Hollywood screenwriter & author Brian Godawa does with The Spiritual World Of Ancient China & The Bible what he did with When Giants Were Upon The Earth: provide a wealth of research that led to the creation of Qin: Dragon Emperor Of China (aka The Dragon King: First Emperor of China). Anyone familiar with his work on Chronicles Of The Nephilim will be in for a good read with this one. Everyone else unfamiliar with Godawa's work, you will want to pick this up fast. Especially if you love reading things related to dragons.
Like other authors who have written about ancient China, Godawa gives details about the spiritual world & beliefs that China understood. What dynasty actually founded ancient China. The history of the Chinese dragons, and how all of that connects to the Watchers paradigm found in Chronicles Of The Nephilim.
This companion book to Qin: Dragon Emperor of China is something that you should have in your collection. You are doing yourself an injustice due to the richness found here. Oh yeah, I did mention there are dragons involved?

Good introduction
I have often wondered how many different nations played into the biblical picture. This book provides some very interesting ideas on ancient China and how it fits into the biblical picture. Not an exhaustive work but a good place to start

Excellent Novel
I enjoy reading history of the Bible because it gives me a look of what it might have been like then and a better understanding while reading my Bible.

Revelatory
I had no idea on the ancient history of ancient China, but now I want to know more of when Shang Di was worshipped. I don't know how much of this is true, but I'll research more to find out since I'm not linked at all to China.
