of popcorn at a Star Wars movie! By the end of the book I had all of my questions answered about this new venture for me. If you want detailed, straight and to-the-point start-up information, SIGN & THRIVE is a must-have!

READ THIS BOOK! I didn't think a book about the Notary Business would be a fun read. Bill has a fabulous writing style. The information in this book is a must read for anyone interested in learning HOW to build a business. Not just a Notary business. ANY BUSINESS! I loved the layout of the information. Starting right off with GET FREE INFORMATION, which was worth a hundred times the price of the book! This is a Home Run Read.

Like so many, my partner and I need some extra income to accomplish things we want, so a side hustle with self employment potential seems like a good idea.
With this year's National Notary Association renewal I also purchased a copy of this book, then promptly forgot I purchased it and bought a Kindle version!
One of the things that stands out is, unlike another name in the Notary training field, Bill characterized even general notary work as valuable even while talking about the earning potential of being an LSA.
This is a book that will likely be useful for more than just Loan Signing business. What he writes, at length, about "relationship management" has applications beyond the scope of this book to other endeavors.
The scariest part of the book is contacting absolute strangers on a personal level to make connections. Perfect marketing sense, but a terrifying task. I much prefer giving a presentation to a group of people!
Definitely a recommendation, even if you're not going to do Notary work.

Great tips! Thank you Bill. This is a great companion book to have as part of your knowledge base for new and seasoned notary signing agents. Being part of a solo-preneur industry, this book will confirm some of your current daily and existing process questions (sometimes the information may seem basic, however in self-training it’s good to receive confirmation in a world of myths). Stagnation has a new competitor (and should expect more in the future) and this book will help progression continue and keep you moving on the hiking trail of success! Venture forward on the trail and don’t forget to stop for brain food from time to time...

You will also learn about self improvement concepts that have been shared in best-selling books along many years, by many people. This is THE definite book you have to read if you want to become a mobile notary in the USA

Amazing!
I loved this book. Mr. Soroka included all the information I was looking for to start my loan signing business. All his references are great! I highly recommend this book to anybody who is going into the business!

Pleasantly surprised.
This book about starting as a notary signing agent was actually fun and interesting. I learned a lot about what it would take to begin and that the author is clearly a good choice for solid training moving forward.

Almost Too Much Stuff
Bill Soroka lays out all of the steps needed to become a mobile notary. While the book is top-heavy in loan signing, it covers all the bases and allows you to start out as a newbie before running out to be a loan signing agent. Very recommended.

Excellent Notary Reference
Bill Soroka is absolutely a wonderful coach. I follow him in the Titans group weekly for the past few months!
