All I can say is I finished it.
Don’t ask me why I actually read the whole thing. I mean the world building includes women being sold into marriage. I don’t care what world we’re in. If it’s a made up world, I don’t need to see so much misogyny. And as a virgin she has four giant men. It’s not well written. You really don’t feel anything.. You just get told.
But it was good enough that I actually finished it, so there’s that

Nothing exceptionnal
This book is a stand-alone RH paranormal romance. It's a short story so you should be able to read it quickly not wasting too much time as it was pretty boring and lame.
Nothing original or able to catch your attention here. It was the classic: girl having problem with her family-met the guys-bounded-big bad villain came back, etc.
Some steam part sounded wrong considering the character of the FMC and her past...it was a bit disturbing😕
So, if you're busy and/or in search for a good stand-alone RH paranormal romance, this book shouldn't be your first choice.

I didn't get this book with high expectations, I got it because it was free and I was looking for shameless shifter smut. However, I did not expect the quality to be this low. I don't even want to give it 1 star that's how bad I found it, especially with the way Jace treats her and the epilogue.
It's a novella (only reason I finished it is because of how short it was) where the guys buy her so don't expect much relationship building, it's insta-love without being fated mates. She wants to make her father proud, even though he was crazy abusive and she hated him, so instead of mating the political match her father chose (who is old, but that's all the detail we get) she manages to run away and sign up to be auctioned.
There were errors galore in the writing from the beginning:
p. 3 "feature husband" instead of "future". She also rolls her eyes at the "ideocracy" of it all but I'm pretty sure she meant "idiocy" since ideocracy is a way of running a state or country.
P4 "woman" instead of "women".
40% (the kindle edition changed from page numbers to location) "I somehow had a hard time not following his orders, my wolf unwilling to please him" - uh, pretty sure your wolf was unwilling to DISplease him
I have never heard someone describe it as being "in the man form"
The errors continued to mount so I stopped counting.
The Pack Match concept is odd. The women sign up to be "sold" (the money goes directly to the woman), the men get to see the women, buy their bride without her having a say by simply being the highest bidder, then she has to live by his rules yet the money is hers to do with as she sees fit. This is not a match, this is an auction the women agreed to.
Jace literally threatens her and then acts irritated when she flinches and can't believe she thinks they would hurt her.
I appreciate them asking permission, but Jace asks her questions while she has another guy in her mouth and expects a verbal answer. What is even happening...
Icing on the cake - surprise pregnancy in the epilogue where she literally says she didn't know she was pregnant because her mates agreed not to get her pregnant that heat cycle while secretly talking amongst themselves about who got to get her pregnant this time.

It was an honor to receive a free copy of Claiming Claire and voluntarily wrote this review.
This was a really good short story. It took me about 1.5 hours to read. I liked that this book gets right to the point, the backstory is laid out within the first 3 pages. The two main characters are fleshed out and you really get a sense of why Claire went through the matching process and why Jace is acting stand offish. The other characters seem more minor to me.. They are described in a basic sense and it works for the plot. But, even with that said you can see the personalities of the other characters. This book is filled with great steamy scenes, but it’s not just about sex. With that being said, Delilah Mohan definitely knows how to paint each scene and have the readers begging for more. I was drawn to read this book because it includes a paranormal aspect and a reverse harem. I think she did a great job. Now my only wishes for this book are that it was longer or a series. Yes, I know if it were longer it wouldn’t be a short story, but the premise was so good, that most readers will want more. I know I did. I honestly wanted to know what happened to her father at the end and learn more about Claire’s other mates and their families. Which is why I say there could be more books, this should be a series. Overall, good book that I would recommend to others. This was my first book and I have already started reading another.

Claire doesn't want to be force to marry someone old enough to be her father so she sign up for packmatch. What she hadn't counted on was that she would be marrying her father's rival. Jace knows that there are expectations of him since he is Alpha so he signs up for packmatch because he doesn't have the time no does he want to go through the whole dating routine. Claire thought she would end up with one mate imagine her surprise when she gets four. What will her father do about her marrying against his wishes? Will the fall out cause and even bigger feud between their families?
This is an amazing story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend it to any book lover.

After reading the title let me explain. In my experience with short stories, there's not much to them. A girl, guy or multiple guys, they get mad, make up, everything is awesome. No development nothing. I was pleasantly surprised. Claire was the most developed but she needed to be. She's the center of the story. There is enough information about Jace to understand why he doesn't trust Claire and acts the way he does. The other guys we know their personalities and the whole pack cares about each other. There is a story. It's not all sex. It all comes together well and the ending is action packed, the epilogue is funny and heartwarming. I loved it.

She come to find out that she didn’t get just one but four alpha males at absolutely want her. She learns to love each and everyone of them for who they are and their flaws. Read this amazing short shifters story that will have you hooked from the first to the last page. More than other I want more story like this and recommend to any of my book lover friends!

Jest to typowy angielski paranormal Romance, ze zmiennoksztaltnymi, partnerami i reverse harem. Uwielbiam reverse harem, choć tu nie skupia sie na tym cała uwaga. Można z tego zrobić pełnowymiarowa ksiazke rozszerzając wątki relacji miedzy nimi wszystkimi ,ale po co na sile psuć coś co juz jest dobre.
Wątpliwości żyjące wystarcza jak na ciekawe tło fabularne, razem z problemami Claire z ojcem. Jej związek z nowymi partnerami oraz ich relacja jest głównym wątkiem i przyjemnie się to czyta. Za to wielki plus za epilog ❤️

I enjoyed this book but thought the story needed a bit more development hence the four stars. Overall the book was well written and the characters and story were relatively well developed. I enjoyed the character personalities and the relationship dynamics that developed through the book. The book had action, suspense, intrigue, emotion, chemistry and romance. I would recommend this book, it is definitely worth a read!!

Whoo that was hawt 🔥
First of all, let me start off by saying I’m a super Delilah fan. I love her work and have been following it from the beginning. This was my first short story by her and she did not disappoint! It’s the exact type of story that leaves you wanting more. I really wish this had been part of a series so that we can continue to follow their story. Not one, not two, not three, but FOUR hot males spoiling their mate? Uh, yes please! I can’t wait to read more of her RH books.

No, not a dating service but an auction house where men bid on females ??? After they are blindfolded and examined...Uhhh. Stupid. Stupid. I couldn't get past the first chapter before my kindle threatened to go up in flames if I didn't hit delete , delete. So I did.

“Claiming Claire” is a fun paranormal tale about Claire Blackwell. The alpha her father, wants to sell her to an old man of another clan. Claire has other ideas and enters the Bridal Match auction to find her own mate and finds herself married to her four soulmates. This is where the fun begins. The main characters have crazy chemistry together. The tale is well-written and has a smooth often funny storyline. This is a very short story and well worth the read.

This is my first time reading this author and I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It’s a quick read and an entertaining one. The main characters have great chemistry with wonderful interactions. I’ll be looking out for more from this author in the future.

Really good read
It seemed a bit short for me I would have loved it to be longer but it was really good had me hooked from the start which sometimes is hard if it doesn’t catch my attention I don’t want to read it but this has a good plot and heat 🔥I wish there was more in the paranormal rh from this author bc I did like it.

from stress to cuteness
Story starts off harshly with FMC being auctioned off (per her own choice) just to get away from her controlling father; during said auction she “blindly meets her four mates.. it’s a cute ending for this story, it’s definitely a quick read with just enough fluff for a RH/shifter/HEA tale.

fast but good
I actually really enjoyed this for how fast it was. I would definitely read more about this pack and the shenanigans they get into with their kids.

Loved it! Need more!
I want more! Claire runs from her father, an abusive, controlling alpha who only wants to use her as a bargaining chip. Her next steps bring her to be mated to not one, but four mates! This book was hot. I just wish there was more.

This is great fully developed short story. What can be better than being match with one mate but four mates? This is a great standalone with characters that have insane chemistry. The story flows very nicely making for an easy read. I am voluntarily leaving a honest, unbiased review.

This was a wonderful book. It didn't seem rushed. This was sweet and steamy, full of romance and passion with great characters that were interesting enough to draw you in.
