A very interesting and thorough guide into the many ways to connect with our soul, in this lifetime or others.
Sharing from direct experience, Sìne Màiri writes with the voice of her soul, which makes this book compelling reading.
As for the pauses at the end of each chapter, they guide you through the exploration of the tough questions, if you so wish. You don't have to do them all at the time of reading, just knowing they're there when you're ready to explore that particular theme is reassuring: having the guidance of one more used to these explorations is always welcome, when you're first starting.
