I'm having too many mixed feelings with this story. There are books where the plot really moves along at an amazing pace and when I think we're finally gonna get moving. And then this happens, everything comes to a standstill again and I'm just tired of it.
This book feels like the very first ones. The gang is just taking on quests (albeit more advanced than at the beginning), they're as preferred as always so even those puns are getting old. I couldn't really stand Komekko, she's just there to break havoc and we know it. It was a standard run of the mill Konosuba book, nothing new.
At least the author knows this is a problem, as mentioned in the afterword, whenever there is plot advancement there's no gags, and when there's comedy there's no plot. I can see how that is frustrating. But honest to good, I'd be willing to sacrifice the gags to see the plot going somewhere.

While not bad it felt slightly off, more lke a side story, the little sister was barely a character, even the author admited how he switched paces here.

Fun volume especially for the first two chapters, but the rest was pretty standard and predictable. I think my expectations were raised too high after the beginning, which made the Komekko arc feel just okay and fun in comparison.

That's why it gets a 3-star rating from me, even though chapter one was a 4 and chapter two was an easy 5.

Não é como se eu não tivesse gostado, mas não acho justo colocar junto com os outros a komekko é na minha opinião o primeiro personagem ruim que teve desenvolvimento em konosuba o resto é muito bom principalmente a conversa do kazuma com o monstro que parece uma garota

These books are always fun. Not much story progression in this volume but I didn't really mind. It's perfect for reading a chapter or two before bed.
