Firstly, this book is in two parts - how to organize your house, and how to declutter.
What I really didn't like about the first part or the organize your house book, was the repetitive nature of how to store items, how to empty areas of the house and how to repurpose or purchase new storage for storing as the author says "your crap".
Clearly the first part was written to aid the second part on decluttering, and actually the first part should of been the declutter, as only after you've declutter do you know what items you will need (if any) for storing.
The second part of the book - the decluttering one, was better written, more in-depth, not as repetitive and each chapter had links to further resources that the author had used for writing the book.
However, the first part of this book put me off completely and I don't recommend. By all the means the decluttering book is far more useful, and even contains various popular methods used in decluttering (Kondo Marie, Project 333, Minimalism Game etc).
However, save your pennies as all these tips in book books can be found for free.
