Zen Master: Practical Zen by an American for Americans

Rate this book
Even though we know that words cannot convey the essence of experience, we continue to use them as if they could. This is as natural for human beings as baying at the moon is natural for wolves. But, we must not forget that the wolf's baying is not astronomy; it is only baying at the moon. Similarly, this book is NOT ZEN; it is only talk about Zen. If you are not at all familiar with Zen but are interested in learning more, you have found the right book. If you are very familiar with Zen, you may enjoy this book as a reaffirmation of what you already know.
