Neat, crispy and Gripping thriller..
Portraits the life around Madurai in a different view. The visuals and details mentioned in the novel are remarkable.

Black Money Red Money

It's an interesting episode on how three poor youngsters tried to use the opportunity for improving their Lives by a risky leaping. Political Bosses vs existing Rich Crocodiles vs the poor people is handled like a Classic Thriller. At last they won the game and got ready for their next game in order to attain the unbelievable Owners of a big farm. The prose and style are highly helpful for a fast reading. Really worthful Novel.

சம கால அரசியல் கேலிக்கூத்தை ஆவணமாக்கிய சிவப்புப் பணத்திற்கு நன்றி. நாட்டை நாசமாக்கிய பண மதிப்பிழப்பைப் பற்றி கூடுதல் தகவல்களை, வலியை, விளைவுகளை சேர்த்திருந்தால் ஒரு வரலாற்றுப் புதினமாக மாறியிருக்கும்.

- இத்தனை வருடம் பாடுபட்டு சுய மரியாதையோடு சேர்த்த பணம், ஒரு நிமிடத்தில் போச்சே என்ற ஆற்றாமை அவரை தின்றுக் கொண்டிருந்தது.

கருப்புப் பணத்தை ஒழிக்க அரசாங்கம் எடுத்த நடவடிக்கைகளைப் பின்புலமாக வைத்து எழுதப்பட்ட ஒரு கதை ! இதை நான் வாசித்தேன். ரசித்தேன். ஒரு சில மிகைகள் உண்டு என்றாலும் கற்பனை மோசமில்லை ! மூன்று நண்பர்களில் ஒருவர் வேட்டை நாயை கூட வசப்படுத்தும் திறன் பெற்ற விஷயத்தை காட்டுவது அன்புக்கு என்றுமே உலகளாவிய தன்மை என்பதை காட்டுகிறது .கதையில் நான் ரசித்த சில நுண்ணிய உணர்வுகளளில் ஒன்று இது! கதையின் மையக் கருத்துக்கு வெளியே நடக்கும் சில சம்பவங்களை அழகாகக் கதையோடு கோர்த்து சில உண்மைகளைத் தெளிய வைத்துள்ள விதம் பாராட்டத்தக்கது. எழுத்தாளர் பாலகுமார் விஜயராமன் அவர்களுக்கு மனமார்ந்த வாழ்த்துக்கள்!

The theme & set-up of the Novel is based on the demonetization. The characterization of the three friends are connectable with most of the gangs we had in the past. The book makes us keep on reading until the end in one stretch. The socio-economic impacts & possible hidden agenda behind demonetization is well bound with the story and well passed to the reader. The elderly lady's part who struggled (presumably dead) was tear breaking. The "Madurai" based descriptions are impressive. Nice job.

A fantastic read

The author reveals the other side of demonitisation drama. While the ordinary people of the whole country was standing in ques before banks, the super elite and the politicians had their own way. The author having been an employee of BSNL and have worked in the hills of Kodaikanal has used this geographical knowledge for a mesmerising plot. Kudos Bala sir

2017இல் நவம்பர் மாதம் பேங்க் வரிசையில் ஒன்னும் விளங்காது நாம் நின்றுகொண்டு இருக்கும் சமயத்தில் நம்மை சுற்றி நடந்தேறிய அரசியலே இக்கதை. கதையில் பேங்க் வாசலில் பசிமயகத்தோடு மஞ்ச பையை தொலைத்து வனபேச்சியாக மாறிய கிளவி நம்மை கவலையுற செய்கிறாள்.
இந்த ஆட்சியை மிகவும் காட்டமாக கதையின் மூலம் விமர்ச்சித்து இருக்கிறார் பாலகுமார்.

Nice contemporary fiction ...you can travel along the three ..depicts the difficulties faced by people during demonetisation and some used it as an opportunity to make money illegally .....some characters were missed during the end(old lady who lost her money)

A lovely read to understand the biggest economical issue

A different way to see a different economic issue happened in our generation. A worthy read for weekend. Also a soft ending.
