I got a free digital copy of this when I signed up for the 21-day plant-based challenge. It has beautiful pictures, handy shopping lists, and very tasty recipes like Sweet Potato Nachos for dinner!
The Fab Four are greens, beans, berries, and seeds. I think November 2019 was the third year this challenge was held, sponsored and organized by Rosane Oliveira at UCDavis. The challenge includes daily video lessons. Watch for this year's challenge in the fall.
