Special Delivery (The Billionaire's Baby Book 1) By S Cinders
This was an interesting story that had not one couple but two with storylines that intertwined. The two guys Elliot and Nate are childhood bestfriends Mandy and Kim are sisters. The guys grew up poor Elliot was loved by a single mother unfortunately Nate had a harder time with his parents and are now very rich successful businessmen. The girls grew up poor in a physically, sexually and verbally abusive family with parents who did drugs and left no money for food or much of anything else. Yet though it all they were loyal, compassionate, caring ,generous, loving young women. Mandy agreed to help her bestfriend and roommate out against her better judgment at a high end private corporate party as a waitress. She dreaded having to wear a skimpy uniform and a black mask. That was until a stunning specimen of a man caught her eye. She did something she has never done before she agrees to go back to his hotel room after he finds her after the party. Still having the mask in place she agrees but no names. She knew it could only be one night because no rich beautiful man could possibly want someone like her a poor girl who is broken. Months later down on her luck after losing her job for morning sickness and having to move back in with her abusive parents her luck changes. Her OB/Gyn tells her he has a friend who might have a position for her. When she walks in for the interview that person just happens to be no other than Elliot her one night stand. She never knew his name and he never saw her face. Oh my let the fun, twist, turns, emotional turmoil begin. Then you have a secondary story that involves Kim and Nate when he is asked to help increase revenue at her coffee shop. Lets just say they don't start off on the best foot. Then there's her husband Andrew soon to ex after all the crap hes pulled is making her life unbearable. There is betrayal, heartbreak secrets, broken trusts, twist and turns galore yet there is passion, undeniable chemistry and love. You will get everything and more in this story. I will say there was some grammar errors, missing or wrong words etc. still I enjoyed this book. 4.5 🤰⭐⭐⭐⭐
Storyline had so much potential but book didn't really work for me. I only finished about 45% of this book, largely due to writing style. Characters point of view jumps all over the place and then between there we have he/she in 3rd point of view. Now, I can't write a book any better than the author here but I also couldn't read this book. Like I said, storyline was great in synopsis. Other criticism is about the characters as they were acting like fairytale characters. If you read the book you will understand what I mean. Also the story timeline feels completely unrealistic. Let me give you an example, Kim has a fight with her husband because he is cheating. Nate's helping her out as a favor but ends up buying half of the shop (round about way, you need to read the book to understand). Anyway apparently her husband put selling a coffee shop papers between the divorce papers. Not mentioning that at first we hear all about how happy they were, working together and living together on top of the coffee shop. He only didn't have time to cheat on her, he was also skimming money from the shop and had a drug problem in an cooking meth operation somewhere. She was totally clueless and was not aware at all. She is also pregnant by her ex-husband. Bit of a overkill in my opinion but there is no way anyone can have divorce that quickly while owning a business together and selling it same time. Mandy and Kim both are just clueless and both men are awfully nice (insta love way) just giving them everything they have, anticipating what ladies need and doing everything without asking. Oh if the world would work that way. I liked fairytales when I was a child but now I like characters that are little bit more realistic.

I received this ARC for my honest review and am so glad to have been a part of this process. Because Mandy is a loyal friend she's decided to help her friend serve at a masked high end party. While there, she sees the most attractive man she's ever seen in her life and when the offer comes, they leave together and go to his hotel room. In her mind they are an unlikely pair, him being wealthy and her a working girl from the wrong kind of family, she coerces him into playing along with no names. It's truly a fantasy comes true until months later she realizes she's pregnant and loses her job because of morning sickness. Her doctor knows part of her situation so he calls a friend of his to see if he has an opening for a personal assistant to help his patient. An appointment was set and off she goes, only to find herself staring into the eyes of the man she met at the party. When he offers her the position of personal assistant with room and board what's she to do? She's the one who was adamant about anonymity. Will he recognize her? Will he think this is some kind of scam to get his money? This is one of the best HEA I've read in awhile. I'm never disappointed with a book from S. Cinders!!
Mandy meets Elliot at a masked party. They had a night of hot passionate sex but they did not exchange names. She is pregnant and living at home with her deadbeat parents. Her OB/GYN recommends her to Elliot for an job interview. She recognizes him, he does not recognize her. He hires her and moves her into his home, he is attracted to her. They have an HEA and a beautiful baby girl.
Nate is Elliot's best friend, Kim is Mandy's sister. Kim splits from her dead beat husband, she just found out she is pregnant. Elliot challenges Nate to help make Kim's coffee shop profitable. Nate wants Kim. Their chemistry is hot and sizzling. They also have their HEA.
I love romances that include babies. I love that Elliot and Nate loved the pregnant sisters and looked forward to being Daddy's to their babies.

Not my cup of tea... nothing anything the characters said felt sincere to me, for one, because of how there were exclamation marks where you would think “yelling” it would sound funny. The sisters sounded a bit dramatic and childish, considering their past, I would’ve suspected they were more mature due to what happened. I wasn’t going to write a review, but why the hell not? I read the synopsis; I liked the synopsis. It’s when the actual book came along I was... the synopsis was better.
I could not put this novel down! S. Cinders is nothing short of magic. Her descriptive writing and relatable characters draw the reader into the story. You will love this book and the ending is absolutely perfect!

Mandy is a sweet girl that has had a very rough start to life. With two horrible parents and self centered, backstabbing friends it's surprising that she is still such a wonderful person and as such she finds herself doing a favor one night that alters the course of her life dramatically.
Mandy is filling in for her friend as a waitress one evening at a masquerade party. She is shocked when she feels a pull from across the room and suddenly meets the eyes of a very handsome, very masked man. Clearly he feels the connection as well and when he offers her a night of passion she uncharacteristically accepts and they leave together and go to his hotel room.
In her mind they are an unlikely pair, him being wealthy and her a working girl from the wrong kind of family. Not wanting to taint the fantasy she coerces him into playing along with not giving out their names and though he thinks he will get her identity in the morning she disappears before the reveal.
It's truly was a fantasy comes true and she cherishes the memory of their night together. Until months later she realizes she's pregnant and loses her job because of morning sickness. After she loses her job, she moves back in with her abusive, drug addicted parents. While she is at her appointment, her doctor refers her to a friend for a job. Her doctor knows part of her situation and thinks she should be far away from her abusive parents, so he calls a friend of his to see if he has an opening for a personal assistant to help his patient. An interview is setup and she goes, only to find herself staring into the eyes of the man she met at the party.
When she goes to the interview she's dumbfounded by this serendipitous turn of events but he doesn't seem to recognize her. She seems familiar to Elliott, but he can’t place her, but he is inexplicably attracted to her. So, he hires her as his personal assistant and moves her into his home under the guise that he needs her close.
When he offers her the position of personal assistant with room and board what's she to do? She's the one who was adamant about anonymity. Will he eventually recognize her? Will he think this is some kind of scam to get his money?

In true S. Cinders fashion there is more than one story in this one book - the 2 sisters have their stories combined in one. The majority of the story focuses on Mandy. Mandy is a sweet girl that has had a very rough start to life, horrible parents, backstabbing friends. She had what she thought would be a one night stand (totally unlike her) but ended up with a little more than expected. Unfortunately she didn't get the guy's name and they wore masks so she was a bit stuck. 7 months later she is sent back into his life but how do you tell a man you don't even know that he is to become a father in 2 months? That is her big conundrum. In the meantime, Mandy's sister finds herself ending a marriage to a guy whom she really didn't seem to know at all. Good thing Mandy's new boss has a friend that is willing to help get her coffee shop business rolling - and if they get a little physically close? Well, what's the harm?
This story has drama from several different angles. Betrayal. Angst. Hot, steamy love. There is no cheating, very little push and pull from a confused pregnant lady. Well written, and recommended
Mandy fills in waitressing for her roommate at a masquerade party when she meets the eyes of a very handsome man. After an intimate night, she finds herself pregnant. After she loses her job, she moves back in with her abusive, drug addicted parents. While she is at her appointment, her doctor refers her to a friend for a job. When she goes to the interview she is shocked to be shown into the office of the baby daddy. She seems familiar to Elliott, but he can’t place her, but he is inexplicably attracted to her. So, he hires her as his personal assistant and moves her into his home under the guise that he needs her close. Life gets real complicated fast with his best friend Nate and her sister Kim, when her husband admits to cheating on her and leaves. There is lots more drama to come! Nicely written and fast moving story. Very entertaining and enjoyable! I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book

Cute romance with splashes of spice. Parts of the story are a tad ridiculous but that's the joy of the secret baby trope. Would read more from this author.
This book has an interesting story that draws you in with the secrets, twists, turns, heartbreak, drama and betrayal but with all the grammar errors, missing words and wrong words used it really distracts from the reading and flow of the story. Then you have two different stories trying to be woven together in one book.
This book is about Elliot and Mandy - they had a one night stand and never told each other their names. A few months later Mandy applies for a job with Mr. Brand only to find out it was the man from her one night stand and the father of her baby.
Farther in the book, Nate which is Elliot's best friend agrees to a bet to help out Mandy's sister Kim in her coffee shop to get it making more money. This is where the book will be telling about Elliot and Mandy, then stops and does some chapters about Nate and Kim - a paragraph or two would have been fine and then give them their own book so their story can be closed out properly.
It's such a good book. Yes some of the content is quite risque, but the story telling is so complete where the risque content won't interfere with the rest of the story. Yes, it adds a layer of depth for the relationship, but in terms of being able to read the book by skipping over that stuff the book is complete.
I fell in love with Kim and Nathan, much to my surprise. Despite this book not focusing on their relationship, it's written in such a way where I became invested in it and it stands out to me across the book. These characters are written so well and I love reading anything this author releases. I feel so attached to the characters and am so able to be lost in their world, it makes for these books to be the best escape, risque content and all.

Mandy had a one night standard at a masked ball, and now she is pregnant. She loses her job because her pregnancy, but her doctor suggests her for a PA job. She is stunned to realise that her new boss is the baby's father, but Elliot doesn't recognise her and they had never exchanged names. The job goes well, but can Mandy tell Elliot that the baby is his? Meanwhile Mandy's sister has just thrown her husband out after catching him cheating on her. Now Kim finds out that she is pregnant, which she had been trying for for some time.
Two pregnant sisters, from a horrific family background, attract the attention of two rich men. Will their past wreak things?

This story has an interesting twist on the usual secret baby theme as it also contains unknown identities for the parties involved. The story of Mandy and Elliot plus the sub-story with her sister Kim and his best friend Nate run concurrently, which means there’s actually a lot going on in the story between the two plotlines. So much so that at times it’s a little all over the place. There’s some intrigue; betrayal; heartache; some laughs; witty banter; tender moments; hot chemistry; insta-love and several steamy scenes! Whew! Not to be discounted though, are the two happily-ever-afters that tie up all the loose ends.

I enjoyed the way this story was told. The writing was well done and the characters were well developed and relatable to a point. A one night stand with a baby, as a result, it's great for contemporary romance authors. I have seen my fair share of these but I will admit that S Cinders is one of the top authors on my personal list when it comes to this trope. Mandy, Kim, Elliot, and Nate get into a crazy life story that ends with a beautiful HEA for both couples. That was also a point that I enjoy, the fact that the author did not extend this with a cliffhanger. She did a great job for both couples in one book. Wow – two absolutely spectacular romance stores in one – I could not ask for anything better! This is a compelling well written story that captivated me from the first page – a real nail-biter. The plot is well developed, consistent and flows smoothly. It is an emotional read and very exciting. The story has humour, betrayal, jealousy and hot off the charts chemistry. The sex scenes are sizzling. The characters – Mandy and Elliot, Nate and Kim – are very strong with great depth and deserve all the love and happiness they found with each other. S. Cinders I love your writing style and I welcome the opportunity whenever I get to read something written by you. This is one of those books that just feels good to read. It’s funny, scorching hot and has all those satisfying emotional ups and downs. Mandy’s world is thrown into chaos when she gets pregnant after an impulsive one-night stand at a masked ball. Even more surprising is that her new boss is the father and he doesn’t realize it because of the mask.
Eliot not recognizing Mandy allows their relationship to build and grow without any outside pressure or being forced together by a pregnancy. That makes their love even more genuine and special.
In addition to the main plot, Mandy’s sister Kim and Nate get their own love story told at the same time. Their B Story has Nate agreeing to teach Kim about all pleasure she’s missed out on, so their scenes are just as sexy.
3 stars is being generous with my rating. Most notably the writing/editing was horrendous. Did the author even re-read? There were random commas in the middle of sentences, words missing, wrong words that spell check wouldn’t have picked up (breath when it should have been breast). The story wasn’t altogether terrible but way too much insta-love, over the top sex even for a believer in love at first sight. There were too many not believable scenarios i.e. 2 guys who both go instant head over heals for women pregnant with other guys’ babies, Elliot’s housekeeper and driver with hearts of gold, Mandy and Kim’s abusive druggie parents. I took a glance at the reviews now that I’ve read the book and it’s the first time I’m doubting their authenticity on Goodreads.
This is my first book from the author. I loved it!! Both Mandy and Kim are fierce and sassy. Definitely Elliot and Nate have their hands full with these two! Elliot is sweet, caring and so hot! Nate is sexy and arrogant!! This book has everything: drama, romance, sexy scenes and many many more!! It was amazing and I actually read it in one sitting!! After this book I’m going to look out for this author’s work! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Mandy comes from the wrong side f the tracks but she is working at a high end party when her attention is caught by a gorgeous man. One thing leads to another and she ends up returning to his hotel room she stipulates that it is to be no names and a one night thing. Months later she finds she is pregnant her doctor arranges for her to have a job as a PA to his friend imagine her horror when she finds it is the man from the party Will Eliot realise who she is and that her baby is his You have to read to see
I was given a copy of this book but this is a true and honest review
This is a intriguing, entertaining book with two wonderful stories in it and I really enjoyed read both stories. What you will find in this book is: drama, some intrigue, some twists & turns, one night stands, verbal banter, betrayal, heartache, conflict, compromise, forgiveness, romance, lust, passion, love and some steamy scenes. The story-line and plot is well-thought and written, it keeps the reader’s attention. The characters are well developed and realistic with their feelings. I would recommend this book
This is a well written story of two sisters that overcome abusive/drug taking parents, one cheating ex, back stabbing friends to end up with two successful alpha males. Mandy meets Elliott at a masquerade ball when she her friends gets her to act as a server and Kim her sister meets Nate through her boss after she and her cheating husband split, each will have their own journey to an HEA but the main focus is on Mandy and Elliott. Enjoy, I did!

I really enjoyed this book. While Mandy is working as a waitress at a masked party she met a handsome stranger and they spent the night together fast forward a few weeks and she has just lost her job because of her morning sickness and her doctor recommends s her for a job as a P.A she is shocked to discover that her new boss is her baby daddy what will happen now. This was a fun read and I really enjoyed it I am looking forward to the next book.
Mandy works at high end parties as a server and while at a party she is very attracted to a sexy man and she eventually meets him. They end up spending some time together it end up going their separate ways with out actually introducing themselves to each other. She looses her job due to being ill and is set up as a PA by her doctor. There rest of a story makes for a great read.

A romantic and sweet story with nice storyline and plot. Well described characters and well developed. Amazing chemistry and passion. Two sisters, two billionaires. Fun, sexy, emotional, passionate and with unexpected twists. A story that has a lot in it but is feels well written and does not lack anything in the storyline. I like the way the sisters handles their past and how they make their own HEA. Absolutely a journey that is worth following.
