Pretty good for a first-time book. Piper and Millie a great friendship. 1819 to 1999. Time Pocket is now one of my favorite books.

Terrible book - This could have been great, BUT...
I have never written such a scathing review in my life, but this was the most painful read I have ever experienced, and I am an avid reader. The concept could have evolved into a lovely story, but the writing was so juvenile and disjointed. The grammer was terrible, full of lost thoughts, spelling mistakes, and totally wrong word choices. At times, I didn't know what the author was saying with dropped sentences, incorrect words, etc. Clearly, there was no proofreading done or an editor. I honestly don't know how this book even got published in such a state. While the story idea itself might have been a good one, the end result is so bad I'd have been ashamed to put my name to it.
