“Yes, you heard that correctly,” Kyoto said on-screen. “I was a young Japanese mouse visiting distant relatives in Italy, and I ended up in a game much larger than myself.”
For an exciting sequel this engaging, the entire third book itself had really exceeded my expectations on why I loved reading a lot of Thea Stilton books so much.
Especially the special editions cetegory.
We have a clever straightforward and ambitious antagonist who isn’t afraid to point out a lot of small details whether they’re irrelevant or not as long as he completes his ancestor’s mission at hand.
Maybe that’s the reason on what made The Legend Of The Maze stood out from the previous two.
This was the best Thea Stilton book ever. I loved the treasure and the getting out of the lair. This was a 5/5 and felt much better than these books usually are. It felt more grown up while still having all the great themes.
This one was more intense than the other books, because direct confrontation with Jan von Klawitz and of course the whole self destruction thing. I'm so excited for the next book though, I'm assuming there's going to be 7 for all 7 treasures and I'm curious as to what they are.

It was as magnificent as the first two books in the serie. I really couldn't stop reading it, I couldn't put it down. I really really hope that they will be translated into Dutch. Because its so brilliant. If not I will buy them in English. I secretly hope their will be a fourth book
