Very meticulous. Will experiment on using. Love the quotes, quarterly range. Like the distinction between long-, mid- and daily plans. Planners gotta try this at least once for a cycle. 💜

I wish this genre of business planner had ISBN numbers! I was surprised not to find it here. For the last three months, I have used Micahel Hyatt's Full Focus Planner (Amazon #B0797FKZ7M). It is a wonderful resource as it works you through goal setting and breaking those goals down into actionable pieces to fully focus on over three months. The weight and cover and quality of pages are wonderful. The more artistic daily journalers can use any ink and it won't bleed through.

The two-page daily spread allows for the setting of a daily Big 3 goals, a time schedule and full page for notes, as well as reminder checks for four routines to start your morning, start and end your workday, and end your day in the evening. Building those routines is also part of the preparation process as they support the quarterly goals. He borrows slightly from the "bullet system" in allowing for a list in the notes section with a key for important, delegated, deferred and completed tasks.

There is a wonderful two-page spread after Friday for focusing on Weekend Optimization which I especially appreciated as a part of a Sabbath-Keeping commitment I made for this year. There is a two-page spread after each Sunday to review the past week and gear-up for the next week.

The whole FFPlanner system comes as a tool to support Michael's work in his books; "Living Forward: A Proven Plan to Stop Drifting and Get the Life You Want," "Shave 10 Hours Off Your Work Week" and most notably his most recent release, "Your Best Year Ever". The FFPlanner puts it all into action, but be prepared- you only get out of it what you put in.

I spent several hours a day for almost a week at the end of December beginning of January to get up and rolling with Annual Goals, an Ideal Week, Daily Routines, and the Rolling Quarter pages which start the FFPlanner. Michael has some wonderful videos to walk you through the process.

As promised, the FFPlanner kept me focused throughout the Quarter as I invested about a half hour a day to pray and seek God's counsel, then prioritize, and plan throughout the day and review at the end. I invested another hour per week reviewing the past week as a whole and preparing for the week ahead. Was the investment worth it... ABSOLUTELY!

The Full Focus Planner helped me establish some strong routines grounded firmly in my Faith. When the devil would try to disable, distract, discourage, or in short "dis" me, this tool helped me stay the course. I regularly invested time with the Lord seeking His counsel on business, life, and listening to how He wanted me to be investing His resources of time, talent and money. "Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." Psalm 90:12

Did I purchase another FFPalnner for the 2nd Quarter? No, and I'll share why. I am working with another similar planner but with different strengths and layout each Quarter and plan on doing a video review toward the end of the year for those seeking advice going into 2019. So stay tuned...
