BR with Julie and Momo.

This was horrible. I kinda liked the first half. David's telling of his past and what happened to him was promising. Dusty connecting with him for that reason.. I could follow that.
But then... nothing.

I just couldn't connect with Dusty and David's relationship. So much weird stuff happened. Maybe it's because I didn't read the previous installments but who were all these people?? One big CockyBoys family? They are all friends, but f**** each other on the job?

At a certain point I was checking all the boxes;

* sex toys √
* topping √
* bi sexuality √
* pregnancy √
* babies √

Nope, this series is not for me.

What is it about a story where the two lead characters are inexplicably drawn to each other that pulls me in? From the start in Hide and Seek Dusty is drawn to David, like he can't help but be captivated by this sweet, innocent, broken young man-ever before they even officially meet. It's David's innocence that seems to encourage Dusty's attachment to him from the moment Dusty sees him, and also provokes a fierce protective streak in Dusty, starting them on the path to friendship and so much more.

I simply adored both Dusty and David. Dusty is independent, caring and lives his life on his own terms. Before the incident with his brother, David was not accepted by his brother or mother because he is gay, and was subject to emotional and eventually physical abuse-which ultimately led to David and Dusty finding each other. Their relationship evolves slowly, with Dusty trying to do what's best for David-even if that means suppressing his own feelings. At least, until he discovers those feelings are returned. Dusty's unconditional caring and acceptance of David helps David feel safe and comfortable, and soon leads to so much more between them.

This story is filled with intense emotions, and touches on situations that no one should ever have to go through-especially with their own family. My heart went out to David for all that he had to endure, and even after finishing the story he still owns a piece of it. To me, Dusty was like a knight in shining armor, and the way he constantly looked out for David and kept trying to protect him was heartwarming and obviously fueled by the deep feelings it was obvious he developed early on.

I loved seeing all the characters from the previous All Cocks books, and the way the feeling of family among them all continues to grow and evolve in this story. In addition to Dusty and David's relationship, we get glimpses into the lives of the other couples and throuples and get to share in new developments with them that any follower of the series will be ecstatic to discover. For me, it did feel like there was a lot going on in the last 10-15% of the story, almost a bit too much, but it does set the stage for the continuation of the series-and I can't wait to see where things go from here!

Hide and Seek was a 4.5-star read for me, and I think it's perfect addition to the series. It's sweet with a heavy dash of spice, and I think readers will find Dusty and David an absolutely wonderful match. This story could be read as a standalone, but honestly it's my opinion that you'll enjoy it a heck of a lot more if you read this series in order since the events that result in Dusty and David meeting feature prominently in the prior stories. I highly recommend this story to M/M romance fans, and this is for readers 18+ only due to adult language and M/M sexual content, as well as scenes of physical abuse and trauma.

The narration: This was the first book I’ve listened to by this narrator. I thought he did a good job with differentiation in character voices and also with injecting emotion at point where it was needed. The pacing varied a little bit with some pauses at points I wouldn’t expect, and was a bit slower than I’m used to, but overall it was still an enjoyable listen. 3.5 stars for the narration.

this is a new to me narrator. they weren't bad but not one of my favorites. I would certainly listen to them again though.

as for story. it was good and I enjoyed following up with characters from previous books. I really enjoyed the love these two had considering the circumstances.

Egal was Dale seiner ‚All Cock‘ Familie auch angetan hat.

Hide and Seek is TM Smith’s next installment of her All Cocks series. The last book led to this one… actually the last few kind of led to it. Certainly it was building.

Here we have Dusty’s story. Dusty is one of the models for the All Cocks INC porn site. He’s been having a secret affair with someone that has the power to destroy friendships and so much more.

David is as much a victim as Jon, Gio, and all the others from the night club massacre that changed so many lives. But getting everyone to see that David isn’t like his murderous brother could prove tricky.

On top of all of this Dusty is dealing with his father’s, Dale, visit with huge news. So a lot happens in this book. A lot of beginnings for so many of the characters of this series. I have no idea if this is the last book of the series or not but like I said, the last few books were leading up to this one.

Hide & Seek is a very emotional story that deals with abuse, bigotry, violence, and serious healing. Many parts of this story hit hard especially since the Pulse Nightclub shooting in June of this year. But at the same time it was good that this was written. We can’t shy away from the hate crimes because we don’t want to talk about it. We need to talk about it.

It’s always wonderful to see all these characters again and this was a perfect story to wrap a lot of storylines up. I hope it’s not the end of this series but if it is it closed well.

I will say, the only thing that was confusing were the names. A lot of D’s. First there’s the MC’s Dusty and David. David’s brother Dale and his mother Diane, Dusty’s father Dean. And the nick name that Dusty and David use for each other: D. I found myself concentrating a little too hard on the who is who aspect. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing.

Great addition.

**Copy provided to Bayou Book Junkie in exchange for a fair and honest review***

This is Book 6 in the All Cocks Stories and I highly, highly, highly recommend you read the previous ones in the appropriate order. There are a lot of characters in these books (helpfully, TM Smith has a guide at the front to remind you who is who, trust me, it's needed. Don't skip it!) and what I absolutely love is the characters continue throughout the series as supporting characters. Even if it's just a quick glimpse of them at a cookout, they're in the story!

Hide and Seek is about Dusty and David who meet in an unusual way. Honestly, it's really important to read previous books so you understand what is going on with the way they meet! When David awakens, he doesn't know who Dusty is but he recognizes his voice and feels safe with him.

Dusty doesn't know why he's pulled to go into David's room but he continues to show up and is the only person that does. Once David awakens, Dusty is supportive to the exclusion of everyone else. His only priority is taking care of David.

I loved both of these characters. Dusty is so nurturing and supportive. He truly will do whatever he needs to to help David heal. David has been through a rough life but he isn't bitter and he works hard to heal himself.

And for a surprise there was some hilarity added when Dusty's dad (Dean) comes to town to stay with him. The only issue I had was with the names. Dusty, David and Dean. It was hard to keep them straight especially with Dusty and David calling each other D.

I can't wait to see what comes next for the All Cocks family!!

Rating: 4.5 stars!!

This one happens alongside the events in book five and towards the end of book four so you get an alternative view of what was going on with the other guys at that time.

This one's a real study in contrasts, the first third is centred on David coming out of his coma and getting his memories back who've Dusty tries to work out why he has such strong feeling for the younger man.

Then, once that happens, the tensions sort of fade off a bit and it all goes a bit diary-like, by that I mean it turns into less of a romance and more a day to day exploration of the everyday lives of Dusty and David.

But it picks up again in the final third when new partnerships are set up or hinted at, the humour becomes more normal and bug changes come to the lives of all the All Cocks boys.

I've enjoyed these as they've gone along, starting from a muddled opener which had promise through two exceptionally good books dealing with serious issues and then to this one, which simultaneously throws the light on the risks many in the LGBTQ community have to face on a daily basis, but also illuminates the love and support that comes from family, and how they don't have to be a blood relation to earn that distinction.

I would say, although it says it can be read as a standalone, it really shouldn't be. There's too much background which simply can't be added to this narrative without confusing the main plot.

AAAAHHHHHH!!! Another All Cocks book! I love this series! We finally get to see the story of how Dusty and David come together, and it was wonderful. They were mentioned as a couple before, but only in a minor way as other characters as Dusty when they are going to meet his new boyfriend. From Dusty's curiosity about David from hearing about him to his eventual desire to not let David be alone in the hospital, there was some connection between them that pulled them together. It was hard for Dusty to hide, but for him to see David suffer was worth it. I loved getting to see the other guys in the AC universe, and I absolutely loved this newest addition.

This is book 6 in the series and can be listened to as a standalone.

I loved listening to Dusty and David l's story.
It was an emotional and heartfelt journey. Their bond and connection they shares was so beautiful.

There is brief mention if homphobic violence and the author did a great job handling it.

The characters were likeable and well fleshed out and the writing style appealed to me.

I absolutely love this series and recommend listening to them if you enjoy real and raw stories.

The narration was enjoyable and engaging as well.

Hide and Seek is the sixth book in the All Cocks series. I have read each and every one of them and have enjoyed them all for different reasons. It's better to read them in order but at the same time they can be read as standalones. Dusty has been with the All Cocks family for the last six years so I haven't gotten to know him. This is his story...

Dusty was sitting in the hospital with his friend when he heard about another victim from the night of the shooting at a local night club. He didn't know why but he wanted to check in on this stranger and when he sat down next to him, he was instantly drawn in. The man named David was beaten and left for dead and was now in a coma. Over the next few months, Dusty visits David daily. He doesn't want him to wake up alone since not one other person has come in to visit him. He feels protective over him like he has known him his whole life even though he has never met him. He doesn't even the know the color of his eyes. But, when he finally wakes up, he looks into those eyes and feels even more of a connection.

David doesn't know what has happened but when he wakes up he is scared and in a hospital. There is a handsome stranger by his side. He doesn't know who he is but he feels safe with him. He recognizes his voice and doesn't want him to walk away. He soon discovers that he has some memory loss and doesn't know what happened to him. Was he is an accident? He is confused since his family isn't there with him. He wants to know what the hell happened but nobody will tell him. They say it's to protect him and he actually trusts that. He trusts Dusty and his therapist. Enough to go home with Dusty...

David and Dusty feel a pull towards each other but Dusty doesn't want to go too fast. He doesn't want David to feel that he is being taken advantage of even though it's what he wants at the time. But when spending so much time together, the control to stay friends is too much. Dusty and David must keep this under wraps to Dusty's All Cocks family. They might not understand what they have and it could tear them apart. So...it's a huge game of hide and seek. But how long can they really hide? And will it all be worth the risk? Could Dusty be exactly who David needs in his life to feel loved for once in his Life?

I love this series!! Each book is about another amazing couple but it's also about the All Cocks family as well. Dusty and David's relationship is unique, fun, supportive, and loving. Its not an easy one but a wonderful one. Dusty is so damn protective and it made me smile and love him even more. As for the rest of the family, it's always great to see what is happening in their lives. Oh! And we get to meet Dusty's dad, and he comes with a twist!

Overall...it was a awesome addition to the series. I loved all of the couples but Dusty and David are my favorite! There was just something about them that made me love them just a bit more. It was a heartbreaking story so I of course cried but I also laughed and got hot and bothered. Lastly, I can't wait until the next book!!

Quotes:

“Dusty?” he whispered, trying to hold back the tears. “I don’t know what’s real anymore, D.” he sobbed.

“All right, what’s up? You two are acting like a couple of long tailed cats in a room full of rocking chairs.”

“Holy shit D, where’d you find him? Hot doctors are us dot com?”

Judging a Book by it's Cover:
Another beautiful creation by Jay Aheer, capturing multiple elements key to this story.

Looking Deeper:
Third-person POV. Overlapping timelines - Hide and Seek picks up in the wake of The Monster Bar tragedy and plays through several of the key points of previous books. So, although this book can technically stand on it's own, the reader would greatly benefit by starting at the beginning and reading the stories in order.
Beaten within an inch of his life and left for dead, David is gifted a surprisingly fierce & protective guardian angel in the form of Dusty. Dusty cannot explain what draws him to the stranger who's brother caused so much mayhem and grief, but it's powerful and feels right. Dusty is his shelter from the storm, as memories return and feelings of guilt and unworthiness threaten to consume him. David is the light in the darkness he did not realize he dwelled in, bringing him to life and making him feel things he never had before.
The characters are so very well-written they could walk off the page and I would not have been surprised. The chemistry between them was great. Secondary characters mostly consisted of previously introduced pairs and triads; however, there were some fun new additions to the cast. Dialogue was believable, interactions felt natural. I laughed out loud, in public a few times, over some of the scenes (mom's phone call, and almost any scene involving Dusty's reaction to Dean's new status). My heart broke many times for David, it hurt for Gabe, Kory and Jon. I liked that not everyone was okay with it right away. I loved that Dusty was prepared for falling-outs over it. There were just so many raw emotions in this story, more so, I think than any of the previous ones.
The plot does deal with and describe David's horrible beating and the injuries sustained, as well as the lasting after-effects. If you are of a sensitive or squeamish nature, you may want to skim past those parts. The continuation of Mattie's quest is addressed as Father O'Corvi delivers the answer to their prayers and other cast members stories also continue in background intertwined with Dusty and David's story. While the writing style is fantastic and easy to read, the first part of the story felt a little slow as David was still a non-participating member of the on-going plot. Once he woke, it got better & improved even more once he was released.
There were very few real conflicts for David and Dusty to face. Predictability was virtually nil. An epilogue was written to wrap up certain areas and hint to things to come... can't wait! Overall, I recommend new readers to start from the beginning... you won't be disappointed.

Rating: [R] ~ Score: 4.4 ~ Stars: 4.5
*Note - scenes (via flashback and retellings) of brutality and violence

Review by The Blogger Girls.

I have enjoyed this series from the beginning and have been looking forward to David’s story. You really need to read these in order to get a full understanding of the events that have brought the guys to this point.

Dusty is one of the All Cocks porn actors. While in the hospital to support his friends after the vicious attack at the Monster Bar that has affected many of his friends, he notices David is also in residence healing from the injuries he sustained when his brother beat him almost to death before he went postal wreaking havoc at the club. He is drawn to David and remains by David’s side, generally keeping the young man company while he is recovering in a coma.

Dusty realizes David was also a victim of his brother’s actions and doesn’t let that cloud his judgment of David as their friendship grows. It is for this very reason though that he keeps David’s identity a secret from his friends/family, knowing they might not feel the same and wanting to shield David from any more hurt. With the help of Tristan, David regains more control over his life, emotions, etc. At the same time, it becomes clear that keeping David a secret for very long isn’t the best course of action for all involved.

I loved watching David finally find some love and peace. He had a pretty negative upbringing with his fanatical mother and evil brother. Dusty was exactly what they needed, and David ended up being just what Dusty needed as well. They made a sweet couple, and the rest of the guys showed their true colors as they eventually came through and made David a part of their family.

So many people are connected, either by blood or relationships, but it is pretty easy to follow. It was a tiny bit confusing at times keeping David and Dusty straight, especially when they would each call the other “D.” But it doesn’t take much to figure things out.

It was great seeing the other guys again in the various stages of their lives with some getting engaged, some growing their families, etc. We also meet Dusty’s parents, and see his father find someone special in the process. This was a sweet story, aside from the bad things David must overcome, and I was not disappointed with any of it. The All Cocks family continues to grow, and I can’t wait to see what’s coming next.

Four stars!
I was so excited to read Dusty and David’s story. Once it was revealed who Dusty was dating in the previous book I had to have this story to find out everything that happens. The story did not disappoint. The journey for David to heal and be ready to have a relationship, and Dusty to handle all of the curveballs life sends his way. I couldn’t put the book down.
I really loved David. He was broken in a way that went beyond the physical when we first meet him. He had no self confidence and didn’t believe his own worth. Watching him blossom and grow into a man that could speak his mind and accept things aren’t his fault was beautiful. I liked how he kept up with his therapy and didn’t think he could be magically cured overnight. For such a young man, and for having grown up in such a bad place, David had a good head on his shoulders and could see things clearly without being overly dramatic or emotional.
Oh Dusty. He was so strong in some ways and so scared in others. I loved how he cared for David. How he ensured David was taken core of and everything was done right and nothing would set him back while David was on the path to recovery. But he was so scared of how others would react he wound up hurting his friends. He should have had more faith in them. But that fear was justified in the beginning so I got him waiting. Some of the curveballs in his path were not what I was expecting. But Dusty handled them well. Eventually anyway. He was a bit snarky and dramatic at first though based on what happened I probably would have reacted the same.
I enjoyed getting to see all of the other couples throughout the book. I liked we got to see them continue being happy and getting what they want in their relationships. This book is the last one that is about that group of guys in the very first story and it feels like everything is complete for all these guys. Everyone is happy and all of the shadows are gone. I’m sure there’s going to be more stories in this series because there’s plenty more love for these guys to give. The All Cocks family is big and welcomes everyone with open arms. But if there’s not, then I can be happy with how complete everything feels at the end of this story.

The sixth book in the All Cocks’ series, Hide and Seek is Dusty and David’s story (the double Ds). I would recommend that all the previous books are read in order as although it states this can be read as a standalone, I personally don’t believe it can be. A new reader would just get lost with all the characters and what has happened to date.

It was through tragedy that brought Dusty and David together that was at the hand of David’s now deceased brother. The impact on all the men of the All Cocks’ family was devastating and has needed time to heal, hence why Dusty has been keeping his relationship with and who David actually is, a secret. However once they have both established their commitment to each other, Dusty realises the time has come to reveal all.

There was a lot of soul searching and angst to get through which I liked but I would have preferred a little more intense build up around Dusty and David’s relationship. However it was cute and I liked that David was an innocent with Dusty being the hero swooping in to be his saviour and save him from a life of being alone now that he had lost his own family.

One thing I did find confusing is that the MCs called each other ‘D’ so at times I was sat there wondering which ‘D’ was speaking and which ‘D’ was listening (or was giving and who was taking!) Then along comes the rest of the family who also all had names beginning with ‘D’! (Dale, Dean, Diane – Oh my! I was all D’d out!)

The action between Adam and Dusty’s father, Dean was a curveball but after reading about them I would have preferred they had their own book – they were hot! I guess I just like the older men getting their freak on.

Overall it was a good conclusion to the backstory that had been happening in the series to date and kind of gives a closure to that hurt. It wasn’t one of my favourite of the series but still an enjoyable addition. 3.5 stars.

This book deserves 10 stars, just like all 5 of its predecessors did. I loved revisiting the All Cocks world and reacquainting myself with all of the gorgeous hunks from every story before this one.
This book did differ a bit from the rest in that the violence was very graphic and heartbreaking. The 2 MCs, David and Dusty, meet after a series of horrific acts of violence committed by Dale, David's extremely homophobic, older brother, the first of which puts David in a coma in the hospital. Within the same night, Dale goes on to commit another violent act, which results in several deaths, one of which is Gio, a much loved boyfriend of one of the All Cocks boys, Gabe and a grave injury to Jon, a police detective and the boyfriend of another.
As Dusty, also an AC boy, tries to come to grips with the violence that has suddenly filled his world, he cannot help but wonder about the young man, David, who was a few rooms down in the same hospital as Jon.
He could not understand why he was so drawn to the young man, but he started visiting everyday, unable to stay away, talking to him and hoping he would come out of the coma.
When David finally wakens, he is totally unprepared for Dusty, but quickly falls in thrall to the man who he could remember talking to him while he was in the coma. He had huge gaps in his memory and Dusty was cautioned about sharing too much too fast before David's brain healed and he was able to remember on his own.
Delving any further into the story would give too much away in my opinion, so I can honestly tell you that I cannot recommend this book enough...ESPECIALLY if you have read any or all of the AC stories already written. You will NOT be disappointed! Good reading!!

While this book can potentially be read as a standalone, the stories are interconnected with each other and they're really good, so you'll be missing out if you don't pick them up!

Dusty is drawn to David from the moment he sees him first on the hospital bed, where he is in a comma after David's brother Dale beat him half to death for being gay, before Dale went on a rampage at the club where he killed Gio and hurt Jon.

David remains in a comma for two months and Dusty visits him every single day, once he realizes David's mother had all but deserted him. Once David wakes up, he finds comfort in Dusty's presence, somehow recognizing his voice and from there, their frienship blossoms into love. However, Dusty has been keeping David's identity a secret from all his friends, and this might very well drive a wedge between them when they realize who his brother is.

I loved this book! Dusty and David were lovable and sweet. Dusty was so protective and caring, always trying to look out for David. And David was really sweet and mature for his age, which with all he'd gone through, it was completely understandable. I really loved them together, they had great chemistry and their scenes were a blend of really hot and ultra sweet.

I also loved the cameos from the All Cocks cast, and the updates on their lives. I really like that TM Smith has managed to create a world that feels so realistic, in the sense that all the stories are interconnected. I especially enjoyed meeting Dean, Dusty's dad, who along with his son and David brought the book to another level of funny!

All in all, a fantastic read! It was angsty and has some violence, but it's nicely balanced with some fun and sweet moments. Very recommendable!

Rating: 4.5 Stars!!!

REVIEWED FOR PRISM BOOK ALLIANCE

Book 6 in the All Cocks series and we go back to the time when the attack happened at the club.

David Thompson is the younger brother of the man who has left a trail of destruction and death behind him when he attacked the patrons of a local nightclub. He also beat David to within an inch of his life leaving him broken and in a coma for weeks. Why you ask? All because David was honest about who he was and told his brother and mother he was gay.

That night was devastating for the All Cocks boys and leaves deep wounds. Dusty Anderson has been with All Cocks for six years and is at the hospital to give his support to his friends when he discovers who David is and that he’s just a few doors down fighting for his life. Drawn to the badly beaten man he returns to sit out a kind of bedside vigil day after day until finally David wakes up.

David may not know Dusty but he recognises his voice and immediately trusts him. Privately they work well together and Dusty easily makes the distinction between David and his brother but it’s not so easy where the rest of the boys are concerned. Emotions are running strongly and Dusty can only keep David hidden for so long before he has to face the wrath of his friends. Tristan proves once again how strong he is when he agrees to talk to David on a professional, to help gain back his memory, but later on a more personal note.

Dusty and David – they both call each other D and I have to admit I didn’t like it and it confused the hell out of me a lot of the time! This is a good addition to the series and although they weren’t my favourite couple I was rooting for them from the start and was pleased that David finally found love and friendship after putting up with such a cold home life.

Hide and Seek is book 6 in the All Cocks Stories It can stand alone fairly well, but I suggest you read them all so you have a better grasp of all the other characters.Several characters do recur.

This is Dusty and David's story and is a beautiful but sad story. I warn you to have a box of tissue handy.

Dusty is at the hospital to support his best friend Kory, while his boyfriend Jon is in the hospital after a bad shooting in a gay bar that left some dead and several injured.
Dusty reads about the shooting in the paper and finds out the shooter first beat his own brother and left him for dead. He finds out David is in the same hospital struggling for life all alone and something pulls him to visit.

The story goes on with Dusty helping David get well, remember what happened and try to get back on life. Dusty finds himself falling for the sexy little guy but this causes and issue. Will his friends accept David since he is the brother to the man that killed Gio and injured Jon.

There are many struggles in this story and it is all heartfelt and some quite sad, while others quite surprising. There is also a sweet twist at the end that lightens the mood of such a sad story.

This series is fabulous. Each set of men have their own trials and tribulations and are connected like a large family. Each time a read a story in this book I say this is my favorite. They just get better and better. I have no idea how T.M. Smith will top this but I can't wait to see.

If you like gay porn stars, tear jerkers, sweet romance,a few surprising twists, and some hot man-sex this is just what you need for these cool nights. I promise it will warm you up ( and make you cry).

I enjoyed how this overlapped with the last couple of books, and we get to see who Dusty has been seeing, and also we get to see all of the other characters that had their own stories in this great series. I definitely recommend reading the other books in this series and read in order since all the other couples make appearances and things in this book happen during the same time of the previous books.

I loved the first half of this story, where we got to see Dusty and David falling for each other and learning about each other. I loved their instant pull to each other and chemistry together. Their story kinda lost me in the middle, everyone seemed just...overly emotional? Like, melodramatic, between things with Dusty's mother and father, and their friends finding out about David's family ties, and all. And I admit, it was a bit confusing with them both calling the other "D," there were a few times I had to go back and see who we were talking about. And then there was Dean, Dusty's dad, and yeah...lots of characters with their name starting with a D.

Overall, this was a sweet, sexy story while also touching on important subjects like coming out to a homophobic family and serious issues like hate crimes and shootings. If you are a fan of the All Cocks boys, you will definitely love this installment! I highly recommend this series. I have really enjoyed it, especially the last 3 stories.

I received a copy of this in exchange for an honest review.

We start out this book with a flashback to the attack at The Monster Bar when Gio was killed and Jon shot. We learn a bit more about David in this book and why Dusty is not bringing him around the others. What is his relationship to the whole Monster Bar situation? It was neat to read how David and Dusty met. It also makes sense why Dusty is so protective of David. When Dusty and David start telling Dusty's friends about 'who' David is, what are their reactions? How does David feel about meeting Kory and Jon? How does Dusty feel about introducing David to his friends? What do they come to an understanding about? When David goes back to school, he is working late one night on finishing a project due. What happens to him? Who is first to be there for him? What happened? When Dusty gets a call from dear old dad, what does dad say? What happens the following week? What does dad need to talk to Dusty about? When Dusty gets a panicked call from 'the house' he and David head over. What's going on? What happened? Many things good and bad happen in this book, more good than bad, but it is a bundle of stress for some characters. This was a good continuation of the series. I hope that there will be more in the future. We need Jae's story!

I think, though it says it can be read as a standalone, a lot of the nuances will be lost if the books are not read in order. It’s a great series, and the characters are rich, and knowing their back-stories will help you to understand just how profound David being accepted into their lives really is.

All of the All Cocks characters are flawed/broken in some way and we get a great hurt/comfort romance each time.

In this case, Dusty is rock solid for the oh-so- broken David. What I loved was the moment when David says “I love you” – he is so certain of his place that he tells Dusty –“and I know you love me too!” It was perfect! Their relationship just flowed so naturally and felt really authentic.

One thing (not really “story” related”) was the author chose to give both our MCs D names and the same nickname of “D”. That confused the heck outta me and I had to keep going back to find out “which D is this?”. It didn’t effect my enjoyment of the story, but I was annoyed by it.

I loved seeing all the guys again, Tristan plays a central role here as does Kory and of course Jon.

I love this series and this was a great addition.

This series just keeps getting better and better!!

In this continuation of the All Cocks Series Dusty is in a bit of a predicament. How does he tell all of his All Cocks family that he is dating the brother of the guy that turned Gabe's, and Kory's lives upside down?

Be prepared to use a lot of tissues with this story.

This really is an amazing story for both of these men. And they have their ups and downs just like the rest of the men in relationships at All Cocks, and then Dusty's parents drop a bomb on him that throws him for a huge loop.

David has to overcome so much that it is hard to believe that he is still who he is. But he overcomes the hate and violence more than once and is still as lively as ever.

This story sends a powerful message that love will overcome hate and violence whatever the circumstances may be.

Great job TM Smith!! I can't wait for the next book!

There are graphic flashbacks and other graphics in this story.

Dusty is a young man gay man who had gone through a tough time recently. As a member of All Cocks Inc he and his family were rattled to the core when one of their own was shot and killed another wounded. Dusty was waiting for the dust to settle to try and move on when he noticed that there was someone in the hospital that needed him and his love.

David almost died at the hands of his own brother. David's brother was the shooter at a club where members of all Cocks were. David was not his brother though. He is sweet and caring, wouldn't hurt a hair on a fly's head.

These two mean under circumstances that most would consider abnormal. Will these two make it through all the bumps in the road of their budding relationship? Their secrets could harm them and will Dusty's friends understand his need to protect David.
This books dedication made me cry. I love that it was dedicated to all the lives we lost recently. I'm happy these two are together and that everyone deserves love. Go read this book you won't be disappointed.

I received this book free for an honest review.

Wow another book that surpasses the others in the series. You think they can't get better but they do. The couple's just keep getting cuter. I loved David instantly, he had an innocence that even from what he went through was still there. He seemed to come out the other side with only physical scars. With the help of Dusty, Tristan, Dean, Kory, Jon and all the other all clock boys.
Dusty was written brilliantly such a caring, protective and loving man. He was just drawn to David and it was fantastic to watch them grow as a couple.
I loved the humour thrown in to such an emotional story Dean and Dusty together was fantastic. I enjoyed the fact that we got to see more of the previous couples. And that by the epilogue of the book it seemed that Mattie, Andrew and Victor got their wish.
I can't wait to read more from this series. I love this non traditional family.

Love is love regardless of sex and circumstance. In this case, Dusty is such an open and selfless man, I had no doubt that David would fall head over heels for him. David is a strong and caring character. He went through hell and back, literally, and came out the other side with the man of his dreams. This book brings all of our favorite All Cocks characters back and continues their stories. I especially loved the way we had a secondary romance within this book. Dusty's dad finds someone knew and drives Dusty crazy in the process. I laughed and teared up. Nothing better to feel from a book.

I just finished this book and is my new fav of this series

Dusty was once hoping to be an actor but when that didn't work out he went to work at All Cocks Inc.

David, young man in school, has an awful family, and suffers from a traumatic event.

I love the protectiveness, caring, and love that Dusty shows David. I loved how their love for each other grew. We get to see the "family" that we all love already and get to meet David's dad, which was a great addition.

There are secrets that were kept and get revealed and celebrations to be had.

MUST READ

***2016 has been a very unstable year. Not only have I lost favourite role models in droves, I have been into dark places more times than I could count. Yes, I experienced highlights as well but the darkness has had a big impact this year and the only way to keep it at bay was reading, mass reading, back to back books with no stopping and no reviewing. I do apologize to all the writers that I won’t be able to review their books yet but I will get to it. Promise!***
