I'm British, down to earth, straightforward and not at all your usual paragon of spiritual loveliness. I drink too much coffee, eat too much of everything and laugh at rude jokes.

The best one of her books so far
After loving her more prescriptive books in the Becoming Magic series, I was a little apprehensive when I saw her newest book was more of a memoir-style. I had no idea it would pack such a punch and move me the way it did.
I tend to be an over-thinker, an analyzer, a perfectionist, always looking for step-by-step guidance even in my spiritual life. Reading Genevieve’s story, learning about her own experiences as an over-thinker who learned to trust herself and her own magic had me nodding along. There were numerous moments where I would pause and say, “holy crap, this woman must be part of my soul family.” There was just SO much I could relate to and understand, so much more resonance than ANY prescriptive book had ever provided me before.
But the final sections of the book had the most impact on me. Once she spoke about her “awakening” I was practically in tears, feeling myself floating in that “glimpse” state she described, from how much truth I found in her words. I can’t even describe how those last few chapters made me feel, but they were so powerful.
I recommend all her books, but this one takes the cake. Love, love, love it.

Could this be a book about me?
This is an incredible book. I’ve read the first two books by the author, I had some amazing results, and the style of the books and the very words resonated with me very well. And now this book emerged. It is very different. Sasha just showed us the road she is walking, with all its pitfalls and discoveries, and those magic books of hers all of a sudden made a lot more sense as they appeared in a precious real life context. I can now see how I have already tried many of the things that the author has tried, I have an idea of what might be still ahead, and I can see how I can avoid some of the possible mistakes, or misunderstandings. This is a precious book.

Live it, don't analyze it!!
I consider myself a spiritual person, not a religious person. I have long believed most religious texts and teachings have tried to describe as best they could how to see what our senses are not designed to see. There is more and we are more than we typically believe. This book and others by Genevieve Davis confirm it. Most important she demonstrates that it's not important what label you put on your experience you can live it. You can change your life even if you don't fully understand how it all works. Relax, find peace, find that quiet space and know you can change your world by changing yourself. I look forward to her future teachings as well.

Have you watched or read The Secret but found it to be utter hogwash in your mind? Have you heard about the law of attraction and tried the positive thinking and affirmations to just end up in the same place you've always been? Have you read loads of self help books and though it's true for the authors, it isn't true for you?
This is a teaching memoir , though more memoir than teaching, it's the story of a woman named Sasha who became Genevieve and found her power. It's a story of someone at the rock bottom who decided to find the light that remained in her life and made it brighter. This is a story of how she found the power within that had always been with her and how she learned to feel it all the time.
The author is the first and the most right in this aspect - to say, "don't listen to me! Find your own truth!" There have been many times that I looked to online gurus to tell me what I needed to hear, considered paying hundreds of dollars for someone to mentor me when deep down I knew that I already had the answers within me.
I loved this book and I would recommend it to everyone who is interested in the magic it is to be human and those wondering why manifesting isn't working.

I loved this book
I didn’t think there was much more that I could learn about myself through books. I rarely find one that interests me enough to read beyond the first few pages.
I love all of Genevieve’s books and I’ve read all five in one go. They completely resonated with me because they describe and expand on thoughts I’ve had many times. I’ve already hit rock-bottom and am on the way up at the moment with most of my debts paid off. In the end, things were so bad that I had no choice but to ‘surrender’...and it worked to some degree. Now I want my life to be better than ‘just getting by’...I want financial security and a good life. Discovering these books has given me the confidence to trust my own thoughts. I have more or less given up complaining and although I wouldn’t say that I’m happy, I’m not in mental torment every day - I’m just neutral with the odd happy moment. Thanks Genny/Sasha❤️

A must read if you're feeling "stuck" in your life
Sometimes you find a book that resonates so deeply within yourself, you feel like it's an extension of your truest self. That is this book for me. When I choose this book I was feeling stuck and bored. I'm working my way through an online mastermind class and not much was shifting. This book showed me what putting all the ideas of the class together can look like. I feel energized and hopeful and excited to see what's next in my life. If you've been trying to figure out the Law of Attraction, but something felt like it was missing, I highly recommend this book. She doesn't tell you what to do, as much as she shows you how she did it (the good, bad, and the ugly). Reading how a "real" person manifested a beautiful and meaningful life has been empowering.

Ok, so I thought this book was a work of fiction (even though it says true story, I missed that bit!). A kind of fantasy, fairy tale. Turns out it is actually a self help book about using "magic" to turn your life around.
I did read it all and whilst there are a few bits that sort of resonated with me, I found it to be basically codswallop. I am afraid that I am a non believer in this book.
I do agree that your life is what you make of it but the airy fairy stuff in this book is just beyond me, I'm afraid.
I gave it 3 stars purely because the beginning part where the author talks about how her life was and what led her to look for something "more" is vaguely interesting.
Genevieve is not for me, I'm afraid.

Excellent book. Another classic by Genevieve Davis
I had been waiting for another book from the author. I absolutely loved her earlier books and I wanted more. It's been some time since she had published anything and I have to admit I had been missing her writing. This latest book on Becoming Genevieve is a perfect next step in the journey to understanding magic. The author has evolved, and the writing is deeper and even more honest than her earlier work. If you have read her previous books on the Becoming Magic series, this one is highly recommended and a must have.
I had been waiting for another book from the author. I absolutely loved her earlier books and I wanted more. It's been some time since she had published anything and I have to admit I had been missing her writing. This latest book on Becoming Genevieve is a perfect next step in the journey to understanding magic. The author has evolved, and the writing is deeper and even more honest than her earlier work. Having read the other books by this author, and enjoying all of them immensely, I was thrilled when this was published. It's an honest account of the author's own journey and struggles along the way - struggles and problems that are easy to identify with. Unlike many books in this genre Becoming Genevieve is written in plain language and with an honesty that conveys the author's message in a powerful way. The author's philosophy and experiences certainly make sense to me and I have already seen the benefits in my own daily life.

Wow! Just wow!!
I absolutely flew through this book! I read the entire thing in one day. I cannot remember the last time I did that. The author is so real, so raw, so down to earth I felt like I knew her. I loved the personal information about her own life and how she transformed it. Definitely my favorite book regarding manifesting (magic) I have read to date! Read. It. Now!!!

Easy to read memoir/self help. Loved her style of writing, the stories and emotion. I was right there with her. She teaches about quietening our inner voice, our thoughts, our judgements, which causes us to be in the magic and from here magic happens! No more depression, resistance, or bad feelings about anyone or anything. She refers to “the glimpses”, a simple, but not easy, state of mind/being and allowing.

I have literally devoured this book in just a few hours and feel it was a very light hearted read with a lot of what I’m currently facing and not believing in right now.
This is the first book of hers I’ve read and it’s definitely given me the insight that I need to change my thoughts and has given me the urge to start journalling more and being in the present moment.
Will definitely look into some of her other books too.. I’m a sucker for anything spiritual!

When the student is ready the teacher will appear
This book magically came to me. So much of what the author wrote resonated with me. She has made sense of all that "I know to be true". What is so liberating is i don't have to be able to explain anything. I just trust. I am now liking forward to reading her other book.

It all makes perfect sense!
Those of us who are overly analytical, intellectual, and/or always having to know the answers to everything need to learn how to get out of our own way. “Genevieve” could not have explained this theory better than she did in this book! I cannot wait to start trying her techniques and finding the bliss that she found! Thank you, Genevieve 💗

Insightful and inspiring.
I have read similar things and watch similar videos based on the concepts within this book, but to read about it from someone that has experienced the past that Sasha has all the way through to her success was truly insightful and then to have her open the door for you to walk through (if you choose to) was inspiring.

Wow - I loved this book! This author just really spoke my language. Some of my ideas about life have often seemed a bit "out there", but clearly I'm not the only one. While I'm not sure if I actually learned anything new, I felt like this book helped to cement ideas I already had. I just love how this author talks - even her use of the word "magic" felt right to me.

Wow what a trash book. Waste of time and cash grab.
Now that I look at reviews they look like they are fake, they all have first sentence in bold, first time I see such thing that all 5 star reviews have bold first sentence. And they all look like they've been written by same person. Fake reviews, stay away from this book it's shitty.

A Masterpiece
For a writer known for her crisp communication style, this seemed to be an Omnibus. However each word on each page was worth it because her thoughts deeply resonated at the depths of my heart. With this book, I have her entire Magic Series and plan to buy more of her Magic Books in the future, if any

So many "A-ha!" moments!
Easy to read, and even easier to believe and understand. .. Genevieve's memoir is inspiring and incredibly uplifting . ..even empowering! Don't hesitate - you won't regret reading it.

I didn't get it
Loved the first ones , but this one didn't have the sAme "magic" as the others.. Didn't reAlly get the point that she was trying to make. If anything she negates a lot of what she said in the others.

Absolutely love her books!
I've listen to the authors previous audio books and found much success with them. My financial abundance has increased more than i could have ever imagined. I'm not exactly sure how it all works but it does.

Author goes from the dead-end of The Secret to genuine spirituality; finally recognizes bullshit she engaged in and purveyed to others. Embarrassingly honest, which is why it ranks three stars for me, because she seems to finally have gotten it.

Great read

Feeling inspired!
Genevieve worked out manifesting, but didn't know about Oneness. I was the reverse. Her journey to knowing Oneness filled in the missing chunks in my knowing and understanding, and having a beautiful life. Thanks for this lovely gift of a book.

Read it in 24 hours, couldn’t put it down. I read the previous 4 books and I think this new one is the best yet. Thank you Genevieve for sharing your story.
