If you lay awake at night, restless, with lots of thoughts, maybe anxiety, you need this devotional. This devotional includes short but relatable and immediately calming and useful messages to relax in God's grace and love. My fitbit sleep stats have dramatically improved by reading this each night before bed. 10/10 highly recommended. 🤎

I just ordered 6 more to give as Christmas gifts.

I LOVE all of the mini readings. It can be done as a weekly devotion because there are 52 restful devotions or 52 days. It took me longer than the 52 days so that I can digest what I read and practice the prayers and devotions. This is an uplifting and inspiring devotional.
