A Bitter Sweet Breathtaking ROCKY RIDE!❤
A demanding beginning and an enthralling ending that puts you through a flurry of emotions as you get invested in their story that in your mind their a part of your life your family you hurt when they hurt wanting to give hugs of comfort and reality slap checks for their smug and stubbornness in need of common sense or feeling the urge to sharpen your catclaws to defend and take ownership of what you believe to be yours giving me a bitter sweet feeling making me extremely sad that Thea and Ed's story has come to an end putting a hole in my heart but filled with so much contentment with a whirl wind ending that surprised me into a stupified state that took its time bouncing around sinking into my bruised mind settling me with eager happiness that this is truly the perfect ending for these two but so unexpected as their story finally comes to a full circle ending as well as the Night of the Kings series. Im  just not ready to let them go but a perfect bitter sweet aching hole in my heart that will always live on and knowing me I will re-read this series again just so I can feel the perfect myriad of emotions that invade my heart and soul and plague my mind wanting the Night of the Kings to continue on being a huge part of my life and family with a lump in my throat saying goodbye opens the door with hopes of a future story to come. Hot Passionate fickle chemistry seeps from the pages luring you into a daunting lust filled state that you can almost taste but will definitely feel the warmth and excitement course through your lady bits leaving you warm and moist squirming in your seat enjoying the erotic high with a smirky smile on your face! An exciting intoxicating must read that demands your undivided attention filled with an absorbent amount of grief pain and angst with bursts of heartpounding excitement and surges of adrenaline that push you to the edge claws deep entranced ready to snap from being wound so tight knowing the end is near your heart is racing your mind is on instant replay balancing the pro's and con's trying to focus but wavering on the unexpected twist and how the heck it will factor in the HEA leaving me with a content smile that should be there on my face but I'm left with a hole in my heart happy but sad my Kings finally got their end! Even though I’m sad to read the end of this series it ended perfectly in my opinion and Shayne Ford truly wrote Ed and Theas story epically. I’ve wanted to know more about Ed since the beginning of the Kings story and I loved every second of it. Ed is different then what you originally think while reading and his journey of ups and down with Thea took me by such surprise at moments that I felt like I was on a rollercoaster but one I didn’t want off of. This might be my favorite series by Shayne cause the characters were written in a realistic light and there story was flawless.

As Ed and Thea's story comes to a close in this emotional heart wrenching journey I've come to love them both dearly which is why it's hard to think this is the end of their story.In the beginning I would have never dreamed that Ed and Thea could stand a chance at happiness being together since they both carried so much baggage and heartache from their past. Shayne's creation had pulled so many emotions from me there were times I didn't know if I should laugh or cry and did both at the same time. If you want a series that can draw you in and hold you so tight that all you can think about is rolling into the next book so you can indulge your hunger for more this series is waiting for you. However if you want to dive deeper into the vortex of Shayne's world get the entire Nights of the Kings series and plunge in.

I had to take a large breath when this one was over. The emotional battle and revelations between Ed and Thea were at times so overwhelming I needed to walk away just to absorb them and then clear the vision. Shayne Ford paints such vivid conversations they became all consuming as though I was going through each of them with her characters. And to be honest, I was beginning to wonder if they would be able to work through what was going on between them. This is probably one of the most heart felt, emotional books I've read from her collection. One that I'm thrilled to say I've been a part of since the beginning. What a terrific way to conclude a relationship that has gone through so much turbulence.

ONE INTENSE EXPERIENCE!!!
Wow! Talk about dropping the bomb. This is such a thrilling rollercoaster ride with a plethora of emotions to sort through as you follow along to see what happens next. You're not going to believe how this bad boy plays out. I have to say this is one interesting tale. One fast paced, action packed, page turning bombshell that grabs your attention and holds steady from start to finish. The characters are realistic, well developed and believable with just enough flaws to relate. Their personalities are unique with qualities and traits that balance out perfectly. The scenes are so graphic and descriptive it paints a fantastic backdrop that really makes the storyline pop. The twists and turns, ups and downs, along with a few glitches, bumps and bruises bring this bad boy roaring to life brilliantly. Throw in all the drama and suspense along with uncertainty and you have yourself one amazing plot. Shayne did a remarkable job bringing this read together beautifully. Thanks Shayne for sharing this awesome read with us.

Good ending, always complex characters
I really liked the end of this series, after all the tumults with the dating application, lies, manipulations and misunderstandings, the characters have to face what they want without playing anymore. Do they have to stop everything or continue to save each other?
It was always so well written and moving. Only negative point: the story is finished, but I would have liked even a chapter to complete the days following the last chapter.
Théa does not understand Ed anymore, but their attraction remains at once as strong and sometimes it does not seem to exist on Ed's side. In this part, Théa will take charge of the game, with difficulty, but for her psychological well-being. she must regain control over her life. It remains for Ed to open up and let Thea approach him without pushing her away, again.

The Best Love Of All

The conclusion of Edward and Thea’s story was stupendous! It has Shayne Ford written all over it with her gritty, intense and passionate characters, with scorching hot chemistry that always brings her characters together in an explosive ending! The twists and turns in this great storyline you never expect but boy do they keep your eyes peeled to all her amazing series, this one being no exception! I am so sad that this amazing story of unreliable love has come to an end now that Thea has grown and flown! Will and can friendship be enough for Ed and Thea whilst exploring themselves? Has Thea now beaten Edward at his own game totally out of his reach, Forever friends? Can he knock down her defensive wall that she has built around her or will he just be a better friend than lover?
I can highly recommend this magnificent conclusion to this wonderful read.

I have ridden this roller coaster of emotion with Ed and Thea since October 2018 and what a ride it has been. The personal and emotional growth both of these characters went through to finally come out the other side together and in love made for a fantastic read. Even though it was said directly Ed reading his mother’s journal was a turning point for him. It was like he realized that he had been lying to himself for a long time. He thought he had the ideal life but his mother expressing a simple desire of love and family being her ideal life made him realize he really only had a shell of a life. This realization allowed him to truly open his heart and life to the love he had for Thea. This allowed Thea to flourish and grow, get beyond her fears so that she could feel comfortable with her place in Ed’s heart and life.

Well done. Great read. Fantastic characters. Loved every moment.

Loving Ed by Shayne Ford. I have so many mixed emotions right now, I’m not even sure where to start. I am so very happy Ed and Thea found their HEA but I am so very sad that the story and series has ended. This is one of those stories that you just can’t get enough of…the author has a genuine flair for storytelling that sucks you right in and makes you feel like you are there in the moment, it’s amazing! This story is filled with dark and sensual romance along with a lot of personal struggles, with a dual POV (which I love). I highly recommend this book and series to others looking for hot, sexy, and brooding alpha males. I was graciously given an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

The end of the Night of the king series and what an incredible book to end with. No words can express what a truly amazing series this has been. Loving Ed, everything started to just fit into place with Ed and Thea. It left off from 'Fighting Eds' cliff hanger where Ed walked out and we see how that unfolds. Ed pulls out and pre-empts Thea's thoughts if you were & as their work and Uni life move with them, they adapt too. An amazing book, that will suck you in but you will be happy with this end for both Ed & Thea. Thank you Shayne xx

There has been a lot of drama and emotional turmoil on the road to a HEA for Ed and Thea. And you do still get some more of it with this book. The characters seem to emotionally mature a bit, cease playing games and really struggle to accept and acknowledge their feelings and desires. Their gameplaying frustrated me through the series. However, In the end the author managed to pull me in and have me smiling and happy for this couple. This was a beautiful ending to a very beautiful and emotional story. 💋

Beautifully written, emotional, and bittersweet conclusion to Night of the Kings Series. The reader will have been on an emotional rollercoaster over the course of the series and this conclusion has the revelations to overcome their issues. The characters are developed and realistic, sometimes needing a kick in the butt and at others a hug and encouragement. Shayne Ford does truly write epic romances. This is the conclusion of Ed and Thea's story. This is the 4th book about these two and the 11th book in the "Night of the Kings" series. If you do not read the 1st three about this couple you will be so lost. These two are a hot, emotional mess most of the time but it comes to a very satisfying conclusion in this book. Once I started reading each book I hated to put it down. Loved the ending.

I really enjoyed this series it is well written and developed. It had a lot of things that are hard to find in a lot of books; emotion, frustration, joy and angst. I cupped my face and grunted, rolled my eyes and sometimes disliked the characters but that's what makes a story feel real and hard to put down. I sincerely recommend this series you will not be disappointed.

A Super, Must Read Book

I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. This book (Loving Ed) from Shayne Ford had me hooked from the beginning, I didn't want to put it down. This is the 11th book in the (Night Of The Kings Series). I loved the interesting, entertaining, well written storyline , it really drew me in. I especially enjoyed reading about the super, engaging characters. They really worked well together and their chemistry and interaction kept the story flowing. This is a great, must read book book with a fantastic story.

Well that was a rollercoaster of emotions. Ed and Thea were interesting and fascinating. I’m not so sure Thea was a stable person, and Ed had zero regard for feelings so they certainly clashed. Thea going insane (psycho) and slashing up everything in the penthouse, pouring drinks over people, certainly showed she was young and immature. Ed was a huge experienced player. Not quite the best fit. The ending seemed kind of rushed, Thea matured in a few weeks? Really? Ed was able to put some of his issues to rest after confronting his past, but still everything seemed to flip on a dime within a couple weeks. However their story was captivating, emotional and engaging. More along the lines of the first three books. I’m still not positive Lex’s story was written by the same author. 🙂
Side note: the editing was better in the last four books than it was in Lex’s story, but toward the last half of the final book the misspelled and missing words/ wrong words started to show again. Also some of the words didn’t fit for example NO woman wants to waddle across the floor (unless she’s pregnant and even then don’t say it lol), they don’t paddle across the floor either. Characters muttered a lot in this series. Muttered. To me that’s not the same as murmured or spoke softly or whispered or gently which is what I think the intent was.
Overall still a good series, and I enjoyed getting to know James, Lex and Ed.
